I highly recommend this hotel to all my Chinese friends visiting Kazakhstan! It's a fantastic value for money, affordable yet offering great quality. The breakfast, especially today's, was excellent. Definitely worth staying here.

The room was spotless, the heating worked great, and there was 24-hour hot water. It was cleaned daily. There's also a fridge. The disposable toiletries were really high-quality and had no strange odors!

The service was terrible and the management was chaotic. The front desk couldn't find my payment record even though I paid there. The next morning, they knocked twice and refused to give me two extra bottles of water without charging me.

Good hotel.. checked into a family room on the 7th floor with a view of the lake. We paid 20,000 tenge extra for a child, they made up the sofa. The room was very warm. It was saddened by the fact that there was not enough lighting in the room, it was like darkness everywhere. Overall, the impressions were good, I recommend it.

We stayed in a yurt, which was very comfortable and warm for November, and the breakfasts were wonderfully delicious. There are also places to walk around and explore. However, the ski slopes are quite close to the yurts, which might be a disturbance for those who want to sleep in.

Fantasic quality hotel and by using YandexGo (Central Asia's equvilent of Uber) you can easily get a taxi into the centre for £3. I would rather use the cheap taxi services and get the quality hotel at outside city rates. It very cheap in comparison to the quality.
