Kyushu, Chatan, 1-12-18 Mihama Chatan-cho 🧭 Map
The room was clean and tidy, and the balcony offered a beautiful sea view. The sunset was stunning, and the service was delivered with a smile.
We had a sea-view room on a high floor, and waking up to the ocean from the balcony was a great start to the day
The room design is modern and very practical — everything feels thoughtfully laid out, with good use of space despite the room being a decent size. The hotel itself feels new and contemporary
Every single person at the front desk was smiling and adorable, very warm and kind to everyone ~ ^_^ The sea view from the room was superb; it was so peaceful to lie down and watch the sea
Location-wise, it’s convenient with a large drugstore within walking distance. Add in the big TV in the room and the good bath shower, and it makes for a comfortable stay
The room was nice and the service was great. The ocean view was beautiful, but unfortunately my room was on a lower floor so the view wasn’t as perfect as I hoped

Kyushu, Kumamoto, 1-14-19 Kasuga, Nishi-ku 🧭 Map
Less than 5mins from the Kumamoto station (but note that the station is not close to the city centre). Room is clean, breakfast is free and good taste, the public bath is not large but still very relaxing.
The hotel itself is very close to the station and the breakfasts are good, I've been there twice and each time the food was a little different. The staff at reception desk is very helpful
Very spacious. Staffs are very friendly, helpful. Hotel is also environment friendly by offering free bottle of drink for room clean. Very convenient and price is attractive also.
Convenient just toilet rather small , walking distance to jr station with shopping mall and
We greatly appreciated her help in calling our next accomodation to clarify our booking in Japanese. This was a big help as the next hotel was in a hotspring village who did not have English speaking staff
Thank you Ms Urakawa for her excellent communication in both English and Japanese and her warm, sincere service. We also loved the public bath and generous yummy buffet breakfast provided to all guests

Kyushu, Oita, 1-14 Kaname machi 🧭 Map
The location is absolutely fantastic, right at Oita Station. The onsen (hot spring bath) is stunning, offering panoramic city views. We visited for the fireworks festival, and the venue was just a short walk away
Extremely convenient for getting around and shopping, with a shopping street, many izakayas, and karaoke right across the road. The rooftop onsen is absolutely fantastic, offering distant views of Beppu Bay
very good hygiene, not a speck of dust or dirt, wonderful service as they know my preferences plus it comes with a wonderful rooftop open air bath area with a view to kill for! Thank you to the team at JR Oita Blossoms for taking care of me!
I think this is one of the better, if not, the best JR hotel i stayed at in the last couple of years. i usually will stay at JR hotels in cities that they have a hotel at
If I ever have the chance to visit Oita again in my lifetime, this would definitely be my first choice
This JR Oita blossoms has all the attributes of a perfect hotel

Kyushu, Naha, 1-1-2 Matsuo 🧭 Map
Eventhough the staff manually changed ours to cool air, it was only temporary. The cool air turned to heater again. We hope this won't happen during summer. Otherwise, everything else was close to perfection
Overall the stay was pleasant, staffs were very nice, they replied emails and offered help all the time!!:) The room was a bit small, but enough for two and with big luggages!:)
Everything is within reach! Staff were helpful, room comfortable, clean and the walkway to hotel rooms are very bright. Toiletries provided, and has daily replenishment of 2 bottles of mineral water and toothbrush
It was 1900¥ per pax if booked 1 day before. The only thing we were not so pleased with the hotel was the aircon. There were 2 days the cool air became heater. The temperature outside was about 18-19deg
It is my second time to stay in this hotel. Location is definite good, very close to Prefectural Office Monorail station and just the entrance of Kokusai Street. All you can shop and dine is there
Bus stop is at the opposite and you can take the buses to anywhere you like. The size of the room is okay and very clean. Breakfast is fine, although almost everyday is the same. Will stay again next time in Naha

Kyushu, Fukuoka, 4-16 Hakataeki-Chuogai, Hakata-ku 🧭 Map
Hotel was relatively near Hakata station, within 10 minutes of walking. There's an LG styler in the room which came as a surprise in addition to the humidifier
There's also amenities place at the lobby with the necessity (bath towel, comb, hair ties, cleanser and moisturizer in small packs) and coffee machine too
Had a fantastic stay, location was perfect- just 5 mins walk away from the bus stop that connects airport to Hakata station
Variety of breakfast
Big room for family
Self check-in
Cloth cleaning machine in room
Walk a bit from station but not far
The location is super convenient, just about a five-minute walk from the Hakata subway station. The bedding is really comfortable, there's a massage device, they provide mineral water daily, and housekeeping is prompt
The cleaning staff were very polite. Other amenities are also comprehensive; there's a coffee machine on the first floor. This hotel gets a lot of guests. Maybe they've been spoiled by too many good online reviews

Kyushu, Miyazaki, 3-1-1 Tachibana-dori-nishi 🧭 Map
Nice and friendly staff, close street market.
Some of the fittings and fixtures in the room seem a little dated, though, so I can see why it might not be as popular as other, newer hotels when judged by appearance alone
The staff were very helpful and kind to us, despite our many many mistakes/miscues. Room was a bit warm and beds a bit hard.
Good location, very friendly staff and nice communal facilities (including a bar of free ‘welcome shochu’)
朝食が美味しい。 部屋風呂はやや狭い。 繁華街に面してる側の部屋の場合、夜は外が結構うるさく、部屋にまで響き渡る。

The location is super convenient. It is across the nagasaki train station and In front of the tram stop. There are restaurants and 2 convenient stores near the hotel. The staff is also very friendly
We had a great stay in this hotel. It’s close to train station and a lot of places to eat around. The hotel doesn’t provide parking space so we had to park at the public parking area near the hotel
Hotel provides Japanese style buffet breakfast at ¥1800 per pax and it’s really nice! Worth trying!
Hotel room is very clean and room clean up can be requested daily
Wonderful stay at the hotel. Was very near Tram Station. Easy walk to the shopping mall. Room was small though like most hotels in Japan. But location made up for it.
If you need toothpaste, toothbrush and extra toiletries, they can be obtained from the lobby. Historical site of the 26 Martyrs is also very near the hotel
I was absolutely delighted with every aspect of my stay. The room was very spacious, especially considering it's a Japanese hotel

Kyushu, Kitakyushu, Kokura Kitaku Uomachi 1-5-14 🧭 Map
There's also another local train station close by, which adds to the convenience. The room itself was very clean and satisfying, providing a comfortable environment for my stay
Excellent location. The staff are well trained with very good service. The room is small for Japanese standard but extremely clean.
Just the smoking room is truly smoked, but can’t complain since such convenience. Also have to say, all the reception ladies are very pretty and polite.
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable, just a stone's throw from JR Kokura Station, making it incredibly convenient for travel
Request for change but had to pay 2700 yen extra per night for a twin bed room which we can push apart to allow easier getting on and off
Stayed in the standard double room.
Clean room with enough space to open 2 suitcases.
Staff were very friendly.

Kyushu, Oita, 9-20, Tamuro-machi 🧭 Map
The hotel is spacious and very comfortable. The location is good and parking ample and free. The service receptionists and managers are very polite.
We stayed here for 3 nights and will recommend others to stayed here.
Though the hotel is dated, the rooms are big by Japanese standard. Big car park with free parking behind it. Supermarket, drug store and Daiso are just around the corner.
Very beautiful room . The Reception staff is very kind.He help me find my eye-glasses. Thank you very much.
Decent location walkable from train station.
This hotel offers great value for money. The lobby is quite luxurious, and the breakfast spread is plentiful. From the room, you can enjoy a beautiful city view
It's an older hotel that's been renovated, but the furniture is still old, and the bedding comfort is just average; the duvet was too thick. The room size is quite large for Japan

Kyushu, Nago, 1343 - 1 Kise 🧭 Map
The environment is very comfortable and secluded. We didn't play golf, so we didn't enjoy the hotel's course. However, we did enjoy the teppanyaki grill, which had excellent ingredients
The room is very nice, the view is very nice, and I feel very good when I stay here. The hotel is very considerate and gives small New Year gifts during the holidays. The dishes in the restaurant are also very delicious
While it can't compare to Tokyo, it's top-notch in Okinawa. When we went out, we asked the concierge to pick us up at the beach. He was responsive and provided professional service
The environment is beautiful and suitable for couples to travel. The hotel is clean and tidy, the room is comfortable, and the service is generally good
Very nice hotel, especially the swimming pool. The food in the restaurant was also very good.
Everything is good, except the network is not good. Especially at night

Kyushu, Fukuoka, 2-11-27, Hakataekimae, Hakataku 🧭 Map
The only downside was that the bathroom ventilation wasn't great, and there was a slight 'bathroom smell' – not a bad odor, but a sort of damp, stale water smell. It's very close to Hakata Station, only a 5-minute walk
Great location and helpful staff
A hotel is close to the hakata station, just few minutes walk. However, I would like to deposit the language for 1.5 days, there will be a charge of 1,000 yen which I thought it will be free of charge as like a comment
The reception staff were friendly, polite, and spoke good English. The rooms were very clean, and the breakfast was varied and delicious.
The hotel‘s location is easy to find, but it might require some walking.
The hotel's location is a bit far from Tenjin, but it's convenient for activities around Hakata. Luggage storage costs 1000 yen. The entire hotel is non-smoking, and the rooms are small with average cleanliness
It's suitable for a short stay in Hakata

Kyushu, Fukuoka, 4-7-1 Watanabe-dori 🧭 Map
The room was clean and enough to open my small luggage. The toilet is a bit small but for one person it's perfectly fine! And they also have drinking water from the tap! They offer drinks downstairs too, free of charge!
The hotel is a bit far from Tenjin station. It takes around 10-15mins walk from under to get to it. But it's close to the green subway Tenjin line so it was easy to go around shopping when it rained
There were also free hot drinks on the ground floor, and washing machines (you could even check their availability on the TV!). The hotel is also very close to the city’s main points of interest
They have an computerized check in check out system so it's easy to do with the machine even if you don't speak Japanese. The key to the room comes out from it as well
Nothing to complain about : it was perfect for a stay in Fukuoka. The bedding was very comfortable, the room very clean, and the staff always friendly and welcoming
Very satisfied. Although the room was small, it was very clean. Even though I booked a smoking room, there was no smoke smell.

Though the design & deco are not the same as those newly built or opened, it's considered as classic since all hardware has been well maintained with no signs of running down
The restaurant provides good food and good value too. Staff very professional & helpful too. It suits guests who want the feeling of staying in a hotel when they were young
View is amazing and you can do a morning run on the riverside and inside the us navy
Overall great quality and such friendly people.

Hotel is located in a convenient location to the Hakata Station. Rooms are clean and spacious and breakfast spread is not bad, choice of Jap and western food. Staff are friendly and helpful
The hotel is quite close to Hakata Station, about a 10-minute walk, and there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby. Overall, it was a good experience
The location of the hotel is quite good, less than 10-minute's walk to Hakata Station. There are basic amenities provided. Given the price, it was a nice stay.
You need to take a bus from right outside the hotel to get to Canal City, Tenjin, and Hakata Station. Breakfast was good with a good variety of options
The room's bathroom is quite large and very nice. The front desk lobby is spacious, and the retro design is excellent
It's conveniently located near Hakata Station, making travel, shopping, and dining very easy, but it is a bit humid

Kyushu, Beppu, 499-18 Oaza Kannawa 🧭 Map
The outdoor onsen facility provides the beautiful ocean view. In the meanwhile, their SPA is nearly the best treatment which we have experienced. This hotel is highly recommended for the stay when you visit Beppu
This is our 2nd time to stay at this hotel. ANA intercontinental Beppu maintains its quality standard. The room is clean and comfortable with good view. The restaurants offer the delicious food
The infinity pool isn't very deep, making it suitable for children. It was still a bit chilly in March, but luckily, there's a warm pool nearby where you can soak for a while. The restaurant offers great value for money
The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, very clean, and offer sea views
Remember to exit from the West Exit (this was told to us by the hotel shuttle driver; apparently, many international guests wait for a long time at the East Exit only to find out it's the West Exit)
Dinner was superb; we had Japanese cuisine in an elegant setting. The Japanese chef was very professional, and the dishes were outstanding. Breakfast was semi-buffet style and also delicious

The room with a sea view was great. Also, close to the beach and not so far from Kokusai Dori street.
Nothing to complain about the hotel. It's very worth it for the size of the room. The view is cool too, and the lounge area looks really well decorated. There's even free alcohol and thirst quencher
Breakfast buffet doesn't have huge selection but is decent
The room was very spacious with a balcony and a beautiful sea view. It was convenient for driving, though the parking fee was a bit expensive.
Nice room. They provided 3 beds for us which is really user friendly for families. I love the sea view lounge. Quite close to the airport so we were able to rush and had lunch there at the very last minute.

Kyushu, Onna, 2592-40 Yashibaru Nakama Onna Kunigami 🧭 Map
The overall condition of the hotel, including the rooms, restaurants and pools, is good. The room (over 60 sqm) is spacious with a tatami and sofa sitting area as well as a small balcony facing the sea
That day, we were the only ones having breakfast in the main dining room on the ground floor, as it was an emergency and a public holiday off-season
Amenities are adequate but I don't like the package of toothpaste which was a small bag and hard to open
The sister hotel, accessible via a bridge, has buffet restaurants (5,000 yen per person). The downside is that the hotel is located on a hill, so we had to walk uphill at night with our suitcases
(They even have Korean staff!)
(I think they charge for parking in Okinawa, but it's worth it because they provide valet parking!)
The facilities feel a little old, but overall, the rooms are clean and very spacious!
The view is also great, and it was my first time trying breakfast in Japan, and it was delicious! I stayed for three nights, and the menu changed every day!
And if you don't use the breakfast...
However, since we went there around 5 PM, the water level was incredibly shallow! I think it would be great for kids to play!
It was great for just having a quick playtime, and there's a glass-bottom boat, so definitely try it!
My stay was more satisfying than I expected, and I'll definitely recommend Exys to anyone I know who's going to Okinawa!
I highly recommend it to any Koreans considering lodging...

Facing the ocean with fantastic views, we could even watch the sunset, and there's a seawall promenade for leisurely strolls. It's just a 15-minute walk along the seawall to American Village
The sea view room was lovely, but the cleanliness needs improvement. Many small areas weren't very clean.
The sea view was nice but as we only paid for a mid-level floor, people could easier look in hence we kept our blinds closed most of the time
The hotel also has ample parking space behind it. Being set back from the road, it's very quiet at night, making it a truly enjoyable place for a vacation
The bed was too soft and caused leg pain for my husband as a result he slept in the sofa bed, which opened into an “n” shape with the top and bottom sinking down. There was also a hard metal rod in the frame
We tried requesting for an extra duvet to make it more comfortable for him and was quoted ¥3000 for it. The room was old and dusty and floor didn’t feel clean and area underneath the bed was dusty

I highly recommend this hotel on so many levels - but most of all because the calm and kind staff cared for us, while I believe the well constructed building saved our lives
Very good and serve the free breakfast which is quite amazing !
As for the building - asleep in this hotel during the second more serious earthquake, we felt as if the building would collapse given the violence of the shaking
There was a parking lot next door, which was very convenient. Since it was a weekday, I was able to stay cheaply. The breakfast was a little heavy. It would have been nice if they had a lighter Japanese menu.
The hotelLocation is good and very convenient, near to terminal station, surrounding with restaurant
Staff is helpful they will direct you very clearly on the visit area with map pointing and show to u

If you didn’t book breakfast with your room you can’t add it at the hotel. Open plan toilet into room was odd, especially as the hi-tech toilet seat opens every time you move
It's well located and very near to Hakata station.
It takes a 10 minute walk.
The room is compact and has everything you need.
The service is efficient and friendly.
Overall it's a steal for the price paid.
Great hotel with self check in and lovely restaurant / cafe downstairs. Rooms are small but well designed at 187 tall i didnt feel squashed as rooms have high ceilings
Only down side they don’t have an ironing board to rent. Washing machines need coons, no ic
Self check in so pretty explanatory. Overall a quick and fast efficient service. Breakfast inclusive in the package was a packed breakfast but of great quality. Room was simple and comfortable. Very convenient location.
Also, the concrete walls in the toilet area had holes and obviously modified areas - it looked rather unfinished. The area near the hotel is quite noisy, but inside this was muted suitably
