The overall cleanliness and location were good, but the bathroom was leaking a ton of water. The bathroom floor was a sea of ​​water. The shower stall didn't seem to be properly waterproofed or finished.

Overall very good experience. The room was much more than I expected for the price and it was very comfortable. The location is great, since the hotel looks towards the sea which is so pretty. Maybe the only downsides was that at times the breakfast area as well as the elevator were a bit crowded, but other than that all was perfect.

Hotel is fine. Location is central but not easily walkable — fine if you have a car. Rooms are somewhat basic but very spacious. Lovely pool. But WIFI is terrible. Door lock was a pain to open — had to keep playing around with the card a few times. Gym is a small room but useable.

Staying here is like stepping back in time. Boutique hotel located in a former bastion where the rooms are large and well appointed. Staff was engaged and friendly. Location is superior for exploring Bormla. Ferry to Valletta was so easy to get to just a 5 minute walk. We will stay here again.

I requested a quiet room but was put on a side opposite a noisy bar that went on till the early hours. No pool towels available so take your own. Outstanding hotel, our lovely room on top floor was clean and comfortable with a view over the city. The staff were pleasant and helpful at all times. I recehad the good fortune to stay at the Alexandra hotel in St Julians Malta. The bedroom was lovely and clean and the buffet breakfast was ideal for the low cost stay. The rooms were ok for a 3 star hotel. The pool and sauna were working, the pool is small for the number of guests, but again, the hotel has 3 stars. The view from the roof of the hotel is phenomenal. They take a deposit of 150e so be prepared for that. We did not see anywhere on the website that it says about a deposit. The staff is ok, they change towels every day.

Was given the accessible room which was directly above the breakfast area/restaurant and you can hear the noise loud and clear all day and night, up until 11pm. Excellent location, very friendly staff.The single room had no natural light , so is like a cave .It does say on web site, it has no window, but the reality was very claustrophobic. I only stayed the one night , so just used the room to sleep in.

Amazing location and friendly staff. The room is small but comfortable. It’s an old hotel that feels run down. The rooms feel dated and tired and the place has seen better days but it’s comfortable for a short stay. The main issue is the thin walls. You can hear everything from next door and the halls so definitely don’t stay here if you’re a light sleeper.

The condition of the rooms arent the best as in it doesnt look the cleanest but perhaps it is because the hotel is quite old/outdated, but it definitely does the job when you need a place to rest. The location is really great and the staff are super nice and helpful!

A nice little hotel. Ultra clean, friendly staff, and relatively quieter than youd expect from the location. You will just need to bring shower gel, hand soap and whatever else as they dont provide them; and the garden would be quite nice if it was nicely cared for. If we were to come back to Paceville (probably wont) we would be happy to stay there again.

Based on the reviews, I didn't expect much, but the location is excellent, and the rooms and cleanliness are great too.

Honestly can’t fault this place. Very good location and I got a beautiful view as kindly requested from my room. The decor is a bit worn however but for the price you can’t complain. This is paceville so expect to hear music in the night but it was perfect for me as I was right next to the strip. Doors are locked at night for safety.

Calm place, not much noise around. Around 15 minutes away from town center and seaside. View could be nicer - some rubble and a little bit rundown houses. Rooms are quite clean and not too small. Staff is very kind and helpful! Meals are very tasty.

It's a quiet place from the party sea-side. Beautiful and great kitchen provides local dishes on any day of the week, they made me ask for recipes and ingredients and the chef shared them. A wonderful boutique hotel in Malta. Such easy access to all the sights and coastline of Valetta. Really friendly and helpful staff, wonderfully decorated. But the best thing is the rooftop terrace, perfect for a glass of wine and just watch the boats pass by. Cannot recommend highly enough.
