At southern part of Kagoshima city, it's a bit far from downtown. But the adjacent Marine restaurant Compira Maru is very nice. Fresh sashimi and sushis of various marine delicacies are available at reasonable price.

The room was spacious enough and relatively comfortable The reception was working 24 hours but they hardly spoke any English but we got by just fine on our phones There’s free coffee in the lobby and free lounge wear.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very kind. The only disappointment was the location and the washlet. It was about a 40-minute walk from the nearest station, so it was inconvenient for people without cars. The washlet took a long time to warm up. An economical way to get there is to use the city bus, but it is also far from the nearest stop (Omido), and you have to walk about 1km after that, so the location is not good in that sense. The hotel environment is great and the location is excellent. It was just during Chinese New Year, so it was a bit hard to find parking. The hot springs were really relaxing, though. I'll definitely come back next time.

The space in the queen room was decent, fitting two suitcases comfortably. The hotel's location is excellent; there's a bus stop just a few dozen meters away, and Hakata Station is a short walk further. The staff were friendly, though their English might be a bit limited as they used a translator.

Overall, it's a decent hotel for Hakata. The room had no strange odors. However, the location isn't particularly convenient; it's a bit hard to find unless you exit from Subway Nishi 6, and I didn't spot any very close convenience stores nearby. Its biggest advantage is probably its proximity to Hakata Station and the airport. The room was clean, and the reception staff were friendly.

This is a pleasant hotel located right next to Dejima, the former Dutch settlement, and less than 10 minutes away from Chinatown. A tram stop is also right opposite the hotel. My room was comfortable and clean. However, check-in is at 3pm and checkout is strictly at 10am, with a fee for an extra hour.

Stayed for two days with two kids. The location was excellent! Right across the street from a mall that's open until 10 PM and a supermarket until 11 PM – super convenient. The hotel was very basic and had everything we needed. Close to the train station and near restaurants you can't go too wrong. The only issue was the strong bleach smell we first encountered when we entered the room, and the walls were super thin. We could hear our neighbor coughing and snoring.
