SUPER HOTEL Osaka Natural Hot Spring, Osaka1 / 17Offer
9.0
Osaka, 3-6-35, Edobori, Nishi-ku (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
This hotel is one of the best mid-price hotel we ever lived in Japan. You get to choose your own pillow, enjoy the free-flow drink bar as well as the onsen with the hotel. The room is decently clean, nothing to complaint about!
## Hygiene and Service: The hotel has a policy that guests must put out a 'clean my room' sign before 10 AM each day for full housekeeping. Otherwise, only towels and trash bags will be replaced. Even with full cleaning, it's just a basic tidying up; linens and pillowcases are not changed. ## Location: It's a bit far from Osaka JR Station, but you can get there directly via bus #88. There's a convenience...
Fantastic! Clean, tidy, and beautiful 🤩. The hot springs were also super comfortable. Thumbs up! I'll definitely come back again. It's also very close to all the attractions.
This hotel is really nice with its natural hot spring and free flow drinks available from vending machines. Location is not too bad, near train station and bus stops.
An absolutely wonderful Japanese hotel experience. The lovely lady at the front desk, who spoke Chinese, kindly explained how to use all the hotel facilities. The onsen (hot spring) was definitely the biggest highlight; a soak in the evening really helped to relieve the day's fatigue. The ladies' room was especially thoughtful, equipped with a vanity mirror and a curling iron. It was very quiet, and...
The room was small but very clean and well-equipped. You can pick up toiletries you need, as well as nutritional supplements and face masks, from the lobby. There's a 7-Eleven convenience store downstairs, and the service was excellent. Every day, they'd give us a spa code so we could use the hot spring anytime. The only downside is that the location is a bit far from the subway, but it's great if...

Osaka, 2-2-22 Shiromi, Chuo-ku (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
I stayed at Hotel Monterey La Soeur Osaka and absolutely loved it. The hotel has a beautiful, slightly European Art Deco style and feels elegant from the moment you walk into the lobby. My room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a nice view of the city. Location is excellent – just a short walk to Osaka Business Park and within easy distance of Osaka Castle, so it’s...
This is the best hotel I've stayed at in Japan in terms of value for money, and I've been here four times. While it has some common issues with older hotels, like limited power outlets and dated bedding, these are minor flaws compared to its overall excellent qualities. The location is about 500-600 meters from both the train and subway stations. For this price range in Japan, the room is surprisingly...
Great service, convenient location, nice people Would highly recommend to everyone
The standards were suitable, and even with the price increase during the Expo, it wasn't excessive. It's an established hotel with a friendly and patient front desk. The location is convenient, with a convenience store right downstairs and a food street nearby. It's perfect for business trips.
Amazing stay!!! Room was amazing and it was so clean. Service was excellent too
"Hotel Monterey La Soeur Osaka is a fantastic choice! With an impressive 8.3/10 rating on Agoda and 4/5 on Tripadvisor, this hotel consistently impresses guests with its exceptional staff, well-appointed facilities, and comfortable stay. Located in the heart of Chuo, Osaka, it's close to popular landmarks like Grand Front Osaka and Osaka Castle. The hotel's amenities, including a restaurant, spa center...

The room was surprisingly spacious and had a window, which was a pleasant surprise. They also have a laundry room that supports QR code payments, which is super convenient. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs too, perfect for grabbing some essentials before heading out. Plus, there are tons of great food options nearby – I even had the best pork chop rice of my life!
This is my Osaka hotels when I travel, good service and clean near station and good price
Its a nice stay in hotel brighton which is easy access to Kitahama station and has a 24 hours 7/11 opposite
Nice location, convenient store and pharmacy nearby, walking distance to train station. Room is spacious especially the bathroom, and the hotel provides free spring water bottles in the lobby. We had a good time here, definitely consider to book again if we comeback to Osaka
There are travel groups when we r staying there. There is microwave to heat up your food and drink stations at the lobby. Very comfortable beds for 2 adult and 1 kid
Very clean and spacious rooms. Really enjoyed our stay here mainly because of the 7-11 right across and how near it is to the subway station. There is also a supermarket and a few restaurants nearby. Within a few mins walk, there are a lot of nice cafes with lovely views. Though it’s a few stops away from the usual shopping / tourist areas, we appreciated how quiet and peaceful it was in the area....

Osaka, 4-2-3 Hiranomachi (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Very central location, you can get to any of the main areas in at most 3 stops on the metro! (10-15 mins) The rooms were nice, but a bit cramped. The bathroom was the best part, as it boasted a luxurious shower and bath in the ‘wet’ part of the room. Perfect relaxation time after a long day of shopping, sightseeing, and walking. Also, loved that there was a 7-11 just under the building, super convenient...
🌟 **Stunning High-Altitude Views, Osaka's Nightscape at Your Fingertips** The biggest selling point of this hotel is undoubtedly its high-rise location! All guest rooms are situated on the 16th floor and above. We were on a high floor, and through the room's enormous windows, the entire cityscape of Osaka unfolded beneath us. At night, the traffic lights on Midosuji Avenue looked like a golden river...
The room was great, and the location was excellent – very close to Namba and Shinsaibashi. There are tons of shopping areas nearby, making dining and shopping super convenient. The staff had a great service attitude, and the breakfast was very rich. Definitely recommended!
Upon entering the hotel, the staff warmly welcomed us and helped us check in. The overall impression was great, and the room was very clean. Although there was a bit of a language barrier, the front desk staff used pictures to communicate with us, which was a very thoughtful touch. It was a wonderful experience, and the hotel is also very close to the subway station, making it super convenient for...
This hotel is located in Yodoyabashi, just one subway stop away from Umeda, making it incredibly convenient. The hotel facilities are excellent. The lobby on the 15th floor offers expansive views, almost like a sky garden. The room itself is a bit small, and there isn't enough space to fully open a suitcase.
Great hotel, excellent location with easy access to transportation. The rooms are well-equipped, and they even provide pajamas every night. I'll definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for 4 days with friends and had a very good experience. The location is excellent, right near Shinsaibashi, making it very easy to walk around, shop, and find food. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and housekeeping was consistent throughout the stay. Staff were polite and helpful, even with language differences. Amenities are simple but sufficient for a longer stay focused on exploring...
Nice hotel. Near restaurant area. next to train station. Nice staff. The most I love is... smoking room. Good price for Osaka.
Really good hotel. It takes about 15 minutes of walking to reach Namba. Rooms were above average in-size and hotel was located off the busy nightlife area. 2-3 minutes walk to train station easy with luggage. This is my second time staying in this hotel. Will definitely return.
great service, good location next to exit 4 of NAGAHORIBASHI metro station free ice free amenities free microwave but the bed was a bit small and blanket too and also bad smell from smoke🥲 all over the first floor
This hotel is under Hotel Route Inn management. So the room is as usual to be small and cramped. Yet its facilities are far less than Hotel Route Inn. No public bath. Poor breakfast variety choice. Chargeable car parking. Hotel also locates 10 mins. to 15 mins. walk from all tourist spots. Hotel serves guests in tourist region rather than key business region. Tourists like to have snapshots...

Located in the heart of Namba, the hotel is very easy to get to and close to plenty of amenities. My favourite part was that it’s right across the road from Don Quijote! The room was cosy and comfortable for two people, and I loved that they provide pyjamas- one less thing to pack.
Amazing location. Very close to everything. We had 12/F room facing building. Good room size for 2 and quiet. I can easily open 2 big suitcases Very comfortable bed. I will book for city view next time!
Location is very good. Near to the Glico sign. Lots of restaurants and shopping. Would go back again.
Location is perfect. Breakfast was perfect. Lounge would be better with more food varieties but they had a lot of drinks options including sake, champagne, wine and beer on top of the usuals which was great. One thing i didnt like is that their rooms are super tiny. We got a triple room and it was so tight. Next maybe two doubles is required for more space. Another disappointment is that they don...
The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the heart of the bustling Shinsaibashi area. It's incredibly lively at night with tons of food options, especially a wide variety of snacks. Across from the hotel is Japan's largest Don Quijote 24-hour drugstore, making shopping super convenient. The hotel rooms themselves are quite spacious, and the bathroom has a nice wet/dry separation, which is a plus
Hotel cleaning in Japan seems to have gone downhill over the past year. If you don't hang the 'please clean' sign, no one comes to tidy the room. There was even leftover milk from the previous guest in the mini-fridge, and the cleaning itself wasn't very thorough. Before the pandemic, room cleaning was spotless; now it's just a mess, like they've given up on standards. However, the hotel's location...

Pros: 1. The breakfast selection was excellent each morning. 2. The rooms had a practical layout and the bathrooms were stocked with delightful POLA hair and shower products. 3. We stayed two nights at this hotel near Namba Dotonbori. It was wonderful to relax in a warm hot spring bath after a long day of exploring. The staff were all friendly, and the beds were comfortable, so we slept well. Next time I visit Namba, I'll definitely stay...
The hot spring is relaxing, sometimes people speaks loud in there tho. The hotel offers free noodles, ice cream at night. The room is clean. Location is good. Self check in and out.
We love the atmosphere and location. It’s near attractive places. Also free ramen and ice bar 😇
Pretty nice room service and very awesome breakfast 😀
The most important thing to note is that you can hear the train tracks nearby from the hotel. The soundproofing for conversations in the hallway or noisy children is also not great, so if you're sensitive to noise, you might want to reconsider. Breakfast maintains a high standard, with both the seafood rice and okonomiyaki being delicious. They even add oranges to the hot spring in the morning.

Location was amazing. Hotel was exactly what you needed, but nothing more. Rooms were a bit small. Bathrooms were a little smelly. Bit right in the middle of everthing you needed. Close to all the pokemon cards, close to dontabari. Close to the markets. Good for the location.
Location is the best bit. Straight into the Dotonbori district, closer to Namba station, and there is a Lawson directly over the road. Rooms are clean and comfy. My only feedback is that rooms and bathroom are on the small side, and pillows a bit flat. Otherwise great. I'd stay again.
Location was great. The shopping streets are right beside it! Filled with restaurants, pharmacies, Japanese food wares, connected to multiple shopping streets. Namba train station 8mins walk away, Kuromon market 5mins walk and many more. Apa hotel do not provide daily housekeeping or bottled water (welcome bottled water only on day1), they does it every 3rd day and provide the towels exchange at your...
Have stayed at other apa hotels and they were great. This was a bit small. No room for suitcase. No under bed storage making it feel extra cramped. Refused 20 min early check-in despite the room being ready and already waiting 3 hours wanted 2000y fee. So sat and waited. Customer service concept is non existent when it comes to check-in, obviously early check-in is a money maker for Apa. I think western...
I recently stayed at APA Hotel Namba-Eki Higashi and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from Namba Station and very close to Dotonbori, making it super convenient for sightseeing and food hunting. Its predominant advantage of this nation-renowned chain hotel is the location - 5-minute walk from/to the train station and near the traveler’s most beloved local store - the Donki mall. Tightly moderate room space with season-dependent varying prices. Bathroom like most of everywhere else in Japan has tiny compartment which, in my opinion, the European guys might probably find it uncomfortable. The...

Very pleasant place! Appreciate support from hotel for a personnal request
Convenient location, clean rooms, but the mattress was uncomfortable and there was no water cooler on my floor.
This is a great hotel located close to all the attractions. Its also close to train stations that gets you to Osaka and Namba stations quickly. The hotel staff are all nice and very helpful. The everyday breakfast was great. Highly recommend this hotel.
Everything else was fine, but they were supposed to clean the room every three days, and when I got back at night, it hadn't been cleaned at all, not even the trash was emptied. I checked out on the fourth day, and it really ruined my mood late at night ☹️

The food in the breakfast session is just above average, no big surprise. Others are excellent.
The location is nice as you have shelter to the Osaka Station. Will recommend the others to stay.
Not the hotels’ fault that I picked this location, most of the food and shopping we wanted was just a train ride away. Getting into the hotel between 3 and 4pm was difficult because of check in being on the second floor and buses of guests arriving at that time. All were using the lifts to get to reception, so we had to go somewhere else while the new arrivals checked in.
The location is good surrounding with lots of resturant and shops. JR stations are also nearby. I ordered goods twice  from Amazon Japan delivered to hotel and the services were very good.

I booked this hotel based on recommendations, and the location is indeed excellent, plus the surrounding area is quiet, and the staff service is great. However, the room is really too small; there's no space to open a suitcase. It's barely okay for one night, but staying longer would feel cramped.
The room size is good, we could open three suitcases at once. The amenities inside are excellent, all brand-name products. The location is superb, with several transport lines nearby, making it convenient to go anywhere. This time, my friends and I went to Osaka for a concert, and staying here was incredibly convenient and fast.
Hygiene: The room was very clean. For guests staying multiple nights, a full cleaning is provided every three days; otherwise, they offer towel changes and trash bag replacement. Facilities: The decor is quite new. Upon check-in, I received a room upgrade to a larger size than the economy twin room I originally booked. This is my third time staying at this hotel. The first time was 10 years ago, so naturally, the hotel is quite old. With a constant stream of tourists, the facilities aren't new either. The Executive Room was clean and spacious! The front desk staff was very helpful and gave me directions to Osaka Castle Park. In the evening, I enjoyed the outdoor onsen, which was super relaxing and helped me unwind after a long day.

Since I was staying overnight, I just needed a room where I could sleep, so a small room was fine. The best thing was that the large public bath and open-air bath were spacious and clean, and were great for soothing my cold body. I was surprised that most of the staff were foreigners, but they had studied Japanese thoroughly and I thought the service was adequate.
Breakfast was okay. The breakfast was not a buffet, but a choice of one plate or curry, and rice and soup were free to refill. It was a one plate meal, but it was very filling.
Most of the nearby restaurants close around 10 PM, so I recommend eating before heading in. If you haven't eaten, there are no convenience stores or supermarkets nearby, so you'll have to walk about 10 minutes. The hotel parking lot is small, so you'll have to use a nearby paid parking lot, which costs 2,000 yen per night. I hope this helps!
The location is quite far away from down twon; We booked twin room with two single beds while they gave us a single room with two beds, it makes the room becomes so tiny and we are unable to open our suit cases. Besides, the parking spaces are very limited, we can only park our car in front of the hotel's front door. While the service of the staff is very good, and the sento is so nice and the breakfast...
Excellent location, just two minutes away from subway station but in a quiet area away from the noise of the city. Lots of places to eat nearby. Friendly and helpful staff who helped me to book my reservation for Tiananmen Square. I booked a 4 bed female dorm - the room was fairly small but there was large lockers so the small room wasn't really an issue and it was only fully occupied on my last night...
It’s quite far to Osaka downtown, there’s no toothpaste and toothbrush
