Excellent hotel right next to the airport! The rooms are very clean, cozy, and well thought out

The staff is helpful to guide guests to use the check in-out system, pretty advanced and very interesting compare to other hotels

If you’re visiting Tokoname area, this can be a great place to stay and easy access to airport other facilities. I like the infrastructures built around this hotel

Also, early check-in is not allowed even if you’re willing to pay extra, which can be inconvenient. Overall, it’s fine for a quick transit stay, but don’t expect much beyond the basics

Just because I have to take the early plane tomorrow morning otherwise I won't choose to stay here. The network is good.

I stayed at Toyoko Inn Hotel Chubu International Airport 2 during a flight transit, and it’s suitable for a short stay mainly because of its convenient location near the airport

The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. The hotel itself is clean and tidy, with complete facilities and excellent service. I'll definitely stay here again next time

The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom had excellent water pressure, which was great for relaxing. Check-in was very quick, thanks to the front desk staff

Very good service overall, but I had to leave a 4 star for overall, the room we were assigned was very loud and my 3 years old had trouble falling asleep

The views are nice. The breakfast selection on the 1st floor has gotten smaller, but the restaurant on the 30th floor is still quite good.

Other than the above, everything was exceptional, the housekeeping team who cleaned our room daily saw that we had a lot of empty bottles of water, and they did refill with the room with enough water without having us to call and request for more

Clean rooms, front desk staff helpful and convenient location with good neighbor shuttle service to Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea. Need to book reservations for the shuttle bus

I booked a total of five nights. First, two nights here, then two nights in Kamakura, three nights in Hakone, and then back here for three nights, before moving to Tamachi for two nights

Booked online, check-in was a breeze. The room wasn't huge, but it was perfectly adequate. It's really close to the Ariake Central Building, which was super convenient for visiting clients.

From Terminal 3 at the airport, I took the Tokyo Monorail, transferred to the Rinkai Line at Tennozu Isle, got off at Kokusai-Tenjijo, and walked to the hotel in about five minutes

I've been to Japan over thirty times and Tokyo eight times, and this is by far the best value-for-money hotel I've stayed at in Tokyo. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend it to everyone

The whole journey took about 40 minutes. The hotel's surroundings are excellent – quiet and comfortable. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, making dining convenient

Very good garden view. 35/F., very comfortables with big room. The bed is big for two persons since I am along.

Bar Capri had a reasonable price for food and if you smoke cigars that's a good place with higher end quality drinks

You have a choice of restaurants for breakfast, and the one upstairs offers a fantastic view of Mount Fuji. I'd say the breakfast is quite good by Japanese standards. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent too

I also enjoy the public bath very much, making sure to use it every evening, especially when snow is falling into the open space part, which make me feel as if I was being time-travelled to the ancient days of Japan

Overall is really nice and relaxing to stay. There is public onsen where there are both inside and outside which I found very enjoyable

This hotel has many tourists including tour groups and others causing a long line for laundry. I really hope there are more of it

If I am not wrong there are only 5 washing machines and 4 dryers which is not enough for the entire big hotel

My wife keeps saying that this hotel feels 5 stars, with the price of 3 stars

I really enjoyed my stay at Kobe Sannomiya Union Hotel. The location in Sannomiya is very convenient — only a short walk from the main train stations — making it easy to explore Kobe.

The hotel near the Kobe Sannomiya station and also near the center of the Kobe, walk not too far to find the good restaurants. The staff at the front desk can rarely speak English but she willing to help us

I stayed here for &TEAM's live performance at G-Lion. The amenity service, welcome drink service, and staff service were all excellent. The room is old, but the service is excellent, so I recommend it

The view from the 19th floor was also beautiful. Best of all, they will store your luggage before and after check-in, and they also lend you bicycles

You will realize that you are very close to Fantasy Springs and indeed there is an entrance into the park from there but only for Toy Story and FS guests - you will have to take the monorail

Arakawa and staff in the restaurant are top notch, made me and my fiancée feel extremely welcomed and accommodated with her gluten allergy and they went above and beyond for us

All of the staff members at the Hilton Tokyo Bay were extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring we had the best stay possible

We ate here for dinner 3 nights and breakfast 3 mornings, and stayed in one of the bay view rooms. Great location if visiting Disney parks and the staff alone is what made this stay a truly special one

200% highly recommend this hotel — it’s incredibly family-friendly! While waiting to check in, there’s a large play area directly across from the front desk, along with Disney TV channels playing to keep children entertained

There’s even a Lawson convenience store and a small Disney gift shop inside the hotel (just in case you didn’t buy enough 🤣) Breakfast is buffet-style with a great variety of options, and everything we tried was delicious

The hotel is incredibly convenient, located right next to Shin-Yokohama Station – you can spot it immediately to your right after exiting. Getting to Chinatown by subway was also a breeze

This was my first time staying at a Toyoko Inn with such a spacious room. It had all the amenities I could need, making laundry, drying, and dining incredibly convenient

I loved it, its a big room, by Japanese standard, I liked it so much that I extended my stay from 3 to 4 nights and on hind sight should have stayed 2 more nights in Oita

Quick 12 min walk to Oita train station and buses, I like Oita where its just 1- 3 stops to Beppu and its quite relaxing compared to Tokyo and Osaka

The room was very spacious and clean, and the toiletries were also of very good quality. The headrest in the bathtub was super comfortable. It was very pleasant to lie there and enjoy the night view outside the window.

As much I would love to write 100% positive there was one thing I was not satisfied about. Despite being Loyal Hilton member I request for higher floor which is the least they could do but they put me on lowest possible

It really doesn't get much more convenient then this place. The train station is literally right outside the hotel and everything is pretty close. The restaurant on the 30th floor is also tasty. Highly recommend!

I've had buffets at various hotels, but GOCOCU's buffet is by far the best in terms of quality, taste, variety, and appearance

You can't really compare it to hotels in China at the same price point, but compared to other Japanese hotels, the 25-square-meter twin room is quite spacious – big enough to open two large suitcases, and the twin beds can even be pushed together to make a king size

Honestly, I was quite happy with the room in the East Tower. I had two bookings this trip, staying in both the East Tower and the annex of the Main Tower. The East Tower offered good value for money
