The check-in time was very late, and the notices were not very prominent, making it easy to miss them! The fact that check-in is only allowed after 9 PM is inconvenient for many people; it's a bit disappointing.

It was so dirty that I wondered if it had actually been cleaned (although that may be because it's old).
There were squashed insects on the ceiling in the bathroom, the edge of the bed was dirty, the TV would get scratched even with the slightest obstruction, and the overall atmosphere was unsanitary, making it a room I would never stay in again.
However, the bathroom and toilet were separate, the room was larger than a business hotel, and the price was cheaper, so those were good points.

Satisfied, so I extended the reservation for another night, but I couldn't renew the original room. The room I moved to the next day was not as new as the first day. I wanted to add a bed but there was none. Check-in was after 9:00 pm and check-out was before 9:00 am, which didn't feel like checking out at 12:00.

The hotel is located at the west exit of Ikebukuro, about a 10-minute walk away. The location is excellent, with the Hall of Peace nearby. As it is an adult only hotel, there is a large bed and jacuzzi.

Great for singles or couples. Would recommend if you will be staying over for a night to catch an early train at Ikebukuro Station.

This is a second time I stayed at this hotel after had been here couple of years ago.
Never disappointed. The staff was so helpful and had a warm welcome. I like its location the most.
I had two 28" luggages and two carry on bags, walking from the Ikebukuro station didn't feel any tired.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sakura Hotel during my visit to Tokyo and it was an absolute delight. The hotel is conveniently located near Ikebukuro station exit C6 and is incredibly cost-effective. What really blew me away, however, was the staff's warm hospitality - they were so helpful and approachable. I would definitely stay there again!

Nice staff. Little rooms with carpets. The carpet was very dirty. It's unhygienic. A lot of things under the bed. It wasn't clean. The situation is good, not far from metro.
