The staff is amazing!!! So very helpful! They worked with us, adjusting the time for meals, adding mattresses to 'too firm' sofa beds, wonderful meals and delicious snacks. The only thing that could be improved was greater consistency with internet. We loved our time at BeFine.

The hotel is new, I liked everything very much. The rooms are clean, tidy and quiet. Of the minuses, the breakfast is meager and there is no normal coffee (they say “coffee as usual after 11 o’clock, when the barista comes, we don’t know how to use the machine ourselves” 🤦).
