The surroundings are very convenient; you can walk to wherever you want to shop, stroll, eat, and drink. The service attitude is good. I would stay here again next time.

This hotel offers incredible value for money! Its location right next to the MRT station is super convenient, plus there's a McDonald's and a 24-hour restaurant nearby. Best of all, their rooftop hot spring is open late into the night, which is incredibly thoughtful for guests. It's just fantastic!

The front desk staff were mostly excellent, with the exception of one slightly older lady who was a bit impolite. However, this doesn't diminish my desire to stay at this hotel again!

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff are very friendly, they helped solve all the problems and were very supportive. The overall experience was excellent—I highly recommend it.

The location is easy; just as soon as I get into my room and look out the window, I can see the graveyard clearly, right down there. It is a pretty good location, if you don't mind. The facility is excellent, and the rooftop onsen is nice; I can even see the other people here while I'm using it. The room is clean, just a bit too small to unpack and keep the luggage

The location is fantastic! There are many art galleries and shopping malls within an hour's walk, along with plenty of dining options. The hotel's rooftop onsen is incredibly relaxing, and the breakfast, though small, is excellent quality.

I really like the Candeo line of hotels. They are famous of having their own onsen in their hotel no matter where you stay. Love their uniqueness. Love their style, their taste. Always make u feel like home at their hotel

This hotel was in a great location - very close to the Roppongi station exit 3 and also close to the Roppongi Don Quijote store. I could see the top of Tokyo Tower from the 7th floor too. Comfortable bed and lounge area in my room and good bathroom. The ventilator is running throughout the day, so it can lessen the "damp smell" that hit me when I first went into the room. TV cna also show the times and business of their spa and laundry room, so that's really convenient.

Everything else was great. The subway station is just a short uphill walk away, making it super convenient to get around. The only downside was a noticeable musty smell, which seemed to come from either the air conditioning or the carpet, evident as soon as we entered the room.
