Where to stay with pets in Kyoto

Convenient location for transportation. There was a bit of a queue during check-in, but getting everywhere was easy. The only downside was a bit of noise from the JR line, but overall, it's great value for money.

Now, about the location: the hotel is actually a few minutes' walk further from the Shinkansen JR station compared to other hotels on the same street

This is the second time to Kyoto, but first time to stay near the Kyoto station. The location is very nice, close to the JR/Shinkansen/Metro station

It takes about 6-7 minutes to walk to the bus stop, so it depends on individual needs. Overall, for the price, staying here offers great value for money

The room amenities were thoughtfully prepared with three of each item, and the toothbrushes even came in three different colors, which was a nice touch

However, it's very close to Aeon Mall; you just turn left when you exit, which is a big plus. The mall closes at 9 PM and the supermarket at 10 PM

Aside from its location by Lake Biwa, this is a very ordinary hotel with basically no service. The air conditioning was uncomfortable, either too cold or too dry

We had a comfortable stay overall at Rihga Royal Hotel Kyoto. The staff were professional and polite, and the hotel is conveniently located close to the station, easy to get around

This is my second stay at Hotel Forza Kyoto. The location right in Kawaramachi is super convenient for shopping and dining. My first stay, I had a room facing the street which was a bit noisy

I had originally scheduled to pick up my luggage at 6 PM, but my plans changed, and I went to pick it up at 1:50 PM. The staff helped me with my bags and even asked if my kids and I were hungry, offering us a simple meal

The hotel's location is pretty good, on the north side of the JR station. It's not as bustling as the south side, but it's very close to the bus stop. You can also easily catch buses to various attractions
