I had a great stay with my brother.
Lovely breakfast and dinner.
Facilities were clean and functioning well.
Staff was kind and helpful.
The location is a bit uphill, prepare to walk on an incline for 5 minutes.

When we arrived, we were given a welcome drink and snacks, and then we took a short break and went into the hot springs. The food was excellent, and the staff were all nice. I would love to stay here again.

This was my third time here and I was once again very satisfied with the consistent service and food.
The food in particular was creative and delicious, with dishes that I wouldn't normally be able to eat.
I'll definitely come back when I want to relax.

What a beautiful area. Serene environment. Prebooking of hot stone spa and jacuzzi were easily done once registration online was complete.

The hot spring is only public and is charged on top of the room rate.
The mountain view is OK, but unfortunately we didn't encounter good weather.
It's a long steep slope from Gora Station. Not recommended if you have a lot of luggage.

A bit expensive for such old rooms. Weird dark stains on the carpet in the corners of the bedroom... The sheets were clean though. The food was pretty good but not as good as some ryokans in the same price range.

The quality of the food here is acceptable, kaiseki dinner, unfortunately, I found out during the meal that dinner is optional, but the trip is not better than the guests, and my place is only cheap kaiseki. The hotel only has a very small public open-air bath, and I booked room 401 on the left, which is almost the largest room type in the hotel, with a private bath, but I found out after asking the hotel staff that the bath in the hotel room is tap water, that is, the water from the tap. I was disappointed at first, and this trip did not explain it
