Great apartment, spacious with convenient storage. The location is superb – right next to a metro station and bus stops. Several shops are within walking distance. Everything in the apartment worked perfectly, and any issues we had were resolved immediately.

Great location, within walking distance to Tsukiji Market, and there are subway stations nearby. The room was quite spacious, with a double bed and a sofa bed.

Had a very comfortable stay. The room was clean, and the bathroom was great for showering with strong water pressure.

This place is perfect for sole travelers, the price is reasonable with easy access to Ginza and all other POIs in Tokyo. Room is clean with competecy including a washing machine. I would def stay again for my next sole trip!

I couldn't edit the guest information during pre-check-in, which effectively made pre-check-in impossible and wasted a lot of my time. I arrived at the hotel around 4:30-5:00 PM and had to check in myself since there was no front desk. Using the iPad for self-check-in was problematic, and I had to call for help, which was very inconvenient.

The location is near Tsukiji Market, with convenience stores and Tsukiji Station within a 5-minute walk. However, if you need to take the JR, you'll have to walk over 10 minutes to Ginza to transfer, which might be quicker. So, it's not actually that convenient.

Checked in and checked out process was smooth. They do have staff on site to help on if there’s issues. Location wise is good, close to Ginza, and train station .. about 5-10mins walking. Room facilities was ok. It will be helpful if they can provides slippers in the room. I’m not sure what went wrong, Im having issue with the bidet, it doesn’t dispensing water and I’ve contacted the support team on this. Maybe they can check on this to ensure that all are ok before the guest checked in.

Overall, I’m a happy guest. Definitely will recommend this place to friends and on my lists for whenever I visit Tokyo again.

Stayed as a family – two adults and a 16-year-old teenager. The room was very spacious. The metro is a two-minute walk away, and the famous seafood market is just three minutes away. The room itself was spacious, clean, and bright, with two balconies. The bathroom was huge. We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Everything was better than a hotel, except for the room not being tidied up. It's super well-connected with 3 subway lines nearby. If I visit Tsukiji again, I'd definitely consider staying here first.
