Where to stay in Osaka

Overall, it's pretty good. It's close to the train station, and there's a convenient store nearby. The breakfast is also decent. The only downsides are that the room curtains let in a lot of light, and the hallway soundproofing isn't great. It's probably best for people who are heavy sleepers.

For this price, getting a hotel in this location, so close to the subway station (just a three to five-minute walk!), was quite a surprise. The room is very small but adequate. However, they don't clean the room daily, nor do they replace toiletries, and there are no disposable slippers.

This hotel is right next to Shin-Osaka Station, offering excellent value for money. It's super convenient for getting to Shinsaibashi, Namba, or even Kyoto. The front desk staff are warm and patient, and the rooms are well-equipped with comfortable temperatures. Best of all, the beds are relatively large, making for a very comfortable sleep!

Conveniently located near the train station, and the large public bath is a huge plus – the bubble bath was incredibly relaxing! The room itself was quite spacious and very clean. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm in the area!

The hotel is small and neat. Just a bit too tiny to manoeuvre luggage if you’ve a big one. Staff are friendly and some of them are English speaking so no problem on communication. But the window blinds are different at different floors so it’s kind of weird and some don’t shield off external light well.

The room was tiny and not soundproof at all. However, the facilities were comprehensive. The lobby offered free iced water and coffee, and there was also a public bath available.

This hotel was a good stay! If you arrive before check out, you could leave your luggage at the lobby and they will give you your room key (but you cant enter the room yet, only after 4pm). So, i could walk around first without my luggage. It is also near Shin-Osaka station, easy to navigate. The only downside is that it doesn’t have an iron 🥹.

The location is very good and convenient. The staff was very polite and helpful. Rooms were decent and clean. All the daily items like toothbrushes, wets, combs and etc were provided. Hair dryers was also available in the rooms. If you are light sleeps, you might wanna bear with it as the trains and bikes can be loud and noisy. Else everything is good.

Easy to get to from the station. Perfectly functional business hotel. Nothing fancy, nothing spacious, but it gets the job done. We don't smoke, but that was the only room type left. It didn't smell of smoke unless you turned on the air conditioning.

Everything deserves a perfect score: the service, the ambiance, the price, and the location are all superb. It's only 1.6km from the Umeda shopping district, so you can walk there in about fifteen minutes. The hotel is also very quiet.

This hotel was the perfect base for my tours. The main pickup point was very close by. It's a bit further from Umeda Station than some others, but still easily walkable. Nice price in such convenient / famous location, cleaning service and lobby welcoming are pretty good. But elevator and corridor have strong cigarette fragrances mixed with perfume, would recommend to improve it for family / inhalation sensitive guests. Located in Kitahama, this hotel is in the heart of Osaka's business district. There are no noisy izakayas around, so it's quiet and safe at night. It's about 300 meters from Kitahama subway station, which is very close, and Yodoyabashi station isn't far either.

The room was a bit small, but well-equipped with a mini-fridge, and it's conveniently located near a convenience store. All the toiletries were provided. The front desk staff were friendly and could speak some simple Chinese. The self-check-in machine made the process very easy. It's also quite close to attractions, easy to walk to, and if you prefer not to walk, the subway is easily accessible.

The location is very good. 20mins walk to Umeda area. The room and the services are typical APA standars. Unlike other APA hotels in Osaka, its very quiet. No car or motorbike noises.
