The Global Hotel Tokyo in Tokyo

I really enjoyed my stay at The Global Hotel Tokyo. For a capsule hotel, it exceeded my expectations in many ways. What I appreciated most was how prompt and efficient the service was. The staff were helpful, quick to respond, and made the whole stay feel smooth and easy. I also found the hotel very clean, which made a big difference and helped me feel comfortable throughout my stay. Another major plus was the location. It was very convenient to the station, so getting around Tokyo was simple and stress-free. That made the hotel an especially practical choice for travelling. Overall, I had a very positive experience here. It was clean, well-managed, and in a great spot. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable capsule hotel in Tokyo.

My first time staying in a capsule hotel was great! It was clean and well-equipped with amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste, hairdryer, shower gel, and shampoo. I was going for 6 days/5 nights but only stayed for 3 nights 😂 And towels were provided every day.👍🏼👍🏼

Not bad, quite a good value for money.

It is well located at a quiet part of Shinjuku and many Korean and local eateries. The price is reasonable and staff mostly friendly. Clean and suitable for short stay and budget friendly.

Outstanding experience. Value for money. Very near to metro station. Had all facilities like daily toothpaste toothbrush, sandals, towel, locker, shower gel and shampoo etc. Had 100% security and privacy. 24/7 front desk. I will recommend all if you are a solo traveler.

I think it was such a great hotel with everything you need. I would highly recommend it. Clean and great location in Shinjuku for you to explore around. I was a bit apprehensive to stay there as this was my first time in a capsule room but i was pleasantly surprised.

The price was acceptable, but the bed and pillows were too soft, making it hard to sleep. Also, it said to keep quiet after 11 PM, but there were still many people noisily opening and closing their luggage between 12 AM and 2-3 AM. They were very noisy and inconsiderate travelers. People would just dump their trash and luggage on the floor after taking things out. I suggest the front desk clearly explain the rules to each guest before check-in, as not everyone is considerate.
