The hygiene was terrible, and the cleaning was very sloppy. On the night we checked in, we found a pair of underwear behind the toilet left by the previous guest??? This was the first time I'd encountered something like this. After reporting it to the front desk, they said they would clean it, but when we returned to the hotel, it still wasn't taken care of. I had to go back down to the front desk...

Hotel was relatively near Hakata station, within 10 minutes of walking. There's an LG styler in the room which came as a surprise in addition to the humidifier. There's also amenities place at the lobby with the necessity (bath towel, comb, hair ties, cleanser and moisturizer in small packs) and coffee machine too.

Breakfast buffet was excellent although facilities were limited.  There is free coffee for guest. Location is near Hataka station although there is also another Forza hotel nearby. This hotel is in a side road opposite McDonalds.

Pros: 1. The location is super convenient, just about a five-minute walk from the Hakata subway station. 2. The bedding is really comfortable, there's a massage device, they provide mineral water daily, and housekeeping is prompt. The cleaning staff were very polite. 3. Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, there are many food options merely steps away from the hotel. Subway, shopping, etc. are only minutes away on foot.

Although it was old, it was sufficient for a one-night business trip. The bus stop in front of the prefectural office was very convenient. I will definitely stay here again.

I made a reservation on the day, so I put up with the small space. The unit bathroom was close to the bed, so when I pooped, the smell filled the room.

The hotel is in an excellent location. You can reach the main attractions on foot and the transportation is very convenient. The room design is simple. The service staff are friendly and willing to help at any time, making you feel at home. It was a very pleasant stay here and worth a return visit!

The location is fantastic, right in front of the Sasebo Arcade Street and just a 7-minute walk from Sasebo Station. The room was also surprisingly spacious and nice for the price. However, the cleanliness of the ceiling, walls, and floor was below average. If you can overlook that, you'll have a comfortable stay.

I walked from Sasebo Station, and the hotel's large sign made it easy to find. Check-in was smooth, and the shuttle bus to Huis Ten Bosch was really helpful. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options, just as the reviews said.

When I entered the room, it was spotlessly clean. It's undeniably old, so that's OK, but when I was getting ready in the morning, I noticed a few small insects. It was disgusting to think that I had been sleeping in the middle of the night without realizing it. I quickly got ready and left.

The free shuttle to Huis Ten Bosch and the breakfast buffet were fantastic.

We had a great stay in this hotel. It’s close to train station and a lot of places to eat around. The hotel doesn’t provide parking space so we had to park at the public parking area near the hotel. It’s a great hotel overall.

Smoke smell is strong, we have to keep straying air re fresheners whenever we go into the room. There is also some noise at night from outside which can be creepy given the light in the room is also not bright. The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from JR Kokura Station, which is quite convenient. The entrance is small, so be careful not to miss it. The hotel is a bit old. The room was quite spacious, enough to lay out my suitcase. The bed was also large, a double. It was quiet at night, and everything in the room was well-equipped. The only downside was that the bathroom ventilation wasn't great, and there was a slight 'bathroom smell' – not a bad odor, but a sort of damp, stale water smell. Though the design & deco are not the same as those newly built or opened, it's considered as classic since all hardware has been well maintained with no signs of running down. Facing the ocean with fantastic views, we could even watch the sunset, and there's a seawall promenade for leisurely strolls. It's just a 15-minute walk along the seawall to American Village.
