Located outside Aktau city, Rixos Aktau is a beautiful 5 star all inclusive hotel on the Caspian Sea with plenty of bars and restaurants.

The Housekeeping team – Nagima, Tozagul, and Raisa – performed their duties with great professionalism, care, and attention to detail. My room was always perfectly clean, tidy, and comfortable thanks to their efforts

watering the grass throughout the territory should probably be more often, so that there is no yellow grass. install artificial palm trees like on the Aktau embankment next to the beach

Great place to wind down, despite weekends are pretty busy here and crowded. Meals and how its served are top class! Highly recommended!

Great location next to the lake, amazing view during winter and summer time. Clean and nicely designed rooms. There is a swimming pool, billiard and nice terrace.

- Breakfast: tasty chicken sausages, drinking yogurt, fruits, honey, quark (farmer cheese), smetana (qaymaq, sour cream). - Large territory with many playgrounds for children. - Beautiful view of mountain and forest

There is only instant coffee available for free for breakfast. You get omelette and that's it. Did not like: - There was unpleasant smell in Standard room

Hello to all, who is reading this review right now. I stayed at Terrassa park Hotel with my family in January. Booked two rooms - economy and standard

Seemed like smell was generated by furniture exposed to moisture, but not sure for 100%. Kept the room as there were no much better options

No microwave in the rooms so don't even think of bringing to your room food that require warming. The restaurant is cheap but the food is not great. My wife was served semi-raw potatoes

Reception are warm and welcoming - we arrived past midnight and the took good care of us; helped us move our luggage into the room and even provided us with a baby coat instantly

No wiFi in the rooms - only at the restaurant and in the corridor in the first floor, but there's no sockets to plug you gadgets in the corridor

The rooms are satisfactorily clean and equiped with spacious bed, a sectional sofa, a safe, a television, a tiny refrigerator and an electric kettle

The bathrooms in the rooms are very tiny and there's an oduor coming out of the bathroom even when the ventilation is on

There are also a variety of eateries around and the shopping mall is 5 minutes away on foot

Excellent stay in the Kazakh winter. The service was excellent, especially at the Chalet restaurant, with our table waited by Rinat. Kazakh beef is a must have here.

The hotel is in a stunning location with amazing views – truly breathtaking. However, the room had an unpleasant sour smell, likely coming from the carpet, which affected the comfort of the stay

I recently stayed at Rixos Borovoe with my husband who has GOLD ALL status. Everyone is very helpful and accommodating to our needs. Restaurant Chalet has such a beautiful interior as well as nice food and beverage items

Restaurant L’Olivo had big variety of breakfast items, deserts and drinks

I really enjoyed my time in Borovoe — such a beautiful place with amazing nature and fresh air. 🍂 The atmosphere here is calm and relaxing, perfect for a cozy getaway. Both Silk Way and Chalet restaurants were wonderful

Good espresso both in the morning from the coffee machine and in the evening in the restaurant from a cone, this happens very rarely

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. When making the booking at Trip, make sure to select the number of guest correctly.

The room is a bit small, and the facilities are decent. The bathroom is quite bright, and breakfast is good with fruits available. Overall, it's a good value-for-money option in Almaty.

Convenient location, rich breakfast, and a clean room.

I had a very nice stay there and have a nice experience too. My laundry was hung at the balcony and who knows the strong wind blew them all off. The security man there really help me to look for all my clothes

Best western is famous for its old classical design. But this time it was a little bit dirty or there was no person in the room for a long time. However, they got a new massage service on the 3rd floor which was amazing!

It is indeed a good hotel in the area. Good location, good environment and good service. It is just a little small, but there are too few locals so it doesn't matter if it is too big. The room is not small.

The hotel is situated on the main road into Oral, but I walked the length of it (about 50 minutes) and found most of the attractions. I ate dinner in the restaurant with mixed results

Always my go-to hotel. The rooms are spacious, and it offers good value for money. Breakfast is decent. However, they really need to improve their hygiene and disinfection practices.

There are also a few supermarkets within a couple of blocks by foot. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel. Moreover, the airport serving route 92 bus is just two blocks away

The rooms are clean, there is no bidet, no one speaks much English, make sure to ask for forks and knives with your meals. But a nice hotel in a very central location

This place was recommended by a local friend. Their breakfast is à la carte and is super good, much better than those dubious places. The staff are also very nice; they even helped me get a taxi on my first day

The room, which is advertised as non-smoking, is on a floor where the other rooms are smoke-filled, so the smell permeated through the 3-centimeter gap between the door and the floor

The hotel was quite far from the nearest bus stop and the sidewalk was not convenient for carrying a suitcase
