I hope that the lady at the check in desk is able to have a better attitude in the future. The interaction felt packed with microagressions. For example, she seemed to not want to speak with us and was impatient about the passport reader (no explanation, just snatched the passport, dropped it on the counter when finished). Although the interaction was short, it felt extremely cold and different from what I saw other guests experiencing with other workers. After living in Japan for 6 years prior to this vist, the

The location was walkable from shin osaka station, checkin process very smooth. The room was compact but had all amenities. Just that though the room had thermostat controls room was extremely hot during one night.

Good place for rest. SPA also provided. Nice morning breakfast. Convience to walk to shin Osaka rail station. Many restaurant located around the hotel.

Booked via Booking.com, confirmation and check-in was a breeze. We arrived too early to check-in but staff were super accommodating and held our luggage until we were able to check-in, so that we didn't have to carry suit cases around while killing time and exploring the sights. Rooms are pretty tight for space, so don't expect to sprawl out here. We were out most of the day so it was really a place to rest. It's location was awesome, to reach the major train station. Has two entry/exits so that was helpful for cutting down the commute to walk to the train station. Plenty of restaurants nearby if you don't feel like dining at their on-site restaurant. Washing and drying facilities were great, just need to make sure you have coins.

The service was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially when transferring luggage to another hotel. The rooms are small, but the location is very close to the train station. It works great if you just need a quick place to sleep.

Cons:
▪︎ no ability to control room temperature if you need it a little cooler. (You can open the window slightly but trains and people outside can be heard). We stayed in April and it was 60s outside but somehow hot in our room so I think they turn the heat on when its slightly cooler outside and unfortunately there's nothing you can do about it except crack a window.
▪︎ bathroom is very compact. I had to literally sit at a sideways angle to use the toilet because it was very close to the wall.
▪︎the room is also very very compact. There is barely enough room to open your luggage.
▪︎for some reason the pillows here are super slim and hard. We joked that they're honestly like laying on layers of cardboard. Sadly, this is not an exaggeration.

Pros:
▪︎the hotel was a great price!
▪︎hotel staff was very friendly and eager to help, they even spoke pretty decent English
▪︎they give you toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fresh towels.
▪︎three minute walk to the train station

For comparison, we also stayed at a JR Mets hotel in Omori, Tokyo and the rooms were a little bigger, the bathrooms were alot bigger, the room had individually controlled air conditioning, and the pillows were very fluffy, all for about the same price!

A very beautiful place. The decorating and the lighting are awesome. No doubt it is a bit pricy, But, considering the place and service it is worthy. But only one thing I didn't like very much is they don't serve coffee to the room. You will only find Ocha. I think specially after coming back from a long meeting, the ocha can be very relaxing. But the coffee is sometimes very important to remove all the exhaustion. The service of giving morning breakfast is great. But it would be better if there were any HALAL option. But unfortunately, there is no option for any HALAL meats. otherwise it is a great hotel.

We stayed in front of Shin-Osaka Station.
I was very impressed with the customer service attitude of the staff. In terms of facilities, I think it is the best APA in Osaka city with a large public bath, a clean feeling, and a large open-air bath.
The air conditioner in the room made almost no noise and I was able to sleep comfortably.
In terms of food, the breakfast buffet was delicious, including seared bonito, rice and raw eggs, so I had a second serving of egg over rice (laughs).

It was really delicious!! ︎
Finally, once again, APA Hotel Shin-Osaka Ekimae is my number one in Osaka. Highly recommended! ︎

The room is spacious, clean, fashionable, luxurious, and easy to use. The shampoo and conditioner did not squeak and the quality was good, so it got a perfect score of 100. The training will continue, so I will definitely use it next time. Cheaper and better! Too good!

It's a three-day quarantine, so it's a new building, so everything is clean, and the bed is high, so I'm very happy with it. The TV is big and modern.
The duvet is comfortable.
The deep tub is also great for taking a bath.
Best of all, there was no noise.
There are quite a few staff. Response is fast.
