The room was decent, and the private hot spring was good too. The only downside was the lack of a car; climbing up the mountain was exhausting. Dinner needed to be booked three days in advance, but I couldn't find any information about it, and not wanting to climb back down, I had to buy instant noodles at the hotel. The service was alright, supposedly 24-hour. Overall, it was okay; having a car would have been no problem at all.

You have to walk uphill with your luggage, which is inconvenient because the slope is very steep, especially for the elderly. Since it's deep in the mountains, getting food is only convenient for those with a car; otherwise, it will be very arduous. However, instant noodles are available at the restaurants.

The interior is quite good. The environment is nice and the cleanliness is excellent. It was a great experience. I hope to stay here again if I have the chance. The front desk staff was very friendly and the check-in process was very smooth.

I really liked the onsen and the in room onsen. The property area seems kind of dangerous if it snows but it’s in a nice somewhat secluded place. Wish it had mover of a view from my room when using the in room onsen.

Staff were extremely cordial. Getting to the accommodation via public transport can be a bit of a penance as you can either take a bus or a taxi however i found taking the bus to be the only option as there were limited taxis in the area and waited roughly 10mins to find one. Upon leaving the bus stop you'll find yourself walking up multiple hills to finally reach your destination. I strongly recommend bringing a car. A decent stay overall.

Unless you have a car this property is not ideal. As well staff were unwilling to let us into the restaurant and charged us extra after our stay to use the Onsen

There were no Japanese staff. The entrance was hard to find. The light switch in the room was broken. There was dust in the corners of the room.

Tradional style onsen resort. Limited parking space available. There is a long staircase in front of the resort so please be aware if you are bringing large luggage. Room is spacious and the open-air bath is larger than expected. Public bath is also comfortable. Very nice place to relax.

The scenery is beautiful and refreshing, but it’s just inconvenient to carry luggage around.
