Osaka, 1-3-30 Mikuriya-sakaemachi (8 km from centre) 🧭 Map
A very clean and comfortable room, with everything one needs for a good sleep, good bath and a comfortable place to sit and work for a while. Close to a metro station, just 30 minuites from downtown Osaka and an hour and 15 minutes from Kyoto. Quiet and peaceful surroundings, very friendly stuff. The only negative is the room size which is a bit claustrophobic for a European, but since everything is...
Although the hotel is not in the city center, it is quite close to the train station. When booking, I was offered a buffet breakfast for all five mornings. I quite liked the buffet breakfast. Although the room was not very spacious, it was quite clean. It was also nice to have a window. It was great to look out the window.
The hotel is located near Kawachi-Kosaka Station on the Kintetsu Nara Line, making it convenient for getting around. I quit smoking seven years ago, so the smell of cigarettes in the smoking room was a real problem. The hotel explained that the parking lot was on the north side of the hotel, but I saw a coin parking lot on the west side of the hotel and used it. The parking fee was high, and I had...
Overall it's OK, the price is cheap, and it's close to the station
The hotel is located in the eastern suburbs of Osaka and is very quiet at night.
It's conveniently located within a 5-minute walk from the train station, making it closer to Nara than downtown Osaka.
I am very satisfied with the room I booked and will come again next time.

Close to JR Tenoji Station and convenience store nearby
The hotel is close to both the metro and JR train stations. There are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping options in the vicinity.
The entire building is non-smoking. If you want to smoke, it's a little far away, but you can do so under the footbridge opposite. The noise from the nearby train was so loud I couldn't sleep very well.
What you expected from APA, compact and affordable, excellent locations.
Near the train station, convenient for traveling, the reception staff are very nice, but the room is a bit narrow. Overall, it's very good.
The hotel is clean and has complete facilities. It's very close to Tennoji Station. It's convenient for traveling and doesn't require any worries for those who have to take an early morning flight. It's only a 5-minute walk.

Osaka, 3-2-7 Awajimachi, Chuo-ku (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Standard room for this room type is double bed only, but the picture shows twin beds.
Locate in a bit distance from subway.
The room is quite small to open large luggage , typiccally in Japan
Approximately 10-15 minutes walk from metro, the room is not big, just barely enough for 2 luggage’s. The common facilities including coffee and tea is great, will consider it again next time
The hotel is great for business trips, but do take note of the payment process. I booked online assuming it was prepaid, but the card was only for guarantee and I had to pay at the counter upon arrival. It would be better if this was more clearly stated during the booking process to avoid confusion. Otherwise, the stay was comfortable and the service was good.
I stayed for two consecutive nights and found the hotel to be very convenient and easy to use, with plenty of restaurants nearby. They also held my luggage for me, which was a big plus! 👍
The room was clean and tidy. Given that it's on Midosuji, the room wasn't huge, but I managed to slide my suitcase under the bed. The location is fantastic; the subway station is just a few minutes' walk away, and Shinsaibashi is only about a fifteen-minute stroll – perfect for browsing as you go.
Friendly staff and nice service, but the room is extremely small that you cannot even open your luggage completely. The hotel is a bit far away from the subway station.

Good location and price. If coin laundering is available it would be better.
It looks okay but the breakfast is not so hot as well as the coffee.
The room was tiny, the tissues were flimsy, the slippers were thin, and the bathroom was miniature.
Pros: Convenient location, clean and tidy.
Cons: The Wi-Fi signal was too weak and kept disconnecting, so I had to use my own mobile data. The air conditioning couldn't be adjusted; the hotel had it set to cool, so the room was always blowing cold air. If you felt cold, your only option was to turn it off. The day I stayed, the temperature dropped, and even without the AC, a single duvet wasn't enough...
The hotel is a bit old but reasonably priced — you get what you pay for. However, the service was disappointing. The receptionist was very slow; I was second in line, yet the next counter served five customers while I was still waiting.
I booked a semi-double room for two people, but only two pillows were provided. When I asked for an extra pillow, I was told none were available. The two pillows were...

Good location but the room is very narrow.
Extremely satisfied! The toiletries, skincare products, hair care items, and bath supplies are all on the 1st floor. The breakfast was good, with Japanese raw eggs and tuna sashimi. The hotel is right next to the subway station, which is very convenient.
The location is good. Just beside a underground walkway which is linked to subway station. Hotel is quite even though its located just beside the main road. Free amenities at lobby and free welcome drink.
Great location, right outside Nagahoribashi Subway Station's North Exit 5. Breakfast was good, service was excellent, and the room was clean and tidy.
The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway station and Shinsaibashi. The front desk staff were very warm and patient. Breakfast was quite varied, but the taste was just average. The common areas were very clean and quiet. However, the downsides were also quite noticeable: the room space was very small, the carpet wasn't thoroughly cleaned and had debris and hair, the furniture was...

The Japanese restaurant in the hotel is great. However, the front desk and room cleaning services have a lot of room for improvement.
The hotel experience was excellent. The breakfast spread was amazing and the stuff service was beyond my expectation. Even the hotel manager who served us was very friendly and cared/greet all the customers he met in person. Good job Conrad Osaka 😊
Whenever I'm in Osaka, Conrad is my go-to hotel. The service is consistently excellent, and the avocado toast for breakfast is a must-try. Plus, with the subway right downstairs, it's incredibly convenient to get anywhere.
The room was great, just a bit of a walk to the bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic!
The lobby is luxurious and grand, while the rooms are decent. Room service is excellent and responsive to all requests, including turn-down service and proactively replenishing bottled water. Breakfast doesn't offer a huge variety, but all the ingredients are fresh and delicious.
The location was convenient; we managed to walk to the train station, mall, and Osaka castle. The view from the Sky Bar and the room were amazing. Overall the services were professional.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was also in a great centralized location to several touristy areas and has various train lines you can access a short walk away.
The room was spotless... personnel very friendly and helpful. I would definitely return to this location and refer friends and family.
Had a great stay. Nice room and located a minuet walk away from a train station which was continent!
Close to the subway, but no escalator to and from subway to ground level, will be difficult when you carry tge luggage.
Also, it is very close to the fish market, this is a plus.

Nice and clean hotel. Standard twin room is big enough for 2 people with suitcases. There’s also free coffee and tea in the hall and matcha / coffee in room.
Hotel is very near public transportation
Breakfast at hotel just simple buffet style
Hotel is clean and services is good
The hotel is just a few minutes away from the metro station and easy to reach. The staff are nice and helpful. Although the area of onsen is not very big but still a good place to relax. Overall, it is highly recommended.
The hotel is quite old, and there's a musty smell in the room. The facilities are decent but nothing special. However, the location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around.

Toilet leaked, bin dirty and window didnt open. Great location though will do for one night! - especially if clubbing
I'll definitely stay here again. The surrounding area is really convenient, with a convenience store right downstairs. Shinsaibashi is just a few minutes' walk, and there's an airport shuttle bus stop right across the street. Highly recommend!
It's pretty good. It's super close to Shinsaibashi, just one street away, which is really convenient. The subway station is handy too. Downstairs there's a 24-hour ramen shop, and Don Quijote is also very nearby. Perfect!
The Japanese here are comically disorganized. The hotel sign was only in Katakana, with no Kanji or English. Despite being someone who can usually communicate freely in both English and Japanese, I ended up circling the building three times, totally lost. I even asked a Vietnamese girl for directions, and she sent me the wrong way! Dragging my suitcase, completely drenched, it finally dawned on me...
The hotel's location is excellent; it's a 3-minute walk from Nihonbashi, and right across the street, there's an airport limousine bus stop (near HEYTEA). It's also very close to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori for shopping.
While the hotel is a bit older, it's very clean.
It's small but has everything you need.

The room was significantly larger than what you'd typically find in Korea. Its location is excellent and easy to spot, right on the main street. I always book this hotel when I visit USJ. It's so convenient! Plus, the service is great. :)
As a first-time visitor to Japan, this was my initial hotel experience, and the staff's attitude was excellent; I truly felt their professionalism. Small hotel, but nice in everything. Clean room, good breakfast, but staff English just so so.
The room is small but clean. lots of restaurants and clubs around. It even has hot pools on the roof top, although I didn't get a chance to use it.
Conveniently located near Juso Station, with easy subway access.
The room size is quite generous for Japan, though the bed is a bit small, which is a minor drawback.
There's no daily housekeeping service.
The public bath (onsen) is surprisingly large and exceeded my expectations, even featuring an outdoor rotenburo. Plus, the toiletries provided are abundant and high-quality.
The rooftop bath, sauna, and terrace are the highlights of this hotel. It's so refreshing to grab some milk on the terrace after a shower! The hotel's close proximity to the station makes it convenient for trips to Kyoto and Kobe. Breakfast is decent, and the surrounding shopping street has plenty of dining options.
The room was a bit small, but the environment was great and very clean. This was my second stay, and it was just as good as last year, but this year there were a lot more people, and the rooftop hot spring was much more crowded.
The room was a bit small, and the smoking room had a strong odor. However, the lobby service was quite unsatisfactory.

The first thing to say is that yes, like a lot of lower cost Japanese hotels the room is small. It's fine for one person with a single suitcase, but would be pretty crowded for a couple with multiple cases. The bathroom is likewise small - the bath is Japanese style (I.E. you sit in it). Everything was very clean and the service was good. The location is fairly central, and close to several Osaka...

Nothing special to say, just simply good hotel if you are going to Osaka for sightseeing. Good location and reasonable price makes this hotel as a really right choice.
The employees were very friendly and helpful. The Japanese style buffet breakfast had a different variety of food each day and was delicious. Location of the hotel is close to several train stations and many different restaurants types. Bed was long enough for a tall person like myself (195 cm) but was very firm which is expected in Japanese hotel. If I visit Osaka again I would stay at this hotel
This is a Japanese chain hotel, and the room was quite clean. The location is a bit awkward; walking or taking the subway to Dotonbori takes about the same amount of time, and it's not particularly close to the subway station. The room noise was quite severe. Excellent value for money! It's just a few steps away from Shinsaibashi. The rooms and floors have been renovated, and they are indeed much cleaner and tidier. I was a bit worried when I first arrived, being a capsule hotel, about it being messy, unsafe, or noisy. Turns out I was overthinking it.
