Ideal location for business meeting within business centre

The environment was very clean and quiet, and the breakfast was quite rich. It's a great place for friends to just relax and unwind. There's also a bar time in the evening, so you pretty much don't need to go out for dinner. Having a few drinks and chatting with friends there was very enjoyable.

Room and bed were very comfortable, immaculately clean and modern. 2 mins walk from train station, if you need lift access to train then a 6 mins walk, we had a stroller.
Breakfast was a bit of a zoo, we went during Christmas, very busy! But tables were spacious so even though there were so many people you don’t feel cramped. Good variety of food selection. We had dinner at the Japanese teppanyaki restaurant. Delicious, especially the tuna salad.
I found the lobby staff a little lack of personality, at check in, no mentioning of where breakfast will be, what time check out is. Just checked you in and that’s it, no personal notes in the room. When I expressed I’ve lost my phone at the shop in Tokyo, no sign of empathy (it was a western male staff) no gesture of helpfulness, very cold and robotic. This goes for concierge also, he is an older western gentleman, he needs to use Google translate also which is frustrating cause I could do exactly the same research with Google translate.
Overall, hardware is solid, need to fine tune the staff, sprinkle a little bit of personality in them.

Upon checking in on August 26th, I immediately noticed a male front desk staff member who had a markedly different demeanor towards Chinese guests versus Westerners. He offered no smiles or basic courtesies. Despite the room type being available with either twin or king beds, he neither offered me a choice nor informed me that only twin beds were available. He simply assigned me a twin room without any consultation, which felt very disrespectful. When I entered the room and saw it had twin beds, I immediately went back down to inquire, only for him to curtly state that no other rooms were available.
The following day, I approached the same male front desk staff member to inquire about taking the airport shuttle bus. He again seemed displeased and summarily dismissed me to the concierge desk. Fortunately, the concierge staff were helpful and thoroughly explained how to get to the airport via shuttle.
To make matters worse, my security deposit has still not been refunded.
Overall, the ANA InterContinental Tokyo is the worst international hotel I've ever stayed in. The discriminatory attitude towards Chinese guests was blatant. I strongly recommend choosing another hotel.

We stayed for two nights in two rooms. The overall experience was excellent, and the breakfast was particularly fantastic.

Moved here from a hotel in Ginza, and Roppongi is definitely more comfortable. The room offers a perfect view of Tokyo Tower, and the bed was just the right firmness for me. Although it's quite pricey, the InterContinental is still worth a five-star review.
