1. Wrong adress.
2. The light of whole room is dim.
3. When i started to take shower. The Wash room light keep flashing and shower head was broken.
4. Receptionist was not willing to help and lied about no spare room to change but we still found it was available to book online.
This is the most terrible experience in my life！

The hotel is difficult to find as they have a wrong address on google map and agoda, and the hotel reception has cobfirmed. You won't find the hotel at Dostyk Avenue 140.
It's actually on Ulitsa Inzhenernaya 17, Almaty 050000, behind the pinned location
If you go by Yandex, you should use the adress on Ulitsa Inzhenernaya 17 or Irina Black salon.
You also won't find the hotel name at the entrance. Only at the rooftop.
Other than the address issue, the room is decent for its price.

Location was great. A 3mins walk to Dostyk Plaza (mall) and a lot of things to do day or evening time.
This hotel offers accommodation only.
They don’t have breakfast or halfboard/fullboard,
But not to worry it is very close to the mall where you can buy everything

The room is spacious. However, it is old in many places. The toilet is very weak, and the shower in the shower room does not come out evenly and only comes out to the middle of the hole. And I don't know if it was a mistake or not included, but there was no water in the room. I booked for over 50,000 won...
And I uploaded a picture, but the bottom of the door was open. I think the door size and the length to the floor did not match. Maybe that's why I could hear the screaming in the next room very clearly.
There are bathroom slippers. They were more comfortable than disposable ones. I'm so glad I only stayed for one night.
