Shinagawa Prince Hotel East Tower, Tokyo1 / 30
8.2
Tokyo, 4 Chome-10-30 Takanawa, Minato City, Minato Ward 🧭 Map
The hotel is incredibly close to the station, and Shinagawa Station is a major transportation hub for both the airport and Shinkansen, which probably explains why it's so popular
Honestly, I was quite happy with the room in the East Tower. I had two bookings this trip, staying in both the East Tower and the annex of the Main Tower. The East Tower offered good value for money
Very close to Shinagawa Station, just a 3-minute walk, making it super convenient for getting around. There are also convenience stores and restaurants nearby
There's a shopping mall, convenience stores, and restaurants right next to the hotel. The 7-Eleven even offers tax refunds. On B1 of the mall, both the soba noodle shop and the tempura place were delicious
I specifically booked a room with breakfast, but both mornings, there was a long line outside the restaurant starting at 6:30 AM, so I never got to eat. The shampoo and conditioner were Pola brand
The self-check-in system was a bit finicky; it insisted on a domestic address to complete the process, but there was staff available to help

APA Hotel Higashi Shinjuku Kabukicho Tower, Tokyo1 / 25
8.7
Tokyo, 2-31-12 Kabuki-cho, Sindzyuku, 160-0021 Tokio, Yaponiya 🧭 Map
The room facilities are excellent, and there's space for luggage. Breakfast is good, though the dining area is a bit small, but you'll manage. (There are 100 other places to eat nearby anyway
Pros: great location, the staff is very respectful, helpful, and quick to respond. The room cleaning service was excellent. Even though the room was small, that's a norm in Japan
Hotel room all good, location a bit far from station.
With its price, I would say it's quite a good deal
The best!!!!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The best from the hotel is the fact it offers onsen for free in their facilities! A Family Mart and a Donki are in front of it. Rooms are small, but as they are in the APAs

Even if you miss the hotel shuttle, it's just a short walk to the Disney Line. The staff are warm and polite, and the hotel's dinner buffet is excellent value for money with a great variety of dishes
Their breakfast is excellent, definitely worth getting
Good for family, the room is so big, good amenities so comfy with Disney fire work view
The breakfast was also excellent, making for a very pleasant stay
However, the room's cleanliness was just so-so. Overall, it was still a good experience with good value for money
We were late coming back from the park and decided last-minute to have dinner at the hotel, and the buffet was open until 10:30 PM. The rooms are much larger than those in the city, clean, tidy, and comfortable

Hyatt Regency Tokyo, Tokyo1 / 29

Tokyo, 2-7-2 Nishi-Shinjuku 🧭 Map
location to train stations was excellent. view from 22nd floor was fantastic
This is an older luxury hotel located on the quieter side of Shinjuku. It has a beautiful lobby, and there's a fantastic Japanese restaurant on the second floor
The hotel is conveniently located near the Tocho-mae subway station. The rooms are clean and comfortable, though not particularly spacious
I then went down to the front desk myself to report it. A front desk colleague accompanied me back to the room, and we had to wait another 10 minutes or so for the customer service supervisor
Grand lobby, fabulous location, and absolutely professional staff make this older hotel a good option for mid budget Tokyo travel. Rooms are on the small side and dated, but beds are top notch with delightful linens
This is hands down the worst Hyatt I've ever stayed at in Japan. I checked in on the 20th, and on the evening of the 22nd, while packing my bags, I found a receipt next to the bed

Marroad International Hotel Narita, Narita1 / 30

Narita, 763-1 Komaino 🧭 Map
Friendly staff. Good price. Food was not cheap as they know you have no other options really. The store on site was nice though and the rooms were cool. Had a nice radio built right into the side table.
The room was quite spacious compared to other hotels in Japan, especially for such a cheap price. There's a convenience store on the first floor and a free shuttle bus to Narita Airport. It's awesome, seriously!
This hotel near Narita Airport is fantastic! The free shuttle to and from the airport made everything so convenient and stress-free
The room was more spacious than typical Japanese hotels, and it was spotlessly clean with no strange odors. The water temperature and pressure in the shower were excellent, and the toiletries had a lovely scent
This single room is the biggest I've stayed in among all the Japanese hotels. The staff were polite, the environment was good, and there's a convenience store on the first floor. Very satisfied. Thumbs up! 👍🏻
A good experience the hotel, clean and comfy room near the airport which can see traffic departing Narita Airport, shuttle bus provided.

Receptionist just keep looking without any response but i know their eye was following, and i heard them reporting of what i was doing, felt a bit uncomfortable Until i was failed in doing check in finally they came in to help, other than that hotel was good overall
very close to Hiroshima station, Reasonable price, nice hot spring bath, near Convenience store, Comfortable place to stay in Hiroshima
Location was good, not overly loud location, but there did not seem to be effective elevators nor laundry services for the size of this hotel
The hotel is just across the Hiroshima station. So you can easily access to anywhere by tram, metro or train. The room was very clean and they provided all the supplies such as toothbrush, paste, etc everyday
I stayed here on a business trip. I thought it would be far from the station, but when I walked there I found it to be surprisingly close. The room was also clean. I would like to stay here again.
Large public bath ◎ Staff service ◎ Location (near station) ◎ It may be because of the season, but the room was very dry and I got a sore throat. It would be nice to have a humidifier

Osaka, 1 Chome-1-13 Nipponbashi, Chuo, 542-0073 Osaka, Prefektura Osaka, Yaponiya 🧭 Map
Location very good next to Dotonbori, and very near to Nippombashi metro. Nearby got kombini, drugstore as well. Downside is can be a bit noisy and waiting long for lift as there are many travellers in this hotel
The hotel provides almost everything guests might need — even small details like hair ties are available. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Nipponbashi Metro Station
The staff are very friendly, helpful, and always greet guests with a smile. Overall, this hotel is great value for money with an excellent location and service
They provide a luggage tag number, which makes the process secure and easy. Although the room is small (typical for Japan), it is well-equipped with complete amenities and everything is functional
Traveling to Nara is very convenient as there’s no need to change trains, and Namba Station is also within walking distance. After check-out, guests can still store their luggage at the hotel
Sotetsu Grand Fresa Osaka Namba offers a very smooth and easy check-in and check-out process. Everything is well-organized and hassle-free

Hotel Nikko Narita, Narita1 / 30

Narita, 500 Tokko 🧭 Map
10mins away from Narita airport with shuttle bus services! Although hotel is old school style but good maintenance and service is super good. There also a Lawson inside hotel with 24 hours
The Serena restaurant buffet has great variety of food and reasonably priced, food excellent! And with the convenience of Lawson's 24 hour mini retail store on the first floor where you can find variety of hot meals, sandwiches, pastries, and just about any incidental needs
There's a dedicated shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel, which takes about ten minutes. The hotel itself isn't far from the airport either
The hotel service is excellent, and the staff are very polite! The room was spotless, not a speck of dust, and a Washlet (bidet toilet seat) is standard in every room! There wasn't bottled drinking water provided, but it seems the tap water quality is good enough to drink
For a Japanese hotel, this room size is very good, not small at all. It's also incredibly close to Narita Airport, with a shuttle bus that takes about half an hour, which is quite convenient
Highly recommended, especially if you have an early morning flight. The hotel shuttle picks you up directly from Terminal 2, first floor, at designated spot 33 – no need for a reservation, just wait there

Very clean & Comfortable rooms with good views, a very wide spread of food at the buffet.
It’s a good hotel to stay for rest and relax. Hotel is far from everything so best to have a car to go around for food. Definitely will be a lot nicer if hotel is renovated recently
I am said its one of the best hotel i stayed
I've stayed there 3 times (in September )and have had an excellent experience every time. My only complaint is that the pool has never been open at night. When it was open during the day it was crowded with kids
The hotel is extremely clean and well maintained! The room is big and the ocean & pine trees forest view was simply awesome 👍! Another plus point was their out door Onsen with the pine trees view was fantastic!!
It’s a lovely place, full of locals, so everywhere is kept and maintained clean and enjoyable. Hotel has different areas / activity to explore, service was attentive and thoughtful, parents enjoyed thenselves

The Prince Park Tower Tokyo, Tokyo1 / 30
9.0
Tokyo, 4-8-1 Shibakoen Minato-ku 🧭 Map
The hotel in the famous shiba park, very close to Tokyo station. We were there for tokyo marathon weekend, unfortunately the free train ticket inside the bib package cannot use in the train line next to the hotel
After running we have to walk long distance in order to use this “free” ticket. One of the problems from Tokyo marathon, hope they can fix it next year
We are blocked out from the station entry gate. It seems only Tokyo metro lines can use this ticket but none of them running next to our hotel
But we do have a very beautiful icon of Tokyo, the Tokyo tower and cherry blossom next to it
When we asked staff, we were told there were no other options and that each guest was limited to one set. The hotel later claimed we had arrived during a “break period” (8:30–9:00), which had never been communicated
Breakfast hours were stated as 7:00–11:00, and we arrived within that timeframe. At the time, there were no hot breakfast options suitable for children — only raw salmon, toast, and a small selection of pastries

Tokyo, 3-10-8 Iidabashi, Chiyoda-ku 🧭 Map
I stayed at the East Wing Family with my wife and two daughters. It was a spacious 37 square meter room with two beds and two couches. For $140, it was a bargain to stay in a hotel of this class
The room was clean and tidy, equipped with a toothbrush, toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo, and even an air purifier. The mattress had just the right amount of firmness
The hotel staff are very polite, friendly and will help you in anyway they can. The hotel is also very near Suidobashi area (5 minutes walk) where you can find lots of local eateries
The location of the hotel is very close to Lidabashi Station. Therefore, travelling across the city by railway is very convenient. The hotel premises and room are very clean
Room was small but clean and well appointed. Downside is that for a tall guy the bed was small and I did have much room to walk either
The only downside is that it's a bit small; if you have large luggage, I'd suggest considering a bigger room type

Service crew are helpful, good that the hotel sells disney goods. Breakfast was decent as well with great selections. Location is ok, given that there are free shuttle to disneyland but not disneysea..
Excellent stay with free transport to Disneyland. For Disneysea, you have to take the shuttle bus to Bayside station and change one line. Overall, highly recommended.
We had a good time and could rest from a very fun day at Disney Sea. Very easy access to the parks but the best part was to know the Japanese restaurant inside the hotel Hamakaze
Stayed here to attend Disneyland for 2 days and 3 nights. Booked the comfort room, excellent size. Great staff and breakfast was included. Wide range of buffet selection for breakfast.
However the best part is it has a free shuttle to and back from Disneyland and Disney sea!!!
The guy who checked us in was super attentive and friendly. The room was fine for two people, but might be a bit small for more. Downstairs, there's a convenience store, vending machines, and even some Disney cookies

+ good location + helpful and polite staff (although most don't speak English) - tiny and dated rooms - central AC (you can't regulate temperature in your room) - locked windows (you have to ask staff to un/lock)
Old school hotel with everything you need. But its closing down. But there are other branches for booking around Osaka.
i do not recommend this stay and will not come back for myself. best thing of the hotel is location , underground pass through all the subway lines and airport bus terminal just right beside
They only clean your room every fourth day of your stay. The room is relatively small but has almost everything you need
Good location. Very strategic. Nice and friendly staff. Room bit small but clean
The only best part would be the location of the hotel, near the train and subway station, near shopping malls, the bus stop to get on to go KIX airport is just right below their property

The environment is great and the service is excellent! Really good! The only minor downside was the breakfast, which was a little disappointing.
Best hotel that I have stayed in Osaka. However, the closest JR station is about 8 mins walk. Other than that, everything else is good. BTW, the price on Saturdays is like 2-3 times more than weekdays
Excellent location, very close to Jusan (Juso) subway station, making it easy to get to Umeda. It's quiet despite being in a bustling area, so it's not noisy at night. There are also many restaurants nearby
The room's soundproofing was so good I couldn't hear any noise 🤫, and waking up to the morning sun was incredibly refreshing 🌞. Checkout was super fast, no long waits ⌛
I was given twin bed room in 14 floor by the reception. The room is comfortable, and have good view from window
Best hotel to stay for couple and best place to visit around the osaka and kyoto area.

The room types are very family-friendly, and there's even a handsome guy from Hong Kong at the front desk who speaks Chinese! The experience was just as amazing as Universal Studios itself, offering incredible value
Luckily we got upgrade our room. Kids were very excited to stay this hotel. Room was clean and well organized for stay comfortable. The view from room is also nice.
If you're visiting Universal Studios, Universal Tower Hotel is the top choice. No need to wake up early or worry about getting back late, the location is absolutely fantastic
The room size was good, larger than hotels in Tokyo, and could fit two suitcases with space to spare. The buffet breakfast was busy, and while the food variety wasn't extensive, the ingredients were fresh and tasty
The room itself is spacious, and they offer a buffet breakfast and afternoon tea. The room service was excellent. You can even enjoy the night view right from your bed through the large glass window
There are tons of convenience stores downstairs, and all sorts of shops, including dining, entertainment, and cultural and creative outlets – you name it

I enjoyed the experience overall. The hotel is very close to the station, which made traveling around Tokyo very convenient. There is also a FamilyMart right below the hotel, perfect for quick snacks and essentials
The bed was comfortable, the bathtub was large and very clean, and I also liked the Bluetooth audio speaker provided in the room. My only complaint was the touchscreen air-conditioning control panel
The hotel has a hot spring and gym facilities, although I didn’t get the chance to use them during my stay. The room itself was super spacious compared to many hotels in Tokyo
In the afternoon, there's coffee available in the lobby, which is also very large and beautiful. Plus, there were staff members who spoke Chinese and proactively offered help
I had a really enjoyable stay at Tokyo Bay Shiomi Prince Hotel. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, which made it feel comfortable and relaxing throughout my stay
Fantastic! The room was super spacious, enough for three people to open their suitcases simultaneously. It's really close to Shiomi Station, about a three-minute walk

Yamanouchi, Yakebitai-yama, Shiga Kogen 🧭 Map
Good location, but small and old room. Overall still quite good. Recommended for ski in ski out
My ski pants broke on the trip and we went to so many different shops in shigakogen but only found 2 shops that sold a very limited selection of ski pants - Restaurant St Christophe (at Okushiga) and Snowcan Ichinose Diamond shop
service and environment is good, however too expensive, i would expect better facilities for this price
Ski gears quality are quite good in hotel rental shop. Room is small if u choose the cheapest type of room
Another thing was that we had the room at the end of the corridor which the furthest away from the lift- it was a long walk to the lift, around 100m. It’s better to request for a room near the lifts (lifts are not noisy)
Breakfast and dinner buffets were pretty decent - there was a wide variety of foods to choose from. The west building was conveniently located near two chairlifts and we could head to different ski areas easily

Clean and convenient. Exactly what I expected. Perfect for a busy 3 day visit to the city
The best thing is the large public bathhouse. It has a jacuzzi, an open-air bath, and a sauna, and it's well-managed, just like a super public bathhouse
Convenient transportation, close to the station, abundant breakfast, free ramen every night 🍜, tastes good, and soaking in the hot spring is comfortable.
Plus, a double rate without meals costs 10,000 yen, so it's a good value, and I can recommend it to everyone. I'm worried about making a profit
As the name suggests, this is a top-notch hotel. The station is close by, and the standard hotel services are impeccable. It looks like it was recently completed, and it's clean and beautiful

This one is of course famous Prince hotel but it is quite away from the city center yet situated in the most beautiful area of Hiroshima. From the hotel rooms we could see the skyline of the town and the sea
This hotel is well known for hosting the G7 Hiroshima Summit, and after staying here, I can honestly say it truly lives up to its reputation
The shuttle bus is convenient but does not run that frequently so I recommend you to check it well in advance. I ended up paying around 3500 yen for taxi one way 🤣
Located right by the harbor, the rooms offer a breathtaking ocean view where the sea and sky blend into one—extremely relaxing and peaceful
Hotel services were good but the location is too far from the city. Its good when you have a long holiday but not for a short time traveller.
The staff were all very kind and professional. Downside is also its best quality which is location. Great for the view but far away from everything else

The room was a bit small, but the facilities and services were excellent, especially the front desk staff who were incredibly friendly and helpful
Nest hotel in japan as of January 2026. Ive been in japan 5 times now, Sapporo Prince is one of the Best! suggested hotel when you visit sapporo.
The hotel is very large and upscale, with excellent facilities. The windows are also huge, offering a great view.
The room was very tidy and clean, and the breakfast was abundant. It's 1.5 km from Sapporo Station, a 15-minute walk to Sapporo Station and Daimaru Department Store, making shopping very convenient.
The hotel's breakfast is a buffet and it's quite delicious, especially the generous portions of salmon – I really enjoyed it. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Sapporo
