Not very soundproof room. Heard the people inn the hallway, and the wending machine. And the cars outside and people talking on the sidewalk. I had room on the 9th floor. One day the room cleaner wasnt finished even by 17:00 and i had to wait another hour. I usually only use APA hotels when visiting Japan but this one was a bit too far away from areas i usually visit.

very poor, they cancelled our room without reason. We pre paid the booking for the 22nd of oct 25th and had plenty of money on the credit card, also they sent a refund. No explanation and extremely difficult to contact no reply from our email… avoid this hotel

Great location, quiet suburb with lots of shops and eateries. Close to 2 stations. Sumiyoshi station small but well connected. Rooms are standard size for Tokyo. Pizza restaurant on ground floor. Booked again.

Staff are very polite, building is not of the newer apa hotels BUT has bigger rooms. Service is very some days or you can request with the sign in the doors everyday they leave new towels and a few amenities. Shinjuku metro line is not far、like 3 blocks and you can be in akihabara or shinjuku very easily. Beds are fine, a little bigger thank usual apa too. Tv is like 43 inches. And finally the bath is also bigger than usual.
Ahh also they have a pizzeria in the same place which is amazing after coming back from day walk. Prices are affordable

1. You can extend the check-out time until 11 AM only if you sign up for a special membership -> No explanation to foreigners, and check-out time is notified by 10 AM
2. Even though it was a long-term stay, they emptied the trash after 3 days -> No touch at all until then
3. It's an old hotel, so it's too cold and noisy -> I paid in cash, but it's a waste of money

Staff members are very polite. That's something I will always remember. Rooms get cleaned once every 4 days so you might end up with a lot of rubbish in your bins. Space in our room wasn't used the best as we had some empty and dead space. In general, it was really pleasant experience staying in this place.

We stayed as part of a group tour for one night. The bed was good, the carpets were overdue for replacement and wallpaper had some visible tears. Some furniture looked very tired and a bit grubby. The attached restaurant was good value run by Chinese lady so communication was difficult. Walking in immediate vicinity was great with lovely views along nearby canals to city. Plenty of good value convenience stores nearby including ATM

We came from Kyoto in a night bus. As the name of the bus shows its obviously going to cruise at night meaning it would arrive early morning. We arrived to the hotel around 7 am and they had us wait until 3 pm to give us our room when the room was clean and set around 11 pm. On top of that, when we were waiting in the “lobby” for the time to come to be able to check in the receptionist approached and said that “we cannot wait like this in here!” How rude!!!
