Good hotel.. checked into a family room on the 7th floor with a view of the lake. We paid 20,000 tenge extra for a child, they made up the sofa. The room was very warm. It was saddened by the fact that there was not enough lighting in the room, it was like darkness everywhere. Overall, the impressions were good, I recommend it.

Very centrally located hotel, within walking distance to most attractions. The staff were nice and welcoming. The hotel is well maintained, though some areas could use a bit of modernization. It's just so-so, the facilities are old, the mattress is okay, the pillows are not so good, the slippers are like paper, but overall it's pretty good in Kazakhstan.

Fantasic quality hotel and by using YandexGo (Central Asia's equvilent of Uber) you can easily get a taxi into the centre for £3. I would rather use the cheap taxi services and get the quality hotel at outside city rates. It very cheap in comparison to the quality.

The room is quite old and the size is good. The bathroom has a musty smell. Breakfast is on the second floor. The basic food is not replenished in a timely manner. It is not recommended for tourists to stay here.

Right next to this landmark tower, the transportation is generally convenient. There is a currency exchange downstairs, which is very convenient. The breakfast variety is average, with more cold food, but the restaurant on the 21st floor has a good view.
