This was the best value hotel of our trip. Everything about the hotel was great, justifying the price. One highlight was the receptionist who helped us book a restaurant in Japanese; the service was excellent

We could have saved a lot of money had we stayed at an alternate hotel that did not brag to have a pool. Even though we arrived the first few days of October with blissful skies and sun we were still unable to enjoy it

Hotel is clean and comfortable for stay. Breakfast is available as early as 6. Location is not accessible by bus or train. Not an issue for travellers who rent their own cars. Car park is 5 min away and payable

We came here with my family and we are all very satisfied. Although the hardware is a bit "retro" and not as digital as in China, I really like the island resort style here. The rooms and scenery are very beautiful

The hotel is excellent, with plenty of activities to do. The adjacent Busena Terrace is also open to all guests, and breakfast is available at various restaurants or in your room

Because it was the off-season and rainy season, there were very few guests, but all the staff were considerate and made for a very satisfying trip. The facilities were new and clean. And the sea was very clear.

This hotel give free parking, just show then your parking ticket. The room size is good. I think it is 16m square.

Seven-Eleven is a 5-minute walk. There is a local product store next to Seven-Eleven. Curry was a free service not only for breakfast but also for dinner. A large flat parking lot is also free

Good rooms Hot meals on arrival was a good surprise as I arrived late. Traditional Japanese breakfast at all the Toyoko Inns i have stayed at the staff are very nice and will try very hard to speak English

Great experience in Miyakojima! Location: The hotel is located in the center of the city, which is super convenient as a starting point to anywhere of the island: from here, the taxi to any direction is within 30 minutes at a cost of less than 3,000 yen

I made no reservation to any restaurant but just take a short walk randomly to the nearby restaurant every day and always find delicious food (there is one Japanese-style wagyu BBQ across the street which is super good!)

Located in the bar district, it's convenient for arriving in the evening, allowing you to enjoy Okinawan cuisine and leave your luggage there. The PIN code is provided in advance, allowing you to open and close the door

And there are also washing machines and dryers on the 1st floor, which is a must-have if you have activities in the sea

The space is very large, comfortably accommodating three or four people, making it excellent value for money. The scenery is also great, and the location is superb, with restaurants all within a 5-minute walk

There are bike rental shops nearby, and I rented an e-bike and had a great time. The downside is that it's only cleaned every four days, but the upside is that it's undisturbed

There are only about four lights, and the lighting isn’t great. The switches are also a bit confusing and not very user-friendly. The amenities are also quite limited—no lotion or cream provided

There are plenty of drugstores nearby, Don Quijote is open 24 hours, and it’s close to Bic Camera as well. There’s also a bus stop nearby, which is helpful. As for the room, it’s pretty average

The bed and pillows are just standard—nothing special, but comfortable enough to sleep. There’s a small bathtub, which is nice if you want to relax. However, the room is quite dark

There are major luxury brand stores right next door, and a duty-free shop is nearby. Definitely worth recommending

I stayed at KOKO Hotel in the Tenjin area. The location is okay, but honestly, it’s a bit far if you’re walking from the station

If you mainly use the Airport Line (orange line), it’s about 600 meters away—around a 10-minute walk. That said, the area itself is quite convenient

Location is at Tenmnokan - very convenient! Breakfast variety is great - value and delicious! All staff are friendly and helpful - super! For those who are driving, need to park at carpark beside hotel - not free Restricted time to drive in front of hotel due to walking street

There is no parking at the hotel. We have to park at one of the carpark before unloading the luggage to the hotel. Upon check in then we were told where we should park to get a discount which is further and inconvenient

The staff were friendly and nice! I asked for their names, but they forgot them again ㅠㅠ When I did my laundry, I accidentally put it in the dryer, so I asked the reception for help, and they were quick and friendly

A great budget option that is proximal to the Kagoshima Ferry, the Shinkansen, and the local city tram. There's a parking lot and convenience store attached to the location

They have English, Chinese, and Korean support here as well. The breakfast buffet has a large variety of items and they're all fine, I would go for it again

Sadly for me, the usual rates were jacked up quite a lot as I booked a Saturday that just happened to fall on the same day as the city's summer fireworks festival; as a result, I ended up paying 10,800 yen for a night that would normally cost about 6000 yen

What i didn't like is that you have to leave the key at the Front Desk when you go out which means you have to queue every time you come in or go out, it is very inconvenient and I hope they will do smth about it

The hotel is quite far from Sasebo Station. The staff service is good, the cleanliness is good, the bed size is appropriate for the room size.

However, the bathroom was very small, and the bed sheets felt different from those typically used in hotels. Overall, it seems like a decent option if you are looking for a place to stay near the airport

Good experience, they have a good Izakaya on the ground food with good price. Be aware that is located in a neighbourhood with a lot of adult entertainment houses. Staff are very kind, and things are clean.

This hotel offers good value for money and a great location – it's lively but quiet, and not far from Kokusai Dori. The service is excellent, and the rooms are comfortable, tidy, and clean

Please note that it is a different hotel from Hotel Rococo Matsuyama, so be sure to check the address carefully when visiting. I stayed in an executive room, and the room was fairly clean

Although look a bit outdated but it is cleaned and effort has been put in to make sure it can carry operating like any other hotel Staff are very helpful and able to cater to your needs

However, upon entering the room and checking the beds, we realused that while the bedsheets seemed to be clean, the covers were stained and dirty and appeared to have been just folded back on the beds after the previous guests checked out from the room

breakfast is good and midnight snack ramen and dessert service are excellent i stayed queen-size bed room with quite space

The location is convenient and we love Dormy inn and everything. The onsen, breakfast and free ramen supper. Dormy inn never fail us.

Very convenient location, right in front of subway station and 1 station away from Hakata Station, canal city hakata is just across the street, yatai stalls all walking distance from hotel, lots of shops around the hotel, the onsen was wonderful!

Good breakfast and onsen. But the rooms are too small for a Dormi Inn, which carries the Premium label. Overall, we love this chain for the quality they provide and the onsen in every hotel.

The hotel is clean, staff are friendly and helpful. Onsen is my favourite and it’s very nice and clean. Love their evening free ramen too

We also use their laundry a few times cos of the sweated clothes and their detergent smells really good!

Nearby also have Starbucks , convenience stores and late shopping for essential items till 11pm. MRT convenient to Tenjin and others nearby places to visit like shrine

It's super close to day tour meeting points and Hakata Station, so I highly recommend it! Just a heads-up, the front desk gave me a room at the very end of the hallway (a 'tail room'), so if that bothers you, definitely mention it to them

Near JR station and near airport subway station. Around the hotel a lot of restaurants. I front door got fresh cherry blossom for decoration just nice and elegant. Room clean and breakfast really good.

Room size was big, considering the Osaka standard, and it was comfortable stay. They provided amenities and also bath salt at lobby for self service. Location was excellent, near Hakata station

The room was spacious, quite large for a business hotel. The shower pressure was excellent, very comfortable 😌. There's also a Lawson convenience store downstairs, which is very convenient.

Very clean and staff are nice, initially I meant to book the Smile hotel resort and accidentally booked this smile hotel, but it is okay, got a connecting room and everything is clean.

Good location and walkable distance to 國際通。Parking is just 1000yen per night and it is not far from the hotel, will definitely choose Smile Hotel again when I go Okinawa next time. 

There is one close by restaurant with lots of Japanese rock albums on the first floor nice ambience, delicious food, friendly. Must visit if you are staying in this hotel

Location: opposite to the hotel cross the big road and 100 meters walk, its on the first floor with a small door on the ground, hard to locate but worth it

Great place, 1min walk to the ferry and bus stop. Convinent place to stay if you are taking visiting near by islands

After not being avle to get a taxi the Vice Manager of the hotel drove me in his personal vehicle and waited 45 minutes when the Dr came out. The hotel was also very clean and food was always incredible

My friend stayed in an ocean view room and I stayed in a mountain view room, but personally I recommend the mountain view room because it has a great view of the majestic mountains of Yakushima

The bath is excellent, the sulfur spring makes your skin smooth. The breakfast buffet was also delicious and the vegetables were fresh, I was impressed. It's a little far, but it's worth going.

The room was a bit small; suitcases couldn't be fully opened and had to be hidden under the table, but it was clean and cozy. There was a small balcony. The bathroom had a bathtub for soaking.

I really like the hotel and the size is just nice. Bed can be harder. Location wise if not walking outside at night I think it’s ok.

Good location - close to Kokusai-dori, post, Miebashi station. Many ppl wrote that this area not good - kind of "Red light district". Didn't mention any uncomfortable and dangerous stuff

Just the room i didn't like, had bad smell even was non-smoking. Near hotel from their family GRG I liked more - cheaper and cleaner

The room cleaning service and other programs held daily by the hotel itself, such as yoga, bath salt making, and sunset delight (champagne and cocktails provided), are attractive points that make you not bored if you have to stay at the hotel in bad weather! The breakfast was so delicious and the view was so great that I definitely plan to visit again if I go to Miyako again

If there's anything that could be improved, it would be that an ice maker is needed in the hallway; constantly having the front desk bring ice buckets felt a bit awkward

I think choosing this hotel on Miyakojima for my honeymoon was the best choice :) The facilities, programs, and view were all perfect, and I was happy every time I opened my eyes

However, since it is located on Irabu Island, if you plan on moving around Miyakojima a lot or prefer the city, I recommend splitting your stay into several periods!

Great breakfast! There is free sashimi, local diary products, and such a great price for value for the wide variety of food! The location is great, located jn the quieter neighbourhood, only 5-10 mins walk to the city centre and pier!

the breakfast and evening alcohol are really amazing. sushi supplied in the breakfast was even better than those we got the other day from a local restaurant LOL room is big and tidy with a cloth washer inside

It was a nice experience staying here. I also found that the hotel works well on soundproofing from outside, though I heard some sounds from the hallway. The location is close enough to the central area
