An absolutely wonderful hotel! It's clean, hygienic, beautiful, and elegantly simple. The hotel's interior environment is excellent. The staff are very patient and enthusiastic, a truly professional service team

The room was okay; it didn't have a separate shower and toilet area, but it was clean and the decor wasn't bad. The lobby was quite grand, and the service was good – they even offered room service!

It might be the off-season, so the price was really good. Check-in was at 2 PM, an hour earlier than most hotels, and I could extend check-out until noon

Had a great 3 night stay. Booked the premium room with access to the lounge with drinks & snacks. The shuttle service to and from Kyoto is very convenient.

Transportation is incredibly inconvenient, and there isn't even a bus stop nearby. It's at least a 10-minute walk to the nearest subway station

I've stayed at Tokyu hotels a few times before and generally found them acceptable, but this particular Tokyu Hotel has a terrible location

My 1st choice whenever I m in Tokyo! Easy access from Narita airport, 2 mins walk from Shibuya station, hikarie n scramble square is linked w a walking bridge from the hotel 4th floor exit… best hotel so far in Tokyo

Best thing, the hotel offers Airport Limo bus 🚌 transfers right @ the Level 5 Lobby carpark area. There are countless oishi eateries, great retail shopping 🛍️ & spa nearby for relaxing massage

The room is spacious for Japan, and the location is excellent with convenient transportation

Location was the main reason I booked this hotel and it was the right decision. The airport bus was right in front of the hotel entrance (5th floor) and you could see the Shibuya scramble crossing from the hotel elevator

Second time here, great location as your in the heart of Shibuya. Do not reccomend the breakfast we included it the first stay but not the second as it is quite bad unfortunately.

The hotel's location is superb! This is my third time staying here, and this time I was on the 24th floor. The room was spacious enough for four large suitcases and two carry-ons

The Prince Hotel is the best ☺︎ because it is close to Karuizawa Station, picks you up with the Prince bus, next to a shopping mall and close to the golf course

Unexpectedly close to both the outlet mall and the JR station, it's within walking distance. The hotel is quite large, and the rooms are spacious too, with both indoor and outdoor hot spring baths

there is a great experience to line in Hotel West, Prince Resort, especially, the Hot Spring where is clean and is easy to make customers relax.

The hotel is right next to the outlets, making shopping, getting around, and dining all super convenient. The room decor was also very cozy

This was my first time in Karuizawa, and I picked this hotel blindly, but it turned out to be even better than I expected

The hotel service was excellent and very professional. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. Although the selection didn't change much, it was definitely better than the hotel next door.

I actually think the hotel is great! It's not as small as some people say; my 24-inch suitcase could open up with room to spare. The best part is the location – it's right in the CBD, safe, clean, and not noisy at all

Our four-night stay at Hotel Nikko Kanazawa was excellent. The location is very convenient, just a 6-7 minute walk from Kanazawa JR Station. The hotel itself is grand and exudes an old-money elegance

The architecture outside the train station resembles a museum, and the fountain with the changing date display is quite unique. The hotel is about two blocks from the train station, which is pretty close

The location is excellent, with a shuttle service that picks up and drops off right across from Shinagawa Station, making travel and shopping very convenient

I booked an Executive Room. While it wasn't huge, I had a nice view of Tokyo Tower. There's also an executive lounge on the first floor. The offerings weren't extensive, but it was enough to grab a quick bite.

The environment is good, but soundproofing is an issue. Some floors haven't been renovated yet, so the rooms are a bit old-fashioned.

Overall good location direct access from Haneda airport. There was shuttle bus available from Prince Hotel Shinagawa to go to this hotel within the same area

I stayed here for the last two nights of my Kyushu trip. The room had a massage chair, which was a huge relief after a week of driving. The hotel is a bit older, but that wasn't a big issue for me

This is a chain hotel, and I've stayed at their Kyoto location before. They offer self check-in, and rooms are generally cleaned every three days, though you can get fresh towels daily

Nice hotel with good amenities and very convenient location but the room can be very small and the staff at the reception hardly speaks English and not as friendly as one will expect.

Very convenient location in Nakasu but away from the most colourful area, so is safe and quiet. Modest price. Small spotless room with superb shower. Good breakfast at extra cost. Helpful staff.

Good location, only 250 m from subway.Many restaurants and can walk to Kushida shrine and 1 station from Tenjin. Have a Japanese confectionary and welcome cup noodle. Small room but full amenities.

Great place for solo travelers to stay. The rooms are not as spacious as I’m used to for hotel rooms, but it’s really good, nice, and clean for the price

We have 3 adults in a room and the room is smaller than expected. Had a hard time on where to put our luggages. The location is good, walking distance to Shin-Osaka Station

Hotel room seem very new but the bed and table a bit dusty even though everyday got make up room service, anyway overall is good

Room that we booked are quite spacious for 3 Adults with 2 medium luggage laying open on the floor. We are given a room on the 24th floor (highest floor) with a nice city view and part of the train track

The most remarkable experience is there are many amenities like cotton buds, face soap, hair wax and some others even like candies are free flow to take by all hotel guests at the hotel concierge area

Excellent location with panoramic views of Osaka Bay! The room was spacious and offered fantastic scenery – I got to watch both the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening

The only thing I'd warn against is visiting the 空庭温泉 (Solaniwa Onsen) near the hotel – it honestly wouldn't even offer 5% of the experience you'd expect from a typical hot spring/bathhouse in mainland China

There's a Lawson convenience store at the Hilton, about 200 meters away, which is great for grabbing snacks. It's a fantastic choice for a Disney trip

The environment here is great, and it's really close to Disneyland. Getting around is super convenient, and there are plenty of dining options nearby

Facilities: The bathroom setup was excellent with a separate shower and toilet. The room itself was also quite spacious. Cleanliness: Housekeeping provided a basic clean daily, and the room felt generally tidy

Hotel is so clean and newly rennovated. We are happy with our stay with them, and its value for money! Love their shuttle bus as it’s so iconic!

Stay was good, rooms were clean with great amenities. Bus to Bayside station is free. Reception held our bags as we arrived before check-in and placed the bags in our room before we come back from Disneysea.

The hotel is expensive but worth every penny. Rooms are excellent, many pools even for children. We brought our 2 year old and she didn't want to get out. The staff is super friendly and quick with their services

This hotel is perfect for a vacation. The room's blinds have a unique design, which unfortunately means they don't block out the morning sun, so if you like to sleep in, it's best to bring an eye mask

Also, the hotel is divided into two sections: Beach Wing and Sunset Wing

We stayed in the Beach Wing this time, and while our balcony overlooked the sea, the hallway outside our door faced a road, and we could hear cars speeding by at night

I highly recommend trying breakfast in different restaurants during your stay, as each offers a slightly different experience. Overall, Halekulani Okinawa is a refined, serene, and beautifully executed resort

However, the room's design, with a long corridor leading from the front door to the bedroom (past the closet and bathroom), acts as a natural sound amplifier

We had a nice one-night stay. The room had noticeable dust so could be cleaner, but other than that it was a good experience. All the necessary amenities provided, there also is a guest lounge with snacks.

Staff is very helpful from checkin. Check in is processed on machine with staff assistance. Room is big in Japanese standard. Very clean , it comes with fridge and good amenities

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Kintetsu Universal City. We were so glad to receive a free pouch for each guest at check-in — such a thoughtful touch

It was so convenient! When we came back late at night, we could grab a number at Sushiro, go up to rest, and then come back down to eat

Plus, I was pleasantly surprised that they provided an extra bed for our child, even though many hotels don't do that when the booking states 'includes 1 child'

This hotel is located not far from the subway station, which is quite convenient. There are two 24-hour supermarkets directly opposite, and the area is surrounded by high-rise buildings and countless department stores

Coming from Umeda Station, you'll want to find the East Mall, then walk straight until you reach exit M10 of WHITY PLAZA Izumi Square

The front desk service was excellent, very friendly and efficient with a quick check-in. We were given a room on the 11th floor, which was quiet and clean. The room size was decent, and they offer luggage storage

Good hotel, clean, silent, easy to commute to workplace, not far from train station that much.

I have to praise their system here; they have a dedicated luggage room on the first floor where you can secure your bags with a combination lock from the rack. No need to keep a key, just remember your code

After arriving at JR Osaka Station, I followed the navigation and eventually reached the hotel after a right turn and a left turn through a shopping street. It's a quiet oasis nestled in a bustling area

Hotel location is good - near major transport hubs. Service staff helpful & attentive. Negative is Aircon/heater centrally controlled- so we were unable to control the temperature in our room

The views, day and night, are absolutely unbeatable! Breakfast was good too. The Kintetsu Department Store right downstairs, as well as the surrounding Abeno shopping street and Q's Mall, are fantastic for browsing

A little pressure for me since my Japanese isn’t so good. But even so, it’s not a minus for me. The only complaint is that I found 2-3 pieces of hair in the bathtub

Very good location — just a few minutes’ walk to the monorail, and there’s a 7-Eleven right under the hotel. Breakfast is nice, and they even offer free drinks and Blue Seal ice cream, which is a lovely touch.

I stayed at the Mitsui Garden Hotel specifically for a concert. The National Stadium is right across the street, and I could even see it from my balcony. Once the concert started, I could hear it clearly from my room
