The hotel service was excellent, and the staff were very attentive. The room facilities were complete and spotless. The hot springs were incredibly comfortable with a great ambiance, and there was also a sauna, free ice cream, and drinks available.

The hotel is only 4 minutes away from the train station. It is very clean and the onsen is very nice and quiet. Highly recommend for travellers.

The hotel view is absolutely stunning! Every day, there's a free-flow beer session and a ramen session, all-you-can-eat and drink. The transportation is incredibly convenient, with a subway station right downstairs. The room was standard, but the breakfast was quite disappointing; there was hardly anything appealing to eat. The biggest plus is definitely the excellent transport links. You can take the subway directly from the airport, and the subway station even connects straight to the hotel.

A decent city hotel located near to Honmachi stn. It's easy to confuse with Honmachi Eki-Mae 「Tower」, which is more taller and more popular to foreigners. Conpared to that, the room size seems to be smaller and there are not so much convenience facilities such as Family mart. However, still, the service including room cleaning is perfect. And, overall, the room is quiet.

Location is great but you have to use stair from train...No elevator.... that's the tough part if you have big luggage. Solid and good hotel for the price! The reason for three stars is that there were mold visible on fittings in the bathroom. Other then that the hotel is up to the Apa standard of well run, wonderfully staffed and easy to use living accommodations for normal working people visiting or doing their job in Osaka.

Check in was not as smooth. One of the machine was not working. The hotel interior looks rather old, but overall it is clean and location wise acceptable (6-7 minutes walk to nearest metro station).

Very convenient as hotel has a few lines. Only 15 minutes to Dotonbori via light green line. Take north exit coming out from airport rapid line. There’s a basement supermarket too. Close to Osaka castle and lots of food around.

I was a bit nervous about the fact that it is a love hotel but honestly i didn't have to because this hotel is pretty good. Location is very convenient, my room was very clean but i didnt fina a soap so that's why i had to buy it in 7-11. And dont't worry, you almost cant't hear noise from the neighboring rooms.

It is located at juso which is very near a metro line but have to get to Osaka if you wanted to go to the main city. The hotel itself is a love hotel but it is very clean and spacious. We had been stayed here for 5 nights. The check in process is quite fast and easy and check out is automated process through the machine at the reception . The location is super convenient, and there's even a 24-hour duty-free shop nearby, so late-night shopping is never an issue. We were out early and back late every day, so we didn't even notice the subway train noise. The soundproofing in each room is really excellent; we couldn't hear any noise at all. Everything was pretty good, and it's close to both the subway station and Tsutenkaku Tower. My only minor complaint is that the hairdryer in the hotel's public area is a bit old. There's only one elevator, and the hotel only provides disposable toothbrushes, so remember to bring your own comb if you need one. Shampoo and body wash are provided in the bathroom.

The hotel is very near osaka castle so do make use of it to see the castle in the day and at night (the latter is one that I regretted not doing). The staff was helpful when I couldn't lower the temperature of the shower - just need to use more force to turn the tap while pressing down the safety valve.

The room was clean and I really enjoyed my stay. The croissants and meat soup for breakfast were delicious. I was on the 7th floor and couldn't see the Tenmabashi Festival fireworks from my room, but the venue was close by and there were lots of stalls and people gathered outside, so I had a great time and the fireworks were very impressive. It's good location and easy to get around to shops or subway. However the hotel room is small with two suitcase, it has little room to move around for more than 1 person. The location was about a 10-15 minute walk from Umeda Station. Anyway, it wasn't too far from the station, which was nice. Since I only used it to sleep, there weren't any major inconveniences. Breakfast was also available. The only inconvenience was that the elevator didn't come very often...?? There was only one elevator, so I remember waiting quite a bit. The room was clean and very nice.

I chose this hotel because it's near Umeda, which helped reduce transportation costs. It seems to have the standard Toyoko Inn decor, which is a bit old-fashioned, but it was still a comfortable stay. The desk was large, perfect for placing belongings or working. This was the only hotel on my trip that didn't allow early check-in, but they did give me the room card in advance, which was a bit odd.
