Hotel has a good location, easy to access, only thing is that checkin need to be done exactly in the mentioned time, not 5 minutes before, so everyone is waiting and queuing.

The location and cleanliness are great, but the room was so hot and the AC couldn't be adjusted, which made it feel stuffy. Even in February, there can be hot days, so it would be really helpful if the air conditioning could be individually controlled in each room.

I stayed overnight without meals. It was sufficient. There were restaurants and supermarkets nearby, so it wasn't inconvenient. If I had to say something, I wish they had provided mineral water.

The hotel is located just three minutes from Exit 5 of Esaka Station, making it an excellent location. There are drugstores and convenience stores nearby. Recommended for those using Itami Airport or Shin-Osaka Station.

It's very conveniently located near Esaka Station. The building and interior design are a bit old, but they are kept clean. They offer a nice service of free ice cream, limited to one per person, perhaps only during the hot season. Breakfast is a buffet. There are about 10 types of side dishes, miso soup, soup, curry, rice, several types of bread, juice, milk, coffee, etc., and it was delicious.

I stayed here while attending the Expo. They were able to store my luggage before check-in. The basic amenities were provided and the room was clean. It was sufficient for an overnight stay without meals.

A very convenient location in Osaka, the rooms were very spacious and good amenities. They have a washing machine and kitchen facility in the room which is great. Great value. The beds were very comfortable. The access is to the rooms is by entering pin key, no room cards.

Friendly Staff. We were able to leave our luggage before check in at 3pm. Rooms were small, but small kitchen and a washer. There were plastic hangers and metal rod on the patio to dry the clothes.

Spotlessly clean room with all the facilities we needed. Very close to shops and places to eat (Shinsaibashi), walked easily. Room was perfect temperature without aircon blowing. Washing machine- we did one lead of washing, which we could hang on a stand on the balcony. Beautiful brand new large shampoos and body wash. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Green tea machine in kitchenette.

Good overnight stay! Bathroom was very clean and although small, they were able to put in a bathtub 😁. Location was great! A lot of restaurants around the area and some were even open til morning which was convenient for is since we arrived around 10pm.

Nice location, easy access to different public transportation

it is a budget hotel. but price was increased we book at the high season. room was very small, so luggage with 28inch could not be freely open…the good thing is they provide beverages and room for eat at the first floor and we can freely drink any coffee, tea, soda, calpis,etc.

The staff are very friendly; they call a taxi for us and bring me an umbrella on rainy days.

The room was incredibly small with very few amenities. It's within walking distance to Shinsaibashi and Namba, but getting to Universal Studios requires three transfers. There are no convenience stores nearby, and the closest Aeon store doesn't have much to offer.

The location is fantastic as it's a stone throw away from the busy Shinsaibashi Streets. The staff at the front desk were friendly and went the extra mile too! This hotel is so cool! Rooms are large, bed is comfortable and the amenities are plentiful. My husband and I were shocked at how cool this place was. Everything was also very clean and we actually didn't want to leave to go to our next hotel. We had the best experience.

Much credit has to be given to the staff and management, as they accomodated us after a difficult night in a smoking room. My pregnant wife was thrilled after we were upgraded to a non-smoking room, free of charge. Spent the weekend here with my wife and two daughters (5 and 9). We all had such and amazing time and the girls loved the bunk bed. One of the coolest hotels we have stayed at in mainland Japan and would definitely return!

The location is quite close to the Shin Osaka Station. Just going stright from central gate near Starbuck. They provide breakfast and you shall get it early. 24hrs coffee machine free for you.

Free breakfast is provided, but it's very crowded and you have to queue. The room is quite spacious, with a bathtub and a smart toilet; I could easily unfold my 24-inch suitcase. It's about a 10-minute walk from Shin-Osaka Station.

This is my second time staying here. It's very convenient as it's close to both Shin-Osaka Station and Nishinakajima-Minamigata Station. The price is reasonable and I'm happy that breakfast is included. So I'd like to stay here again.

The room was too warm; the air conditioning worked well, but was quite loud, so you had to turn it off to sleep, which in turn raised the temperature even more.

The hotel is right next to Yotsubashi Station. If you're coming from Shinsaibashi, it's quite a long walk for an in-station transfer, which isn't very convenient. There's a McDonald's and a 24-hour supermarket downstairs. However, the 10 AM check-out time is unacceptable; hotels in Tokyo and Aomori all have 11 AM check-out. The room was super comfortable, and they provided pajamas daily which was a nice touch and fit perfectly. It's really close to the shopping district, you can literally see it as you exit the subway. Okok… room too small but the location is good

Room has the basic amenities required and staff is very friendly. however we felt that the bed was not very comfortable and the room is quite small - but this is common for rooms in japan, as long as you are aware of the room size at the time of booking we can’t complain.

The hotel's location is fantastic! It's right next to Honmachi subway station, and exit 5 leads directly to a FamilyMart and 7-Eleven. The Honmachi area is also very quiet on holidays. The hotel's cleanliness is excellent, and they even offer complimentary drinks and instant noodles for a late-night snack, which is a wonderful touch!

Hotel is near Honmachi station exit.5 but this exit will close in weekend and weekdays after 9 PM. You have to use exit.4 instead. Cleaning is everyday that’s good. 👍 The lactation is not near the shopping center like Shinsaibashi or Namba but is very good for use Holiday in peace.

For a western tourist, rooms are very small, especially the bathrooms, so one must be aware of that. There aren't many options for a western breakfast either, so your stomach must be okay with the Japanese breakfast option, which are usually more like lunch/ dinner for some of us.

The hotel is clean and the location is pretty convenient, just minutes away from the nearest station - Nishi nagahori line. However, I think it’s pretty weird that you are only entitled for 2 500ml water bottles for one night. Would suggest that they install a tap at the lobby so that all guests can refill whenever. The whole experience is very comfortable and clean. The staff is very kind. It is also comfortable to sleep peacefully on a business trip alone.

It's a very normal hotel. They won't give you extra amenities and no cotton buds were provided. They would charge for your toothbrush and razors and you would only get 1 pair of slippers throughout the whole stay. The location wise is good but I think it's better to look for something else within the area. The towels aren't too clean as well, I would often find hair in them.

This hotel seems to be famous locally for hosting weddings. On the day we checked in, we saw a newlywed couple, and there were many commemorative plaques around, showcasing past ceremonies held here. The Wi-Fi was incredibly slow, and there were very few power outlets. The clock on the wall was noisy, and there's no coin laundry. The location is good though, less than 10 minutes from Umeda.
