When we visit Osaka, we often choose the Swissôtel Nankai. It's a bit pricey, but you're paying for unparalleled convenience – everything from transport to shopping and dining is right at your doorstep.
The front desk staff arranged for a room with an amazing view. The floor attendants were attentive and thoughtful. When it rained, the bell staff didn't hesitate to lend us an umbrella.
The Teppanyaki restaurant on the 10th floor was absolutely fantastic.
The only minor downside was that the shower water pressure was low and it wasn't hot enough; I think it might need some maintenance. Despite that, it will likely still be our top choice for our next trip to Osaka. We hope it continues to improve!

1. The rubbish bin is one tiny one which we can’t dispose our rubbish in. And there’s no trash bag in the bin.
2. The room is very dusty whenever the housekeeping clean the room. That shows it is not clean enough.
3. Reception counter - ********, *****, ******* and a local ******** lady staff provide excellent service. Besides them, there’s a male staff (looks like ***** or ******* ***********) avoid answering me when I asked him about the routes I wanted to go. No good for him. People will think he’s trying to shed his responsibilities.

Staying here for three consecutive nights was an amazing experience! The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, right next to a shopping district, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. The room was spacious and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and they even thoughtfully provided amenities for children. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and my child thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were all warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with any request, paying great attention to every detail. Overall, the experience was faultless. It's definitely our top choice for a family trip, and I highly recommend it – a well-deserved five-star rating!

Many varieties dishes at the highest floor restaurants: Table 36, good sightseeing. Hotel located near Namba Station, easy to travel around.

The hotel's location is excellent, right above the Nankai Line. The room is also spacious enough for two large suitcases. I'll definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located right above Takashimaya, making its location absolutely superb. It offers incredibly convenient transfers to Nankai Line and JR subway stations. Dotonbori, Kuromon Market, and Shinsaibashi are all nearby, placing you right in Osaka's most bustling area.

Nice breakfast my kids like it so much, and can see the sun rise today morning, unbelievable and unforgettable.
My room is a bit large with accommodate us comfortably. Breakfast has 6 types of ice creams, delicious. I drive to the hotel and it’s easy for parking, 3300 yen per 24 hrs. It’s reasonable price. Love this hotel so much.

Great location! It's about a 30-minute Nankai Limited Express ride from the airport. Namba Station is a transportation hub, making it convenient to get anywhere. Takashimaya department store is right downstairs, which is fantastic for shopping. Plus, there are tons of places to eat on the ground floor. Truly a one-stop shop for everything!
