Do-c Ebisu in Tokyo

I liked that each capsule had a curtain that could be pulled down and that there were sauna facilities. It would have been great if I could have rented a charger.

Overall, it's a great place and I would recommend it.

Pros:
1. It's very close to the subway station, just a two to three-minute walk, which is super convenient if you have a lot of luggage.
2. The front desk staff are all very enthusiastic and friendly, and they speak English.
3. Fresh towels, toothbrushes, and other toiletries are provided daily.
4. The male and female dorms and shower areas are on separate floors. You need a key to enter the female dorm and shower areas, so safety and privacy are well-maintained.

Cons:
1. You have to leave the hostel every day from 11 AM to 3 PM, which is quite inconvenient.
2. As with most hostels, a good night's sleep is hard to guarantee. You can hear the sound of luggage being wheeled around from morning till night.

A decent capsule hotel with everything you need, compactly arranged.

The pod for sleeping is cozy for 1 night or 2 max because it’s tiny but it does the work ! The sauna and showers are very nice! There’s the temperature for each shower and great explanation of what to do on the wall. Overall i enjoyed my short stay !

The beds are decent, and there's a fan above each bed. They provide fresh toiletries daily. The only slight inconvenience is that even if you're staying multiple nights, you have to fully check out by 11 AM each day. You can store your luggage in the storage room on each floor, but it's a bit small, so you can't open your suitcase there. Other than that, everything else was quite satisfactory.

The capsule look a bit old but the toilet is very clean. There are private showers, open showers, and a sauna which is fantastic. However, there’s no lift from the ground level to the lobby, so you’ll need to use the stairs. But from the lobby to the dormitory, there is a lift available. The location is great, close to Uniqlo and the metro station. Overall, it was a really good experience.

Perfect place for a solo traveler, and is easy to access to central Tokyo

The capsule for man and woman is separate. There is also sauna ,locker facilities. Shower room and sauna for man at third floor and for woman at sixth floor. Situated at Shibuya Ebisu, 3 minutes walk from Shibuya Ebisu station then take west exit. Their staff's very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this capsule hotel for backpackers or budget traveler.
