Traveling solo to Nagoya, I still chose this hotel.

You can pick up essentials like razors and toothbrushes right by the elevator🤔 Besides, I was blown away by the breakfast spread! They have everything from scrambled eggs and curry to fresh salad

I especially loved the steamed chicken! it’s so flavorful even without much seasoning😋 Overall, I’m super satisfied and will definitely be back🙏

The hotel has a new and an old wing. My discounted room was in the old wing, so the facilities were a bit dated

The breakfast area is quite small and can get a bit crowded in the mornings.

The front desk staff were also very friendly

Booked for three nights, and the front desk staff quietly upgraded my room upon check-in, which was a nice surprise. The hotel's location is excellent, with a subway station and Kintetsu department store right downstairs

The environment here is really good, with complete facilities and reasonable amenities. It's incredibly convenient to stay right by the airport shuttle bus

The room size is large in the city of Japan. Air conditioner is good and the location is convenient to the city center by subway or Kintesu.

The room was quite spacious and surprisingly quiet despite facing the street. The subway and airport bus stop right downstairs, making it incredibly convenient to get around to all the main shopping areas in Osaka

Everything else was pretty good though; breakfast was nice, and the view was great. It's also very close to Universal Studios, just a 10-minute walk away

This hotel has a lot of Minion-themed elements, and there's a Universal gift shop in the lobby. While it's not the closest to Universal Studios, it's very quiet, and you can see the park from the room windows

The Prince Park Tower Tokyo, where I stayed for the Tokyo Marathon, was absolutely amazing! I can confidently say this is the best hotel I've ever stayed at in Tokyo, hands down! My two-night stay here was an incredible experience

The hotel's location is indeed excellent, very close to Tokyo Tower. My room had a perfect view of the entire Tokyo Tower, and the hotel breakfast was also of very good quality

This was my second stay at this hotel, and I really like its convenient location and great value for money. There's an airport shuttle, and it's close to Shinjuku Station, shopping areas, and a Don Quijote store

Check-in is automated with a Chinese interface, which is very helpful! You can also opt for self check-out, saving a lot of time. In the twin room, you'll find that a 28-inch suitcase can only fit in the aisle

EXCELLENT ACCOMMODATION IN SHINJUKU NEAR STATION, CLEAN, ABLE TO SPEAK ENGLISH.

You self-check-in/out and pick up your own toiletries, so it's pretty much contactless. There's no public bath either, but it's perfect for tourists who are out shopping all day

The room isn't huge, but the location is super convenient with the airport shuttle dropping you right downstairs

Water pressure in our room was great with all amenities stocked. We had breakfast buffet at the hotel restaurant and quite a varied range of quality dishes with local produce were served

Great stay at APA Hotel Yamanote Otsuka Ekimae Tower. Clean rooms, friendly service, and an excellent location near the station. Rooms are small . Good value for Tokyo — I would stay again.

Breakfast in the café was only good for those who enjoy fish and Coffee ø, the western style was terrible as in most Japanese hotels, but there are a lots of good caffees in the area that gives you an better offer

I've read some reviews stating that the hotel is dirty, but we went here a couple years back and now and both times were very clean! The view was very nice, although we had the room with the view that we had not wanted

When we visit Osaka, we often choose the Swissôtel Nankai. It's a bit pricey, but you're paying for unparalleled convenience – everything from transport to shopping and dining is right at your doorstep

Nice accommodation that connecting to the various subway stations that able to connect the traveller to everywhere. Good services and concierge able to speak and understand english. Perfect!

The hotel's location is excellent, right above the Nankai Line. The room is also spacious enough for two large suitcases. I'll definitely stay here again.

The Swissôtel Nankai Osaka boasts an excellent location right in the Namba transportation hub, offering easy access to the subway in all directions

The service was excellent; a staff member helped carry my luggage to the room upon check-in, and they assisted with luggage to the airport bus when I checked out. There was seamless Chinese-speaking service

The location is excellent — directly connected to Shinsaibashi subway station, opposite Parco and Daimaru, with Amerikamura just behind the hotel. Very convenient for shopping and getting around

A wonderful hotel in an ideal location. 2nd tallest building in Japan. Close to Subway and train station. Service is fantastic. English is well spoken by all the staff I interacted with. Restaurants are top notch.

Update: We are sad to see them close for 3 years for renovation. We will definitely be staying on opening day! The hotel was wonderful and the staff made it exceptional! We love this place and stay here regularly

It is very disappointing that I felt the quality of the employees working there were poorly trained, which is not appropriate for a hotel in this kind of price range

This has been my go to hotel for the past 5 years. So sad it’s closing for 3 years for renovations. I’m sure in 2028 it will be absolutely amazing.

The view from the room is very nice. We paid additional 6k yen for this view which is totally worth it. Aside from the view, there’s nothing special. No amenities for the guests to enjoy

The ramen at Ramen Street on Isetan's 10th floor is also delicious – I recommend the tantanmen; it's spicy and incredibly satisfying! When checking out, I bought a Hello Kitty Haruka e-ticket directly on Klook, and I could just scan my phone to enter and exit

The location is incredibly convenient, right on the second floor of Kyoto Station. Every time we exited the subway, we were practically at the hotel, which was super handy

Due to a canceled flight from Osaka to Sapporo, Trip. com rebooked us for the next day, flying from Kobe, and we stayed at the Crown Plaza Hotel. It's an old, established 5-star hotel, over 30 years old

However, that one subway stop costs 210 yen, which is quite a bit more expensive than what you'd pay back home. So, if you have some time, a pleasant 10-15 minute walk is a great alternative

There are two daily shuttle buses to and from Osaka Kansai Airport, which is very convenient. It's right above Shin-Kobe Station, and a 20-minute walk to Sannomiya

The room was very clean and a good size. Breakfast was incredibly rich and varied! 👍🏻

(April 2022) Excellent room and onsen ruined by hellish queues at the evening soba bar (30 mins or so) and upon checking out (including at the elevators; no staircases available, making it impossible for guests on lower floors to get to the lobby)

This is my second stay at this hotel, and it's still a fantastic experience

Not only is the location great, offering direct views of Rainbow Bridge and distant views of Tokyo Skytree and Tokyo Tower, but the hot spring on the 14th-floor rooftop is also excellent – I visited almost every day

The room size was adequate, but the cleanliness was a bit lacking, with noticeable dust accumulation in several spots. There are some restaurants directly opposite in Senkyaku Banrai

The upstairs hot spring and breakfast were both excellent, and the view was great too. It was just a little on the expensive side.

Stayed at the Shinjuku Prince hotel for 5 nights recently. The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, right next to the Seibu-Shinjuku station and 6 minute walk from Shinjuku station

My friend and I stayed in the smallest hotel room with twin beds, the only problem I had was that the room was too small, couldn’t really open a big luggage entirely without sacrificing walking space in the room, and the aircon was very weak during our stay, but they did offer a portable small aircon machine on the ground which kept the temperature acceptable

All staff have good standard of English with high quality service. Highly recommended!

I visited Japan and stayed a week in this hotel. It is very clean, comfortable and it has a nice structure. It is located in a good area, surrounded by places you can go shopping.

At just over 700 a night, this hotel offers excellent value for money. We, a family of three, booked a triple room, and it was very spacious. The room also came with a table and chairs, and the hotel was spotlessly clean

Our room was spacious and clean, and the service was excellent. There's a Family Mart convenience store on the second floor that opens at 7 AM, and ice machines are available in the common areas

Breakfast was also excellent, and our children absolutely loved it. The hotel is about 800 meters from the metro station

I stayed here once in 2018 and it's a great hotel. The location is very close to Osaka Castle Park, the rooms are clean, and the castle view is excellent. The breakfast is fantastic and the standards haven't dropped.

This is a classic old Japanese hotel. As soon as I entered, someone helped me with my luggage. For this price, having breakfast included is a really good deal

Really recommend this hotel, just walk across the road to Osaka castle. A lot of convinence stores nearby,Starbucks,Mc Donals and Metro staton,JR station. Breakfast is great with western and Japanese style

The Mountain View Garden Hotel is conveniently located near Disney. Although it's a bit of a distance from the park, the shuttle service is very convenient, so getting to and from the park is no hassle

A four-bed room, which is quite a rare find! For Japan, the room size was surprisingly decent. We could just about fit three 20-inch suitcases, though we had to open them when needed and then close them immediately

Best location Becos it’s only 2 mins walk from Susukono station, 50 m away from the famous Nikka whisky sign. Plenty of foods, pub n shopping around the area

Rooms was bit old, cleanliness so so but if you are looking for a perfect location to stay in Sapporo, Tokyo Rei might be your choice

Great location! It's just a stone's throw from the subway exit, and there's an airport bus stop right across the street. Plus, there's a mall nearby, the Tanukikoji shopping arcade, and plenty of nightlife options
