There are limited food options both inside and nearby, so it's advisable to come prepared for that. The room was lovely, and the futons were very comfortable

Breakfast was included in our stay, and we also chose to have dinner there a few times. Every dish we tried was delicious and beautifully prepared

The staff service is excellent, and the outdoor onsen is beautiful and very enjoyable

The only downside is that during peak hours, there are a lot of external visitors, but if you avoid those times, it's incredibly relaxing

We also tried eating out at a couple of other restaurants in Niseko, but we both agreed that the hotel’s restaurant was by far the best for us. Highly recommend this place!

Moku no Sho is absolutely amazing! The hotel's interior is very tastefully decorated, very upmarket. Our stay includes free-flow juices and wine at the lounge area, with marshmallow roasting at a fireplace in the evening

The location is tranquil, and both the facilities and service were excellent. The two-meal Kaiseki dinner was incredibly delicious. Our entire family had a wonderful and memorable vacation there.

The check-in process was handled entirely by a dedicated person in the lounge area while I sat comfortably on a sofa, enjoying welcome snacks. It was a really pleasant experience

I booked a private onsen suite this time, and the room was spacious and well-equipped, featuring not only a private hot spring but also a massage chair

All drinks at the hotel bar were complimentary, and the Kaiseki dinner I added in the evening was incredibly fresh and delicious, course after course

Sure enough, as soon as my chartered car pulled up to the hotel entrance, a staff member was already there to confirm my details

The Japanese-style room in the hotel is large and comfortable, and the sauna and bath facilities are fully equipped and very comfortable😄!

The room and bath were both very good. This is also an inn I would like to stay at. If I had one request, I would like to have an outlet near the mirror in the room

cheap! Bedrock bath is the best! ! Yonaki soba is also great! It's super hot with a coupon that can be used at the Seicomart next door! ! Because it is far from the city center, it is essential to use the streetcar, but it was a wonderful little-known hotel

About 20 minutes walk from the station. It's fine except for the smell of cigarettes in the bathroom. There is a large bath, but I was too tired to go. It's a cheap and good place to stay near Hakodate Station.

The room was outdated, but it was clean and the letter was nice. It was the best little-known spot hotel. I definitely want to use it again!

I had cold tanuki soba. It was a very good 28 soba. There is also a daily lunch, and I think it's a little-known spot. However, the inside of the store is too dark and it is difficult to find the menu (laughs)

Pleasant and homely, with a public bath - the room was adequately furnished and they even provided a free phone. Heater could've been a little more efficient.

The location is very good. Hotel is a bit old but clean. No food service, which is a bit disappoint. In general is Ok.

I thought the hotel was close to Nishi 11-chome subway station, but it was quite a walk. There aren't many buses to Sapporo Station, but there is a bus stop opposite the hotel, so it's best to take the bus

I rented a car. The staff was very friendly and even came out to explain the parking lot to me. There are quite a few restaurants nearby, and the accessibility is convenient.

The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel price was cheaper than hotels of the same level in Sapporo, so I'd like to stay there again next time I go

Very good location! Not far from the JR station..walking distance. The bathroom is small but the hotel has a big and clean hot bath pool on the 6th floor. The staff are nice and very helpful!

It’s a compact hotel located near the JR station, just a few minutes walk to the hotel. There is a free shuttle service to the airport, but you have to show your intention when checking in

Lovely hotel, really clean and has everything you need. The onsen was amazing and staff were ever so nice. Even a free mini bus to airport if needed! Definitely recommend:)

Spacious and clean room. The hotel is right next to Chitose Stn. They even offer a free hotel shuttle. 100% recommend if you are taking an early flight out in the morning.

A fine place, does the job well. The onsen is excellent with diffferent temperature pools, a sauna, bubble spa, and even an unsettling but effective underwater electric zapper.

Comfortable beds and large (for Japan) rooms. although there is a window that looks into the shower, which I found odd. Not sure if that’s the same in every room. Has an onsen on the 2nd floor

please pay attention for your hotel booking whether you already paid for your baby/ toddler & keep your booking receipt details to show them for check in, otherwise they will ask you to pay for your kids again

I lost my wallet during my stay and the hotel mailed it back to me. Although there were some communication issues and the process took some time, everything was returned intact. Appreciate their help.

Nice big hotel, large onsen area with one complimentary drink. Indoor and “outdoor” onsen with jacuzzi. Parking is 1000yen per day, spa tax 100yen. Can walk around to 7/11 and ramen eateries

The staff were all very nice, good, n professional. They never missed to wish me good morning, thank you, and good night everyday. The staff also kept saying sorry sorry sorry when i came earlier than check in time

Fantastic location. Only 5m walks from nearest subway station and a few minutes walks away from odori park. Although we hope that they can improve their amenities since we need to take some soaps at the lobby.

The location in middle Hirafu is good enough that you probably don't need a car, unless you are planning to drive to other, non-Niseko resorts (like Rusutsu). Setup is lightly serviced apartments

Stayed here for 3 nights for our honeymoon. Thomas was super helpful with our check in and out! The room and amenities were great! Nicely tucked away from the main areas so it was nice and quiet

It said breakfast was a buffet, so I booked through this site instead of other sites that offered even cheaper rates for rooms without meals, but when I actually stayed there, all I got was a 200 yen coupon for a breakfast at the nearby McDonald's

You will surprise that in dinner time they provide free alcohol drink including osake . They also have coffee machine  They have onsen small one as well. The price is incredible cheap compared to place surrounding.

First of all, it's extremely well located. Secondly, there's a bar with all kinds of free drinks, as well as towels, toothbrushes, etc. , and a snack bar with noodles and small snacks (more than enough for a meal)

The self-service drink area had a great variety, they even offered three different types of alcohol!

It was buffet style and I think the selection was more extensive than other capsule hotels

We chose this hotel specifically for our skiing trip to Annupuri Ski Resort. It's super convenient, only about a 10-minute walk to the ski rental shop! However, there are absolutely no shops nearby

My daughter and I arrived here for one night and found our stay very comfortable and luxurious, although it was only a brief visit. The room was a great size and the beds were very comfortable

The hotel includes a half-board plan (dinner is a Japanese set meal, and breakfast is a buffet). The only minor downside is that there's no shower in the room, just a toilet and a sink

But, there's a Niseko shuttle bus stop right in front of the hotel, which helps make up for it, though the schedule isn't very frequent, so you need to check the times carefully

Similarly we were also unable try the food at breakfast as we arrived just before 9am, but were too late so please ensure you arrive with plenty of time to go

You have to go to the public bathhouse on the first floor for showering and hot spring bathing. Otherwise, everything else was pretty good~

Everything you want you can ask the stuff in front of thelounge to call the taxi so you can ask them so that is easy hotel, and a cheap one I think

The only thing to take note is there is no elevator to second floor, have to use staircase and carry the travel case to the upper level

They finally still needed to charge me 2000 Yan. I requested to have the price list and all policies about the check in and check out. THE MAN RECEPTIONIST CAME INTO MY ROOM AND SHOWED ME THE BOOKLET

The room is quite big, but the facilities are old. It is close to the underground street exit and Odori subway station.

It's not far from Sapporo Station. There's a Family Mart nearby. Check in and get ice cream.

Warm and comfortable, good location, breakfast is very Hokkaido, I like it, this is my second stay, very good

However, despite the large public bath, there were no slippers provided (room slippers were available), and the old shampoo bottles in the room's bathroom were hardened and dripping (even if you didn't use the bathroom, it was noticeable)

I stayed here for a concert at Sapporo Dome. The location was perfect, just off the underground passage. The walls were thin, so noise from the neighboring rooms echoed, but it was acceptable for the price

We rented a four-person room. It was very spacious and the futon was big and comfortable. The bathroom in the room was also spacious and there was a large communal bath, which was great.

The room was cosy with a beautiful ocean view. The furnishings are not modern, but that is part of the charm, as it feels like stepping back into the 80s or 90s while still being well maintained and fully functional

Heating was sufficient even in temperatures of -5 to -10 degrees. The room was clean, and the bedding was prepared during dinner and folded again at breakfast, which made us feel very well taken care of

The private hot spring bath we booked was excellent in both its environment and facilities, and both the indoor and outdoor public baths offered ocean views

Stayed here last week during heavy snowfall, and choosing this ryokan turned out to be the perfect decision. Check-in was detailed and thoughtful

The butler, who I believe was named Junko, spent about 30 minutes explaining the room, amenities, and house rules, using picture cards and translation tools due to limited English, which made the process clear and smooth

The ryokan is located in Yunokawa Onsen, about 30 minutes from town. I recommend dining in, as going out requires a walk and staying in allows you to fully enjoy the experience. Overall, a very pampering stay

This was not a problem for us, in fact we put up a do not disturb sign every day. Towels and Yukata for bathing can be easily picked up, and the cleanliness of the bathroom and hot spring is also very good

Great place with great rooms with easy access to the slopes. The hot springs is a must and is extremely easy for foreigners to use. Would recommend for anyone wanting a cheap but pleasant stay in niseko.

This hotel was about a five-minute walk from the ski equipment rental shop and the ski resort. It also had a hot spring sauna, which was great!

The first time I went skiing in Hokkaido, I chose Niseko. We went there during the peak season and booked late. Niseko is a popular place, so it was hard to find a hotel that was actually available and reasonably priced

This time we mainly skied, the price of Japanese-style rooms is reasonable, and the hotel is good in terms of hygiene, catering, hot springs, and skiing convenience. Overall, we are still very satisfied

It is on the main road from Hirafu Town to the ski center. It takes about 7-8 minutes to walk to Base and Gondola. Opposite is Hirafu 188 Supermarket, and there are also some restaurants not far away

The outdoor private onsen in the room was also exceptional; the view and atmosphere were incredible. The breakfast, with its unbeatable ocean view, topped it all off. I had a wonderful day in Hakodate!

Perhaps they can install a street light in the alley way or a back door near to parking lots coz it is quite dark and scary to walk alone. Breakfast is lack of variety but acceptable

About 10-15mins driving distance from the city center. Parking is located next to it (around 2mins walking distance) where u have to walk through an alley to hotel main door

He offered us free flow free drinks and free ice cream (which was also very tasty) When we wanted to have some late night snacks bought from a convenient store, he also helped us reheat the food

A nice small hotel with only 26 rooms. Room is big and comfortable. The hotel served free ice cream and sparkling wine at night which was much appreciated. Onsen includes an outdoor section as well.

But as we step inside the property from a heavy snow, we saw this kind gentleman waiting for us right at the door. He greeted us, helped us check in, and explained everything clearly

I arrived at the hotel to check in at 8pm. The front desk customer service was unable to answer my questions clearly. The room was large, but the bed was relatively thin. Men over 6 feet tall could not stretch out

This is probably the cheapest ski-in/ski-out hotel in Niseko, and ski-in/ski-out is truly essential! Carrying ski boards uphill is just too tiring

The location at the bottom of Grand Hirafu cannot be beat, since it is on a quiet run right next to the chairlift. The views of the slopes from the private onsen in our room was a very priceless memory

Great location for a ski-in/ski-out hotel, and it has hot springs! It's super refreshing to soak in the hot springs after skiing. The only downside is there's a short flight of stairs to get to the slopes
