Unfortunately the service leaves much to be desired! It seems they rented a room for 37k, there is not even a compliment in the form of a bottle of water (tea and some Booking indicated that there is a bar, restaurant, etc., it is not there either! But! I want to note that it is very clean and there are all bathroom amenities... The only thing worth working on is the service!!!

It's awesome, the terrace on the 9th floor is amazing, and the performances on the 7th floor are amazing. This is a gorgeous hotel!

The rooftop restaurant overlooking Koktobe is a good place for romantic meetings and hangouts with friends. Delicious food, beautiful presentation of dishes. Polite, professional staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is picky about: - clean rooms - service - comfy beds and pillows - polite staff - beautiful interior and good smells We came to the hotel pretty late and they suggested to check us out at 2 PM instead of 12. It was really nice, they didn't charge us or anything. Also room service is really good. We got hungry around 4 AM and delicious food for a good price...

Staff is very nice and understanding, but we had to cancel our reservation because there was no hot water and heating didn’t work in rooms. Food at the restaurant is super cheap and portions are quite big. For my taste it is too oily though. There is a local zoo very close to the hotel.

Stayed at semi-lux room - little old with poor noice isolation. Smoke from "kalyan" (shisha) all over the 3rd floor and room, where I stayed. Power plugs in room located either away from table or under the bed - inconvenient to charge gadgets. Restaurant food was delicious where I had dinner several times. Breakfast was decently arranged WiFi signal goes off occasionally but still workable

This hostel also doubles as the Mandarin Hostel, so I stayed there. The building is at the back of the hotel and is old. There is no air conditioning. Clean, comfortable and friendly stuff

This is one of the best hotels I have ever seen, with strong security, freshness of food, gym for physical fitness, alcoholic beverages to enjoy, beautiful scenic surroundings, safe water swimming pool, and experienced staff. Whether you are here with your family, on business, or simply want to relax, this hotel will be the most modern and stylish for you.

Not bad for short trips. Mini bar is fully loaded. Rooms are big. Just tools a bit old but clean.

The only positive thing is the location - in a city centre, near shopping malls and a pedestrian street. The superior suite doesn't look like in the pictures. The linen and towels are old and grey. We were waiting for the breakfast for almost 30 min and finally left without having it since we were in rush (couldn't wait longer). Will not come again. Unfortunately.

Very nice boutique feel to this hotel in Shymkent and has a garden area. Nice Roos and clean and stayed here in double for the equivalent of £24. Bizarre comment....door lock noisy when unlocked which if another guest does at ungodly hours can be intrusive.

Nomad Palace is a decent hotel, but nothing exceptional. The rooms are spacious and retain a somewhat Soviet-era style with wooden furnishings. The bathroom features a “capsule” design common in this region, with lots of buttons — most of which don’t seem to work beyond the basics of a regular shower. Good hotel, not problem. Five star.

About as nicely redone as one can expect a post-soviet hotel to be. Bathrooms are brand new, great hot water. Good Wifi! Nice staff. No elevators though, you have to use the stairs, no rooms on the ground floor. Good food cooked on premises, don't expect lightning fast service. All in all, a comfortable place to stay.

A good cozy hotel. It is located in the center of Borovoe, there are many cafes, shops nearby and the lake is a few minutes' walk away. The hotel has a buffet breakfast, gazebos with barbecues, two swimming pools, a cinema, a library, massage rooms and children's playrooms. Private guarded parking.

Nice room, good breakfast, fair price - positive aspects. But: amenities are scarce, and what's more not given enough - only one half used toilet roll for our three nughts! And no one cared to put a spare one. Smae with drinking water - they saw a half full bottle and the other one empty - and substituted just one! As if half full means there is no need for more water, it was actually filled with cooled...

Excellent service. Sensitive personnel. The rooms are clean and cozy. But there are downsides. First noise, the whole night listening to someone snore in the next room. And the evening couldn't even buy matches or a lighter in the whole hotel!!! Were on reception and in the bar. There was no lighter or matches. Finally asked for a lighter from a guard to light a cigarette.

Excellent service, modern and very comfortable apartments with city views

I'd like to thank the company for their excellent work and attentive customer service. We arrived in Astana early in the morning, and our apartment wasn't ready yet, but we were immediately offered another, even better located, in a new residential complex. Everything was clean, warm, and cozy, and the stained-glass windows offered a stunning view of Nurzhol Boulevard, which is just a 10-minute walk...

Clean and spacious rooms. Nice pool with chairs and shade. Unfortunately we didn't get towels. Only russian was spoken at reception, but they were quite helpful. Parking is also easily available. Overall solid hotel given the price.

The best hotel in town. There is a sauna, swimming pool, cafe. The boatswain pub is one of the most popular places where delicious food is served and there is a system of discounts at lunchtime and for birthday parties.

The deluxe and standard rooms are excellent for Kapchagay. I didn't expect it, honestly. Although the hotel lobby is not very good and smells of cheapness. The outdoor pool is good. The kitchen is good.

The problem is that hotel is next to the railroad and you can be awakened several times a night by a train sound and whistle. Also raindrops can be too loud on your window. I think all the rooms are for smokers, so you might feel the smell in every room. Other than that it's quite a nice, clean hotel, with normal local food.
