Excellent service, excellent breakfast and excellent sea view. Love the poolside Cello performance. Price reasonable. Will definitely come again if I go to Okinawa next time.
best stay around onna from the service to the view and the amenities in the room! the room is very clean and big and have a great view to wake up to everyday. the staff were amazing and can’t wait to stay here again
The hotel’s central location in Onna Okinawa is an advantage, providing easy access to shopping, dining, and cultural attractions. It serves as an excellent base for leisure travelers if you self drive
Overall, the hotel delivered on all fronts: location, comfort, amenities, and atmosphere. I would not hesitate to return and will certainly choose this property again on my next visit to Okinawa
The system of collecting a queue number before lining up was efficient and ensured a smooth dining experience. Evenings were made memorable by the hotel’s stunning sunset views
The room was spacious, modern, and thoughtfully equipped with a kitchen and washing machine, making it particularly convenient for longer stays
The seaview and the beach are magnificent. However some of the furniture in the guest room may need to replace such as the chair and to remove such as the stove.
We booked our room in the main building but eventually they offered us a room in another building. Still nice sea view but the balcony is not as nice as the one we originally booked
Everything is great. Breatfast is good. I will be back🥰
Also it’s far from the main hotel beach area. Anyway the weather was not so good so we couldn’t really go to the beach. What a pity because the hotel has a pretty nice beach area
We stayed 4 nights as a family with small kid, here are some feedcack
Cons:
1. we slept terribly in the room, which is very uncomfortable
The aircon system is old, it s blowing directly on your face and it doesnt turnoff automatically even reaching the set temperature
To the left of the hotel is a 7-Eleven, and to the right is a Starbucks. It's also within a ten-minute walk to Tochoji Temple, Kushida Shrine, and Canal City Hakata
Super convenient, located just opposite Hakata station. Plenty of places to eat and shop. Will stay again. Breakfast quite good
Very close to station, friendly stuff. Generous Buffet breakfast is included in the stay. Convenient for station, shopping , sight seeing and great food places. We had the window towards back of the hotel (pic)
Have stayed here over 2 dozen times. Strategic, convenient, and easy location. Breakfast is very tasty, rooms are clean, and the views never disappoint. Staff Pocesses standard, warm Japanese hospitality
excellent location with sheltered access to Hakata eki underground and convenience store just outside the main entrance. rooms are a little worn with dim white lighting. humidifier provided in the room.
The hotel boasts an excellent location, right across the street from Hakata Station. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is delicious, and there's a 7-Eleven downstairs
We have a pleasant stay at this hotel. The front desk is quick in responding to our queries. Among our stays in Okinawa, this is the only hotel we face no issue in communicating.
The hotel's location is excellent, and the annex rooms are very new, with a 7-Eleven right downstairs. It's very close to the Prefectural Office Station, and Kokusai Dori is also within walking distance
There are two convenience stores nearby with everything you could need, and plenty of great food options. It's very clean and hygienic; I'll definitely stay here again next time
Staying in the Anex building which is spacious and direct access to 7-11 across was Lawson. No changes to park In hotel as it always full
The annex facilities are newer than the main building, and they offer luggage storage. As for hygiene, it was very clean
The room size isn't small for Japan; you can open two suitcases. However, the service is mediocre because the front desk is usually unattended for self-checkout, making it hard to find help when needed
This place is very well located near the Makishi station. Best of all is the generous and delicious breakfast spread, especially the french toast. Also the free drinks and ice cream throughout the day
The hotel's common areas are fantastic! The restaurant looks spacious and bright, with plenty of seating and beautiful decor, including buffet counters adorned with flowers and lights
Okinawa Hinode Hotel
The hotel's location is super convenient, right next to Makishi monorail station, with direct access from Naha Airport. It's just a 100-meter walk after exiting the station
Still the beautiful blue skies and white clouds. A rare triple room and a convenient location. We bought a one-day tour and the hotel was centrally located, making it easy to explore everything
Best of all is their cultural activities twice a day. When I was there I had time only fir the yukata. I will stay here next time when I'm in Naha again
So nice to stay in this hotel which have various alcohol and ramen service. Superb
Very cheap due to the off season, clean and has enough to have a good sleep and rest
Daily amenities available at lobby. Room is spacious and comes with massage chair and air purifier👍 parking for guest is 800yen. 15-20mins walk to Donki store and there is a Lawson convenient store downstairs
Room is big as compared with others. Clean too!
Around 10 mins walk from oita station. There is a Aaf just behind the hotel!
A Lawson is just downstairs! Some eateries near the place
I use this as a base to visit yufuin and Beppu!
Will love to stay here again when I visit Oita
On the ground floor, there is also a cafe/eatery with pleasant staff that served simple yet delightful breakfast, as well as a Lawson convenience shop. The room was typical Japanese room, clean and decent
Room were ok clean and not that small. Convenient Stores are next door, breakfast were good. No smoking area and it needs to be a few hundred metres walk to was a bit frustate for those who need
Transportation: The location is very convenient, close to a shopping district, and there's even the original Ichiran ramen shop nearby
Service: Apart from the room being a bit pricey because I booked last minute, everything else was excellent
Hotel is located very near to Tenjin Minami mrt station. Many good restaurants and shops nearby. Accessible to many tourist destination as well. has comfy bed and bigger bathroom
Very clean, modern. Good value.
Location far from metro but walkable to attractions. Staff are not v friendly, and particular about the check in/out timing. Not clean, had rashes. Amenities provided in lobby
Cleanliness: Japanese hotels are consistently great when it comes to cleanliness; everything is always spotless and tidy
The rooms have customer service, Christmas wreaths and supplies, and you will be impressed by the hospitality! View from the guest room window During the day when I was in Amsterdam, I could see the fantastic lighting even at night
Has separate toilet room and bath tub room and dresser room. Branded Tea and Coffee and Toiletries. Perfect for enjoying Huis Ten Bosch as it has great location. Offered us free next day pass
This hotel is located inside the Huis Ten Bosch, with easy access across the theme park via the shuttle bus, the room is spacious and with all the amenities needed
The location is fantastic, and the room is spacious – absolutely no complaints! If I ever visit Huis Ten Bosch again, I'd love to stay here.
Both the cake and tea are coffee, the atmosphere, top marks (* ≧ ω ≦) It would be great if I could stay longer, but I can’t stay every time~ (laughs) The morning buffet and early morning canoeing are the best~ \ (^ - ^) / I definitely want to stay again for some anniversary (laughs) In the meantime, you can relax and enjoy tea while folding your fingers at the cafe
The hotel breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but the taste was decent. I couldn't book a Miffy-themed room. The standard single/twin room was available. A child plus one adult could squeeze into one bed
Bathroom floor level with the room. Good room except the seal around the window was not totally tight and there was a slight draft of freezing air
APA Hotel, a representative of mid-low-priced business hotels, always seems to be in the middle when you go there. Compared to the Livmax chain of the same category, Livmax mainly uses new buildings, while APA does not
However, in terms of service, APA is better. It has more amenities, provides ice and ice cups, and has relatively good soundproofing
However, because it is an old building, hot and cold water are separated, which is inconvenient
The floor is carpeted and the room is dry, so I was disappointed that there was no air purifier that also has a humidifier, but it's the best in terms of cost-effectiveness!
If your only purpose is to sleep, it's not a bad choice, but if you're staying at the hotel for a long time, you might be disappointed
Breakfast was mainly Japanese and very delicious. There was rice, nori seaweed, and nama* from Saga Prefecture, which went down well with the rice. I was also happy to see tomatoes available
We booked a Japanese-style room with a sea view balcony. I really like the bike rental, shuttle service and refreshments! They agreed to book the shuttle for me via email because I cannot phone calls
Room is clean and you can enjoy the public bath, including a small sauna room. All in all, this is a good place to stay with your family!
Not bad. While the room is very old, it’s kept clean. Aircon could be colder but you can open the window if you feel warm/stuffy. The onsen, relaxation lounge and free drinks at night were amazing!
the view from the hotel is fantastic breakfast and dinner also nice this hotel have bar , karaok and hot spring inside we have so much enjoyed thank you 😊
Excellent breakfast buffet. The room is spacious and staff are very friendly. If you drive by car, there is ample parking space here.
Nice view of the river from our room. Nice view of both the ocean and the river from the breakfast restaurant on the top floor. Breakfast is good. Sauna is good. Hot pool is average.
Despite some negative news, Ctrip remains the most user-friendly app. I travel frequently and often switch between different apps, but I always find Ctrip to be the most convenient
Art Hotel Kagoshima offers a very positive stay overall, largely thanks to its outstanding staff, who consistently went out of their way to assist and make guests feel welcome
Specifically, on the second day of my stay, there was a mix-up with the travel agent, and my dinner reservation wasn't made. I had actually paid for dinner on both the second and third nights
I strongly recommend requesting a room with a view of Sakurajima—one of Japan’s most active volcanoes—as waking up to this dramatic landscape is truly priceless
Perfectly safe to walk anywhere and 7/11 as well as Lawson is right across the street. If you go to Nishimuta store 5-10 minutes away there is delicious soft serve matcha ice cream in the green tea shop for only 190¥
The hotel’s location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby bus routes
Even with all that, there was still plenty of space to move around, and they provided four sets of toiletries and slippers – we were really happy with the room
I booked a Japanese-style room, which was quite unique and spacious enough. The hotel's overall service was excellent
Breakfast was very crowded; I thought it was the off-season, but there were so many people! We had to wait a long time for the elevator, but the food was replenished very promptly
The room facilities are a bit old, but it's clean and tidy, and the room size is quite generous. Older, well-established hotels usually have better management. The location is great, and the breakfast is good too
The front desk service was also very thoughtful; I accidentally lost my room key while out, and after explaining, they immediately replaced it for me without any extra charge
The hotel's location is good, not far from Kokusai Dori and Naminoue Shrine
Kyushu, Fukuoka, 3 Chome-1-90 Sumiyoshi, rayon Hakata, 812-0018 Fukuoka, Prefektura Fukuoka, Yaponiya 🧭 Map
Otherwise, pretty standard fare. Only bad thing is the hotel is a 15mins walk from Hakata station. But you could take a bus ride though (just 1 stop)
The type of room that I booked was extremely small, and opening a 28” luggage (even with top opening kind) is still easy. I hardly spend my time inside the room so I am ok with it
Best thing about the hotel is probably the onsen at the basement of the main building. Mostly Japanese and Koreans gentlemen when I visit the onsen
Room was spacious and decently furbished with reasonable price;
Good room wifi connection;
Location is decent ~10mins walk to hakata station or walk (3mins) a few blocks down to sutton hotel and take the bus to hakata station (since its the 2nd last stop before hakata station);
Public bath was okay;
Convenient check-in and check-out system with 24 hr staff assistance, professional service from staff
A very nice hotel, neat and tidy. The public bath is very clean and well maintained. The hotel offers a good variety of welcome drinks and breakfast food including Japanese, Chinese and Western cuisines
Booking the main building is better so you don't have to walk for the onsen. Room in main building is only a few dollars more. Room is pretty big for 1 pax, enough space to open luggage beside the bed
I stay for 4 nite, it’s really incredibly convenient to go everywhere. I stop at Kushida Shrine Station (exit 3) and it’s only two minutes’ walk away. From there, it’s a three-minute walk to Kushida Shrine and Kawabata
It is within short walking distance from Kushida Shrine, Fukuoka's main mall with lots of restaurants and shops, Canal City Hakata, and the Nakasu Food Stalls Street, where you can grab delicious street food
We are happy staying in your hotel, the amenities are quite good and excellent and comfortable..your hotel is very accessible in every establishments.. we are looking forward to stay again in your hotel❤️🙏
You can also walk to the Tenjin area in about 10-15 minutes and there are many restaurants around. I tried breakfast at the hotel and it was really nice and the food was of good quality
I’ve stayed here several times now and I love it. The staff are always friendly and extremely helpful. It’s a great location. Lots of nice restaurants nearby 10 out of 10 for me.
It was nice staying in your place it is very neat and clean and very accessible to all possible places we can buy anything🙏🫶😘🥰.. Godbless you always amd Keep safe alway
Kumamoto castle view, altho is from a far distance. Room is alright, beware if you are driving a SUV as their parking lots cant fit in. Overall satisfying.
Staff were really helpful - I asked the front desk for food recommendations and they offered some good choices at late night time. Rooms were clean with toiletries well provided
Nice hotel at a great location. I lowered the amenities score because they don’t provide toothpaste if you opt in to their eco initiative. Only clean towels and a teabag daily
This is very different from the eco initiatives in other hotels I’ve stayed at in Japan. Maybe not brushing your teeth saves the environment? I don’t know
Hotel room is same as the pictures that display on the app/website. Staff are friendly and polite. There is an onsite parking but you need to pay
Would be even better if some small utensils/plates could be provided in the room for some chill snack time
I often have lunch at San Cielo in Crown Plaza ANA Kumamoto New Sky. It is very tasty and not so pricey(I often have pasta, pizza or curry doria with salad bar(about¥1500+tax). I can have drink and ice cream)
they give me the wrong room but correct it once i point out. other than this, all good
Hotel is old styled and not as fancy as those new tiny hotels. Great service which we left our bags early in the morning before checking in the room and the bags were delivered to our room after we returned
Nice room which is quite generous in size compared to a standard Japanese business hotel. Only a bit on the dark side, so could use with better or brighter lighting
We got a room change because our original room had an insect, the staff was quick and nice about it. Room style is quite old school as it is an old building. There’s also a kumamon mascot that greets u at the lobby :)
Location is very near a tram stop but convenience stores aren't close and not many places to eat around there
Location is quite as it is around 8mins from Hakata station, still, you will easily find convenient stores, coffee and restaurants within walking distance. Complimentary coffee at the reception is good to start the day
Good, a pleasant experience, very good. Good, a pleasant experience, good as always. Good, pretty good. Good.
The location is incredibly convenient; you can walk to several major shrines and shopping areas. The hotel also granted a late check-out, and the room facilities were great
Great location accessible to hakata station, restaurants shopping and tourist attractions like kushida shrine, staff are very accommodating will definitely book again when in fukuoka!
It was a good stay at Four Points Flex by Sheraton. Room is small but enough for one person. Bed was good for me who like hard mattress with 4 pillows to sleep on
The hotel is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from Hakata JR station. Although the room was only 14m in size, it was more than sufficient for our needs.
The only downside is there's no bathtub. The direct subway connection to the hotel is very convenient. The hotel decor is quite clean, and there's no noise. The front desk staff are polite
I stayed here over a decade ago when I visited Okinawa, and the area has changed quite a bit – it was a little tricky to find my way around getting in and out, haha
The room with a balcony was nice; it felt more spacious. The location is super convenient too, with public transport right outside and supermarkets and small restaurants nearby
The hotel's surroundings are very convenient, with a 7-Eleven and Lawson nearby. It's also a short walk to the Prefectural Office. The Yui Rail station is right next to the hotel, also within walking distance
very good hotel and worth to stay . very convenience and near monorail station. good facilities, at least enough for normal guest requests. price is not high and highly recommend this hotel to others.
Starting from when I landed, let me describe the journey to the hotel. After international arrival, I walked through the domestic departure area to catch a public bus (not the monorail)
The buffet dinner and breakfast are sumptuous with quality food! The room is spacious and comfortable. The only setback is the hotel is quite old and dated in the common places
Great public onsen area with numerous indoor and outdoor pools. Great selection for dinner and breakfast buffets
With the quality food and best onsen, it's still a value for money hotel to be in
There are quite a few places to see in the vicinity, such as Maruo Falls, Ebino Highlands and observation decks, active volcanoes Karakunitake, and Kirishima Jingu Shrine
Is a very good place for family stay. Kids friendly!!!
It's a revamped hotel with new facilities! The tidiness and clean impressed me! The breakfast and dinner buffet were in good quality as well especially the beef. Highly recommend!
