Will be here again in April....Weather hindered my movements...Great buffet breakfast...near hub of train/bus
Almaty 1 malls for shopping food ...to/from airport bus 33...Medeu is a favourite place...take cable car ride up mountain bus 12....
The hotel is quite close to the airport, but still takes around 15 mins by taxi. Close to a shopping mall and bus stop. There are hostel rooms and the issue with the hostel is there's only one key for the dorm's door. And the shower booth has no lock, it's only a glass door, so each time someone showers they most likely would lock the main door and so no one can use the toilets at the same time. There...
The room was outdated, but they will clean your room every day (except on weekends).
It was a black-haired receptionist who was nice and kind. When my cellular plug is different from the cord in the room, she gave me the same cord as the one in the room. So I was able to charge my phone. Different from the blonde one.
The location is strategic, and near the airport (it only takes 40 minutes to arrive...
Location was near the airport. Hotel was nice as there was swimming pool, sauna and massage centre.
Room was a bit out-dated and basic. The air-conditioning (AC) was not working very well and it was a warm night.
But I have to commend the receptionist and technician for helping us to change room when we complained that the AC for the initial room was faulty.
Breakfast was very simple and basic.
I visited Almaty, the old capital of Kazakhstan, for a day. My flight arrived super early, around 2 AM, so I didn't have anywhere to go. I picked this old hotel near the airport for a late check-in and a quick nap. I slept until after 10 AM, then checked out to explore the city for the day. Getting a taxi from the hotel to the city center was very convenient.
A 5 star style hotel with hostel and dorm style facilities as well.. a very good morning buffet breakfast.. great stay
don't recommend the location, way too far from the city center. the food was bad, there was also no coffee machine during the breakfast service. rooms are okay for their price, but AC wasn't working properly.
The hotel environment is stunning, and our room offered amazing views of the snowy mountains. We even had a private sauna in the room!
The hotel staff were fantastic; we arrived around 10 AM to drop off our luggage, and they kindly offered us an early check-in free of charge. Once we saw the room, I honestly didn't want to leave and just wanted to relax there. To top it all off, they also allowed...
Getting here by taxi from the city center was super convenient. I stayed for two nights. On the first day, I saw a glimpse of a 'golden mountain' at the top, and on the second day, there was heavy snow – the scenery was absolutely stunning!
There's a shuttle bus service for getting up and down the mountain after check-in. If you're short on time and miss the shuttle, it's also easy to just grab a...
Wonderful place, very comfortable and has all necessary amenities. View from house 17 was wmazing. There is not constructin going on, however it was not disturbing.
The room is spacious and the facilities are good. It is inconvenient to carry luggage.
We were here 3 nights and loved it. Stunning location, great views, spacious and well-appointed rooms. Service was great. This is a very special hotel, every aspect of our stay was wonderful.
I stayed for two nights. The place is great at night, but hot during the day. The place is clean and quiet. The breakfast is average and limited. As for the service, they are cooperative. There is a separate restaurant with a beautiful view. We had dinner there. The service was excellent in the restaurant. I thank the waitress Tangnurym for helping us choose dinner.
We had a stay in a stunning location with breathtaking views that truly capture the beauty of the area. The staff at the lobby, especially one gentleman, was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making our experience more comfortable. However, we believe there is room for improvement, particularly with the breakfast, which did not meet expectations. It was served cold and didn’t match the high standards...
The location is quiet and close to the city center, and the rooms are particularly large and spacious. The price is also very reasonable. The staff is very polite and helpful. The breakfast options are delicious and plentiful. This is one of the best hotels in Shymkent for the price. I highly recommend it.
I really liked the hotel
The staff is polite
The rooms are original in their design
A whole range of services: bath, sauna, massage, etc.
Location away from the central streets in a quiet place
5 stars definitely)
Everting is not good but generally is good. Better than other otels. Price is not expensive
Excellent experience, beautiful location, very comfortable room.
What a beautiful experience, The views of the mountains are incredible, it is incredibly easy to do a days skiing and return to the top of the mountain to retire for the night. The room was amazing it has a small sauna perfect for 2 people, the room was warm, underfloor heating , bathrobes and a wonderful shower. Nice speaker and smart tv, comfortable sofa and big bed. The restaurant is fantastic too...
This hotel is located right at the top of Shymbulak, making it the best possible location if your main goal is skiing. The atmosphere is amazing—very energetic and friendly with everyone having fun on the slopes. The rooms are spacious, well-heated, and clean. A nice bonus is the private sauna in the bathroom (a bit small, but a great feature). Noise was never an issue. Service Tip: Service was great...
In general the hotel is nice with perfect location but there is some points I hope they find a solution for, luggage service was terrible unfortunately we were super tired till we reached the hotel Room specially for those who have 3,4 luggage, my advice for the service team to have a snow bike at least to help the client move their luggage, second point we ware Confused about the cable car ticket...
Unparalleled privacy and seclusion
Cannot express enough gratitude to the hotel to say how ecerything was PERFECT for our 1st meeting anniversary date. Food, service, comfort, view, breakfast, romantic package... everything perfect from A to Z

Shchuchye lake shore 140 m
As a European, I can not lie. There are parts of this hotel that remind me of the Soviet Union. The rooms have some old looking furniture, but they are a good size as are the bathrooms. Buffet breafast and good restaurant for other meals. They do have an English copy of the menu! Small area outside on the patio , but the open tents on the path down to the lake have a 30% service if you choose to...
This was our short vacation, which we take once a year. We arrived tired both mentally and physically, and left rejuvenated by a couple of years! The room comfort level is 5! Like home :) The mattress, the bed linen, the room temperature, and the bathroom (water temperature control, pressure and drainage) - everything as it should be! Restaurant - the waitress Vika is super! The chef - the dishes are...
Park Hotel Kokshetau - recreation area on the shore of Lake Shchuchye. Very beautiful place, beautiful nature. Today the cost per room is from 30,000 tenge per day and above.
Wonderful place to stay during the winter break. Cozy, warm and comfortable. The food is delicious, staff is friendly and helping. Not new, but still great. Fair-priced, good quality for your money. Kids friendly. Will stay again.
I have been already 3 times this season in the Park Hotel Kokshetau. Because I like it very much. Friendly and helpful staff, tasty food in the restaurant and beautiful scenery all around. Strongly recommend!
Can't wait to see how it is here during the winter 🙂

It’s very nice, the owner is very helpful and we received a lot of help from him. The room is also very clean, toilets too
The owner is very welcoming, and they're Chinese, so they offer Chinese breakfast every day. The hotel environment is clean and hygienic.
A perfect place to stay in Almaty. Location is not far from many landmark such as the cathedral, green bazaar, and Kok Tobe. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the shared bathrooms were also good. The owner was very helpful in letting us park there and giving us help and suggestions. Would stay here again!
The room was clean and quiet, and the service was excellent. They can help you arrange a taxi to the airport, and the location is super close to the scenic spots!
It is at great location. Close to several landmarks. It is clean and quiet. The owner is very friendly and helpful.
The owner is very kind, and the breakfast perfectly suited my Chinese palate. Highly recommended!
Drinks are expensive and most of the room have no windows and an ac that's turned off without a remote
Food is good, but drinks are 4 times the shop price. Karaoke menu needs to be updated and some popular artists's songs are lacking. The staff is polite and it's clean overall
Inexpensive place with not much variety of food
expensive drinks, esp alcohol drinks; food is good, not perfect; middle quality of karaoke; service is bad
It was a very good hotel. There was normal service. The food was good. I recommend it
Great new hotel, the hostess speaks Kazakh, English and russian. Very helpful staff. The breakfast is fabulous with mean and non meat options. Location is great too only 20-30 minutes to the Airport.
The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center, perfect for a city walk. It's not far from the Ascension Cathedral, Green Bazaar, pedestrian street, and Mega Park.
Best location in the city, two 24-hour restaurants nearby, comfortable room.
staying here for the 2nd time, nice hotel even on the busy road at weekdays it's relatively quiet, breakfast with a lot of choice, will only stay here next time
The room is a bit small, but it's not cramped for a single person. Breakfast was plentiful, and the hygiene was good. It's very convenient, just a 30-minute drive to Jangbuljae Ski Resort and also 30 minutes to the airport.
The hotel room is big, in good location. The breakfast was okay. The staffs were helpful but a bit slow at response. Overall worth it.
thanks a lot for all stuff members! they are awesome!!! amazing location and facilities too:)
Large room and good area. Opposite supermarket and walking distance to Green Bazaar
Service was mediocre, cleanliness was so-so, and breakfast was nothing special. A bit overpriced.
Mostly satisfied, especially with the male owner who was incredibly friendly. However, the female staff member was just average. The restaurant service was also good. The price was a bit high for the facilities. If you want to make a reservation, it's best to do so two months in advance.
We just enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Everything was excellent
A wonderful hotel at a very reasonable price. Absolutely no complaints. The only downside is that it's a bit far from all the main attractions, but given the low taxi prices in Astana, this isn't a problem. The spa is excellent and the masseuse, a Thai woman named Su, is very professional. The spa and restaurant prices are not at all inflated, as is typical in hotels. The rooms are clean, cleaned daily...
I booked this hotel for my parents and I’m very grateful for the hotel not charging me for extra chargers. Even we had to move to a different hotel, this one is very spacious, rooms are big, staff is very supportive.
Good hotel, uge breakfast but a stupid guy of receptions wanted me pay for stay in the lounge after I left the room.
What a great experience for my Mom. I booked room for her for 5 nights. There was an issue with booking through a third party and Batirzhan at the front desk did absolutely everything to make sure she were taken care of. An amazing hotel employee! The room was wonderful, clean, and comfortable, with great water pressure in the shower. The breakfast is also really good! Location was perfect, too! On...
We stayed for two days. The air conditioner didn't work the first day and couldn't get proper sleep at night.
For the Indians the washroom usage will be bit uncomfortable as no provision of health faucet.
Rooms are bigger but the services are lackadaisical though it was done. The
complimentary drinking water was not provided on second day but it was done after request was made.
Breakfast is good...
Nice and decent place for accommodation.
Breakfast spread is also nice
This place is very convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the MEGA shopping mall. It's also not far from the business district, making it a great place to stay when traveling to Astana for business.
A rather unpleasant check-in experience. I landed at midnight and had emailed the hotel beforehand to confirm check-in. Upon arrival, the front desk said they couldn't find my booking. I showed them my confirmation, but they only found my colleague's. They told us we'd have to share a twin room. After half an hour, they said they found my booking, but mistakenly assigned it to someone else, saying...
Really nice place to stay located in Nazarbayev University
The room is very clean and tidy, the environment is very good
The room was larger than expected. Located in a university setting, it's very quiet and safe. The hotel staff was very welcoming. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. Any communication issues were handled efficiently.
Great place. The girls at the reception are super friendly. The room is clean, water, tea, coffee, a full set of toiletries. Super. I recommend!!!
I enjoyed this camp
And took a lot of amazing feelings
Next,I had a nice 10 days
2B the best group I had ever!
Thank u,Dasha,Sabina and Nuran!?
You're the best
That was great ?

3A is the best team ever! they are soooo great yeah
Fantastic place to stay as a couple. The view is just breath taking. Would love to go again!
We had a wonderful stay at Oi‑Qaragai Mountain Resort. The yurt was comfortable, clean, and full of character, beautifully combining traditional style with modern comfort. Staying surrounded by the mountains made the experience truly unique and relaxing.
Special thanks to Zakir for his excellent service. He was very attentive, friendly, and always willing to help, making us feel truly welcomed throughout...
We stayed in a treehouse, which was small but very cozy. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were clean. It had everything we needed (fridge, TV, hairdryer, electric heater, shower amenities). The resort is beautifully situated within a nature reserve, with lovely grounds and lighting… it felt like we were in the Alps… truly a fairytale! The Wi-Fi was excellent throughout the property. The ski...
The food is delicious, and the location is great for a winter vacation.
We stayed in a yurt, which was very comfortable and warm for November, and the breakfasts were wonderfully delicious. There are also places to walk around and explore. However, the ski slopes are quite close to the yurts, which might be a disturbance for those who want to sleep in.
The stay and the location was exceptional, there were many activities which are well organized.
However, the room service was pretty much delayed all the time. Any support took time to attend.
Overall it was good!!
Solid hotel and is located in the city centre. Near many different cafes, in walking distance there is round-the-clock currency exchange. The rooms are clean and cozy. Repair fresh. The hotel is owned by the Chinese and this is reflected in the kitchen. The staff is correct. In the lobby there are 2 waiting areas, which can not hold large business meetings.
At the intersection, which he is, several...
In General, all is well. Freely, warmly, hospitably. All questions from customers are quickly resolved by staff. True, I had a business room.
I have a great time in the cinema in my brother and sister are not the cinema in my brother and sister and I have some mistakes in the the cinema in your life that I was a great day at work on on my brother and sister and the first time in your own home to a bit more about this is the first of its new home to a bit more than one of the best of luck with your own home to a bit to a bit more than one...
Nice hotel. Great Breakfast. In the style of a buffet .
The cosy hotel. Cleaned every day. The rooms are clean, no smell of tobacco. A hearty Breakfast buffet.
Nice and cozy hotel, great staff! Cooperating for the first year, spend every round tables, trainings, seminars. Decent service for reasonable money.
But there are a few BUT: slow Wi-Fi and turnover rates( very often changing administrators). And I think
you need to invest in a hotel (to freshen the furniture, appliances, dishes).
Nice clean hotel. Stay here 2 times already. Good location in the city.
Good hotel for a reasonable price. The furniture in some rooms was too old and in my opinion already it is time to change it. The Breakfast is good. The hotel location is quite convenient.
This is the worst Ramada I have ever seen. Dirty sheets and towels, disgusting breakfast where there is not even coffee, and the bread is specially laid out so that it dries out. I warned in advance that I have Diamond status at Wyndham, but only after indignation did they upgrade my room (which turned out to be even dirtier than the first)
The hotel is located on one of the main streets of the city. A 10-minute drive from the Mausoleum and Caravanserai. A new hotel in a new city. The rooms are spacious and clean. There is everything you need: bathrobes, slippers, safes, toiletries, tea set. No bottled water. The minibar is empty. The biggest disappointment is breakfast. Very poor choice of products. All the simplest - porridge, boiled...
Big blinking TV in front of the hotel do not allow good sleep.
The restaurant is good, cozy, spacious, the ceilings are high. But the service is so-so. And the music is too loud, you can go deaf. Several times they warned to make the music quieter, but no one heard. And the restaurant is good.
We did not stay at the hotel, we went to the fitness room there. There is a pool, but it is small. The gym is also small. The staff is very nice.
Thanks for the comfort and convenience! Great rooms and delicious breakfast! Special thanks to the staff for their attentiveness and goodwill to the meeting. We will definitely come again!
