Nice location, old hotel with spacious room. I won’t book again
Very well located,
Rooms are convenient and spacey, providing a feel of a 3.5~4 star facility
currently being overhauled due to owner change
The room is quite old and the size is good. The bathroom has a musty smell. Breakfast is on the second floor. The basic food is not replenished in a timely manner. It is not recommended for tourists to stay here.
Right next to this landmark tower, the transportation is generally convenient. There is a currency exchange downstairs, which is very convenient. The breakfast variety is average, with more cold food, but the restaurant on the 21st floor has a good view.
Very good location, in the city center
The hotel is still a bit old, but other things are OK

A wonderful 4-star hotel! Cleanliness is top-notch, the room is comfortable and quiet. Breakfast is delicious, with a good selection. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff is attentive. I would happily stay here again.
The room is old and the decoration is outdated.
The hotel is located at the back of the road, in a dilapidated driveway with no sidewalk. Public transportation is conveniently located nearby. The guest room carpets are old and dirty, and the shower drain is clogged and overflows. The sink faucet has a weak water flow; after being reported, maintenance staff immediately addressed and repaired it. The hotel does not differentiate between credit cards...
Being in a foreign country with a language barrier, I communicated through a translator. The environment couldn't compare to hotels in China, but locals said it was very good and offered great value for money. I stayed at this hotel in Almaty.
The hotel is located in the prime area and is value for money compared to the other hotels in this region. The staff are really helpful and the receptionists are the most welcoming people. I will definitely visit again.
A beautiful and clean hotel. The staff is excellent. The location is excellent. Only the price is high. Upon early arrival, they did not accept early delivery of the room until after giving them an amount of money for a day.
We arrived at 8 in the morning tired. They did not accept to hand over the rooms until after giving them money for a full day of reservation. It is very bad that paying the amount...

The hotel provides a reliable intercity taxi service, efficient luggage storage and a wide variety of breakfast options. Additionally, the room is meticulously maintained in accordance with the established cleaning schedule.
A pleasant hotel located in the center of Almaty, close to the city's attractions. The staff is friendly.
Had a fantastic 3-night stay! Good breakfasts, convenient location, everything within walking distance.
The room was clean and the location was good.
Location is good qnd have a private parking inside of building. Very comfortable rooms. Two sides exits by car. Totally workable

Nice room,
The receptionists were outstanding. With me not knowing the local language, they helped me with transport.
Breakfast as well was one of the best I had in a long time.
It was a very tidy and spacious room. I had to pay 27 euro for early check in but the room was already cleaned and ready so I wasn’t pleased about that.
This hotel offers incredible value for money! First off, the location is fantastic, making it super easy to get around. It's really convenient for visiting the city center and attractions, plus there are convenience stores and great restaurants nearby, giving it a lively, local feel. The room was clean and tidy, with a simple yet cozy decor, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The biggest surprise was...
Very nice and comfortable hotel
Room are so nice
We liked all
And of course good district
Nice hotel in the city center. A bit low on amenities. No minibar and half of the listed drinks in the bar/restaurant are not available.

This is the worst Ramada I have ever seen. Dirty sheets and towels, disgusting breakfast where there is not even coffee, and the bread is specially laid out so that it dries out. I warned in advance that I have Diamond status at Wyndham, but only after indignation did they upgrade my room (which turned out to be even dirtier than the first)
The location on Google Maps is in the wrong place! I've tried submitting an update to Google Maps but it's switched back to the wrong location again. It's nearer to the airport but a lot further from the city center.
Rooms were reasonably clean, but on the night that we checked in we found numerous stains on the sheets. The staff were nice enough to bring a replacement though. The counter staff were...
The hotel is located on one of the main streets of the city. A 10-minute drive from the Mausoleum and Caravanserai. A new hotel in a new city. The rooms are spacious and clean. There is everything you need: bathrobes, slippers, safes, toiletries, tea set. No bottled water. The minibar is empty. The biggest disappointment is breakfast. Very poor choice of products. All the simplest - porridge, boiled...
Big blinking TV in front of the hotel do not allow good sleep.

The restaurant is good, cozy, spacious, the ceilings are high. But the service is so-so. And the music is too loud, you can go deaf. Several times they warned to make the music quieter, but no one heard. And the restaurant is good.

The hotel is in a residential neighbourhood so you’ll have to get a taxi to the city centre. Decent breakfast. Rooms are clean but furniture is a little dated. Staff can be a little unfriendly, the receptionist could not find my booking at check in and came across a little unprofessional.
Don't compare this hotel to domestic ones; manage your expectations accordingly.
It's clean, but the facilities are rather old. The gym is also quite dated. The Western-style breakfast is plentiful.
I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time! The location is amazing, the room was much larger than expected, clean and odor-free, and the toiletries had a refreshing citrus scent. It also had a mini-fridge and screen mirroring function. The bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, and I slept soundly after a long journey, feeling refreshed and ready to explore the sights the next day...
Facilities: Hair dryer, refrigerator, 220V power outlet.
Cleanliness: Good.
Environment: Many convenience stores nearby.
Breakfast: Average, limited variety.
Overall, still worth recommending.
The front desk service ladies were not friendly at all times. The gentleman ( a bit on the bigger size) was much more helpful and friendly.

The rooms at this hotel are a bit dated and could definitely use some renovation. However, the breakfast more than made up for it! There was a huge variety of options to choose from, and everything was delicious.
Huge family room but the space was not used to the best of it and had some really minor drawbacks. Highly recommend anyway
Before coming please check the information about Spa because we had to pay extra money plus bring some slippers they don’t accept the slippers which hotel gives.
Stuff was really good.
Breakfast is not bad but for star hotel it could be better
I liked the hotel 😊 the room was large! The windows were large and there was a great view of the city. I especially remember the pillows, soft and comfortable 🫶🏼
Great size room and amazing location. Breakfast was okay

it s worthy hotel, helpful receptions , combination of unique design and values..
This is a relatively new hotel. It's less than a 5-minute walk to the pedestrian street, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite; one room had a king-sized bed, and the other had two twin beds which could be pushed together if needed. It also came with two bathrooms. Kazakhstan often has water shortages – at our last hotel in the lake district, there was no water...
Nice hotel. Near to shopping street & mall.
Many halal restaurants nearby too.
We didnt take the breakfast coz we wake up late.
The room is compact with full amnities & also panty with full equipment so that you can cook but we not.
We just enjoy thw local food. So delicious.
I can name two 'Navat' & 'Qaganat'.
Ive stayed here several times and its the same each time. Pleasant, clean, friendly staff and good food. will stay again in the future.
The room was pretty large, the breakfast offered a good variety, and they even had live piano music.
Facilities: Well-equipped
Cleanliness: Spotless

Nice hotel location, small one. A bit noisy in a room when people walking in a hall. Rest - lovely
Decent location, walking distance to most sights in Astana, and taxi from airport cost 10 USD, which was reasonable. Breakfast is 7-10am, and buffet style in the restaurant attached next door. Room was adequate, views were a little strange tho. The evening/night staff guy (can’t remember his name) was a saving grace for this hotel, great English and very friendly - thank you!
Reception and cleaning services are helpful. They cleaned my room and changed my towel every day. Breakfast was served in the Georgian restaurant, joyful and peaceful place.
Nice hotel . Walkable or a short taxi ride to all attractions. The rooms are spacious. It's a bit dated but clean and functional. The breakfast was fine . It is in the Georgian restaurant next door. I would stay again in this hotel
Excellent. Is around 1,5 km from Baiterek monument and 1 km from Abu Dhabi Plaza. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choices for everyone and the staff was very friendly.

Alanda Hotel has an elegant and beautiful decoration, our room was very spacious, the bed and the pillows are comfortable, and that's it. Location is not bad. We stayed there for 3 nights, and we only had hot water on the shower on the first night. That was a nightmare. Staff didn't really care or at least apologize about that. And there's no one to help you with the luggage, their service is poor...
Good afternoon. I liked my stay at the hotel. Checked in quickly, pleasant staff at the reception desk. You need to pay a tourist tax (not expensive). It’s literally 30 minutes from the airport. The rooms are clean, spacious and have everything you need. Minibar with affordable prices. Smart TV. All toiletries. Decent breakfast. There is a shopping center opposite the hotel. I liked everything.
Great hotel, located in a cozy place. Excellent service. Magnificent interior.
The bar is a cozy place to hang out with friends. The live music is great, Madina is a great singer, such a rich voice! All the bar staff are friendly, polite, and competent.
Samson is a cozy and stylish lobby in the city. Beautiful paintings and a statue. A gorgeous staircase, but lacks railings. On the second floor is the Balcony restaurant. Quite an interesting layout, divided into zones. Most of all I like the spacious terrace. You can smoke electronic cigarettes on the terrace. They make delicious coffee and bake the most delicious pizza. I recommend it.
Very good hotel. And the cuisine there is wonderful.

First time stay. Staff very friendly and helpful (let me use the laundry room to iron my clothes), good hot sauna, breakfast some decent options and good coffee. The decor is a bit intense - feels like stepping into a time warp but the place has charm. Front desk staff spoke Engish which helped me a lot. Would defo stay again.
Good modern hotel in Aktobe. I recommend it. It's a pity I cancelled the reservation.
A very good cosmetologist in a beauty salon in Amsterdam. Christina is very attentive and does not inflate prices for her services. True, now they are asked to move to another place🤔 It's a pity of course, but I'm sure the clients will not lose their master
Cozy, clean hotel. Polite staff.
Excellent hotel, has its own swimming pool, sauna. Delicious breakfast. Pleasant service.

The room is small and has few toiletries. The hardware facilities are slightly old. It is convenient to have a Cantonese restaurant downstairs
First time staying here, pretty good! The facilities are incomplete and you have to go to the front desk to get the kettle.
The hotel building is beautiful, although old and in dire need of maintenance. The marble pillar at the main entrance was slapped with a bunch of duct tapes to tie them together - not sure what they want to achieve. The lobby is small with only 2 sofas. A wonderful hotel located in a new district of Almaty, about a 15-minute taxi ride to the center. The rooms are clean and the staff is very polite.

a litle old style rooms. but good service and good breakfast. location not so important due to price for taxi
The hotel is comfortable, even if it’s far from luxurious. One standout feature is the staff’s ability to speak English—a rarity in many parts of Kazakhstan, and definitely a plus for international travelers. The room was clean and well-equipped with everything you might need, though it felt a bit crammed.
Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, offering a wide variety of options to start the day well...
All is well in this hotel for such location like Uralsk. The only problem is - temperature in the rooms is too hot in summer, even if you switch to the lowest point. Hotel staff not able to help, the system is old probably.
The staff is friendly and supportive. The rooms are cleaned well every day.
No coffee by default in the rooms, tea only.
But the paid second cup of coffe on the breakfest... That does not look like customer focused thing.
When you are in the business trip, just arrived and need the iron ASAP - be ready not to get it.
So, decide yourself.
I enjoyed the larger suite in the hotel, for just a little more than a regular room. The staff was very helpful. Room service food was great. They call it a continental breakfast, but it was much more than that. Hot entrees and custom orders available.
Great facilities, clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast is top quality!! Definitely a good pick if staying in Uralsk

Accommodation which is very near Zenkov Cathedral. One of the few hotels in the city which can accommodate a family of 4 in one room with adequate beds. Breakfast was decent with a good spread of food.
Fantastic location! Nice comfy room! Loved the breakfast very cosy restaurant! Very helpful staff - I am definitely staying there if I am in Almaty again.
Everything is not bad and matches with the price. Location is close to the church and bars.
The only blemish, if one could call it that, was that we were assigned a room with twin single beds instead of the queen bedroom that was booked. Also, the water hose in the bathroom did not work well. I suspect that the trigger was jammed due to the hard water. Apart from that, everything else was quite good. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good.

He has many good friends in China who are very hospitable and...
Everything is good, the staff is polite. The hotel is in the center.
The hotel is for three stays. In the junior suites, the handles are coming off the furniture doors, the toilet paper in the bathroom is of the lowest quality, the bathtub doesn't have a mechanism for filling with water, the front door rattles in the draft, the TV has maybe five channels, and the bed linens are covered in long women's hair, even though they were freshly washed. The included breakfast...
Probably not the best place to stop by, mostly because I had problems with running water - the pressure was so weak that it was very difficult (almost impossible) to take shower, not to mention taking full bath. However, I should point out moderately good breakfast ...
