Not bad for short trips. Mini bar is fully loaded. Rooms are big. Just tools a bit old but clean.
The only positive thing is the location - in a city centre, near shopping malls and a pedestrian street. The superior suite doesn't look like in the pictures. The linen and towels are old and grey. We were waiting for the breakfast for almost 30 min and finally left without having it since we were in rush (couldn't wait longer). Will not come again. Unfortunately.

Had a 2 roomed, twin room. Large area. Food poor but the owner spoke good English and was incredibly helpful finding a shop to mend my computer in her own car.

The bathroom, furniture, and bed quality are all nice. My room felt spacious and had large windows. The breakfast was a bit underwhelming, but it wasn’t bad. The front desk staff were nice and helpful. They let us check in before the checkin time. You can walk to many restaurants in 10-15 minutes.

The hotel was very clean which I really appreciated. They did a good job with putting slippers, soap, shampoo, towels etc. The location was about 20 mins walking from the center area which was fine for me. Taxis aren't so expensive so 300 tenge will get you to a nice place to eat nearby.
My only complaint about this place was that at the price theyre charging they could've included breakfast. Usually...
We really liked the hotel and a huge thank you to the receptionist. She was very pleasant and polite. We liked the room they found for us; it was clean. Everything was in keeping with its status. The only thing is, breakfast wasn't included. I don't know what hotel prices are like in the city, as we were just passing through, but the price was fine.

Excellent service. Sensitive personnel. The rooms are clean and cozy. But there are downsides. First noise, the whole night listening to someone snore in the next room. And the evening couldn't even buy matches or a lighter in the whole hotel!!! Were on reception and in the bar. There was no lighter or matches. Finally asked for a lighter from a guard to light a cigarette.
