This hotel was a perfect home base for our week vacation in Tokyo. The room was small (as most are in Tokyo) but everything was clean and comfy and the staff were very friendly and could help us in English as well as Japanese. The location in Ginza was very quiet, with a convenient store across the street and some great restaurants close by. The central location was perfect for accessing public transit so we could easily explore different areas of the city. We really liked the smart TV in the rooms that provided useful advice for tourists as well as streaming options. There is 1 washer and dryer on site in the lobby as well which was very convenient. Hotel guests can walk to the other APA hotel nearby for breakfast if desired.

Clean, good communication from front desk for late night check in, nice toiletries in the room, comfortable bed. Staff was helpful to store luggage. Rooms were small but that’s to be wxpected

Rooms are small but practical. Service staff is helpful and respectful. Rooms were cleaned and the option to book with the included, breakfast was a highlight for our stay. The St, Lucia restaurant food was incredible.

Rooms is small. But staff is good and helpful. So if you stay alone, its ok. But for 2, i think suitcase will be problem.

Usual Tokyo style business hotel.
Very small but very clean rooms, good WiFi and a short walk to Ginza and Shimbashi.
Only complaint was that the room was was far too hot, and the cooling was switched off as it is winter so no way cool it down.
Slept with the window open for 5 days to try and cool it down but with limited success.

Not the biggest room but overall everything is good. just hope that the room could be bigger so that have ample space to open up the luggage and lay it on the floor.

Place was very clean. The staff was helpful and polite. It was quiet and nothing was missing.
The location is not close enough to the center of Ginza. It was rather easy to arrive from the airport.When I booked online, I tried to register for a membership, but failed. The English website was very, not convenient.

It being our first time in Japan and it was beyond our expectations. The staff was amazing. Huge thanks to Suzukisan and his recommendation for ramen. It was a quick walk from the hotel and delicious! We can’t wait to return to Japan .

I’ve been staying at Apa for years and it’s always been an affordable, clean place to stay for the best location even though it’s always a tiny room. This time it was disgusting! There was mold on the shower, the bidet was gross, there was even hair on the toilet seat before I used it and I’m pretty sure it was pubic. Front staff was friendly and I’m sure the cleaning lady does their best they are probably under staffed or given such a short time to clean the rooms, that they can’t do a good job. Also the soaps/shampoo seems cheap compared to shiseido brand they used to have. Body soap was even low and ran out. Terrible place to stay. We will be canceling our Apa booking in Yokohama this week to stay in a place that’s cleaner and has higher standards. This did not feel like a hotel in Japan!
