This is probably the best hotel in Aktau. Respectable, clean, conveniently located. The staff works well, very friendly. Very good room service, the food is delicious. Of course, this is an expensive hotel, but it's worth it. The sea is literally nearby.

One side has a sea view and the other side faces the street. The facilities are okay. After all, it is a chain brand and the price is quite reasonable. There are many varieties of breakfast, but there are only a few that are suitable for Chinese people.

The hotel is in a residential neighbourhood so you’ll have to get a taxi to the city centre. Decent breakfast. Rooms are clean but furniture is a little dated. Staff can be a little unfriendly, the receptionist could not find my booking at check in and came across a little unprofessional.

Nice rooms, clean and eco friendly. You can leave a note telling that you don't need your bedsheets changed and washed to save water and energy. Breakfasts are nice, porridge, bread, fruits and vegetables are provided, although they lack a real coffee. Instant coffee is a cheap version for such a good hotel.

We stayed there for 3 nights, and we only had hot water on the shower on the first night. That was a nightmare. Staff didn't really care or at least apologize about that. And there's no one to help you with the luggage, their service is poor...

Good afternoon. I liked my stay at the hotel. Checked in quickly, pleasant staff at the reception desk. You need to pay a tourist tax (not expensive). It’s literally 30 minutes from the airport. The rooms are clean, spacious and have everything you need. Minibar with affordable prices. Smart TV. All toiletries. Decent breakfast. There is a shopping center opposite the hotel. I liked everything.

Samson is a cozy and stylish lobby in the city. Beautiful paintings and a statue. A gorgeous staircase, but lacks railings. On the second floor is the Balcony restaurant. Quite an interesting layout, divided into zones. Most of all I like the spacious terrace. You can smoke electronic cigarettes on the terrace. They make delicious coffee and bake the most delicious pizza. I recommend it.

Decent location, walking distance to most sights in Astana, and taxi from airport cost 10 USD, which was reasonable. Breakfast is 7-10am, and buffet style in the restaurant attached next door. Room was adequate, views were a little strange tho. The evening/night staff guy (can’t remember his name) was a saving grace for this hotel, great English and very friendly - thank you!

Very helpful front desk staff when I encountered difficulty. Clean room with enough space for one person. Can see the snow mountain from the window in the lift lobby when the weather is ok. I liked the hotel, the room is large and clean, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean without any foreign smells, the breakfast is sufficient. There is no luggage storage room, but you can leave your bag in the staff room. For a short stop and rest before the flight it is ok.

It is a bit old and they say it is going to be renovated, but the price is really affordable and the boss didn't charge me for using the conference room once, which is very practical.

This is a relatively new hotel. It's less than a 5-minute walk to the pedestrian street, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite; one room had a king-sized bed, and the other had two twin beds which could be pushed together if needed. It also came with two bathrooms. Kazakhstan often has water shortages – at our last hotel in the lake district, there was no water...

Nice hotel. Near to shopping street & mall. Many halal restaurants nearby too. We didnt take the breakfast coz we wake up late. The room is compact with full amnities & also panty with full equipment so that you can cook but we not. We just enjoy thw local food. So delicious. I can name two 'Navat' & 'Qaganat'.

All is well in this hotel for such location like Uralsk. The only problem is - temperature in the rooms is too hot in summer, even if you switch to the lowest point. Hotel staff not able to help, the system is old probably.

Breakfast is served from 7-10am and they prepared a packed for each of us as we left the hotel at 5am for the tour. Accommodation which is very near Zenkov Cathedral. One of the few hotels in the city which can accommodate a family of 4 in one room with adequate beds. Breakfast was decent with a good spread of food.

The only blemish, if one could call it that, was that we were assigned a room with twin single beds instead of the queen bedroom that was booked. Also, the water hose in the bathroom did not work well. I suspect that the trigger was jammed due to the hard water. Apart from that, everything else was quite good.
