APA Hotel Hatchobori Shintomicho in Tokyo

The hotel room was practical but very small. We had no room for a travel cot and the under bed 'storage' was too small for our suitcases. The water for the bathroom did not reach sufficient temperature. The kettle was overly complicated and took ages to boil. Overall a decent location and fits the bill if you just need a roof over your head for travel, but would not recommend for families or those looking for creature comforts on the road.

Pretty and quiet area in or near ginza. Staff were very helpful in arranging a taxi for me and recommending nearby places. Bed was super big and comfy and the reason I booked the room was for the well-lit big vanity in the room.

I am very pleased with the hotel facilities, including the excellent cleanliness, the thoughtful provision of amenities and towels on a daily basis, and the useful information available on the TV. Everything contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

As a suggestion for further enhancement, I would highly recommend that the hotel consider investing in a self-service coin laundry machine in the future. I believe this addition would greatly improve convenience for guests and further elevate the overall guest experience.

Very convenient location, you are close to a lot of metro lines and not too far from Tokyo main station. The room was tidy and would be cleaned every 3-4 days, but it was a bit small and for that also expensive.

Comfortable, organised and friendly hotel at a good price. We appreciated the friendly service and free bag hold so we could explore before/ after check in/ out without our heavy bags. The room is small but extremely functional with everything you need. The bed was comfortable with a feather duvet, soft sheets and comfortable pillows. We were given clean towels every day and you can have your room “made up” every day too. Excellent location for fish markets, Ginza and central Tokyo! Really good value for money, we would stay here again. Thank you for a lovely first experience in Tokyo 😊

The room was extremely clean (a bit small, but it's to be expected) and the staff was really friendly. The location is great since there's a 7-eleven, yoshinoya and the shintomochi metro close. I really recommend !
