I was here for one week on the presidential penthouse and the view was probably the best on the area. Was just a chaim the internet never work and the balcony sliding doors after been lock can be open from outside. The staff wasn't helpful wen I need step down weed my logage and they charge for everything thei do.

Had the pleasure of spending the day there today with my family and friends. Place is welcoming and extremely clean . The staff are polite and bar food was great . Thumbs up to all

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The gentleman that was doing our housekeeping was very polite. Our room had everything we needed. It was clean, had a big bathroom, and an equipped kitchen (bring dish soap and a sponge to do dishes though). There is wifi only in the reception area. Buggiba Bay bus station is a 10 minute walk from the hotel. We enjoyed our stay!

The accommodation was ok. Kitchen and bedroom in order. The sofa bed was broken. bathroom has seen the best of days years ago. No pressure when running the shower or a bath etc. Was told the place will close soon for about 3 months for refurbishment.

All good location nice bus station 5 min walk takes you everywhere in island not to crowded area

We have stayed in the Palazzin on a number of ocassions over the last 10 to 12 years and as always, we were given a very warm welcome by Simon the manager along with all of the staff. Good value for money! Decent breakfasts, clean and nice rooms. It was quiet inside even though there was construction just outside when we stayed there.

The rooms need updating: walls need to be repainted & mold remediation. We wish we had known there was only a tub, no stand-up shower; I would have brought bathtub-appropriate products. While the staff was very courteous and pleasant with us, I saw people waiting at the front desk for unrealistic lengths of time because there was nobody behind the counter to help them.

Good location, very central. The curtains and bedspread were dirty. The elevator is showing its age. The service was excellent. The lovely and friendly staff member was particularly amazing and deserves five stars. We were only there for one night. It was perfectly fine for one night. We wouldn't spend an entire vacation there.

General Hotel in the centre of town. Lots of construction around so was very loud from 7am. Mattress on one of the beds was absolutely dreadful and ended up using the temp bed instead. Ok for a night or two but wouldn't rely on it for the whole holiday.

The walls are thin so it was hard to not he waken up or skeep early. The housekeeper wakes you up by 9am "to collect the towel". It is annoying at times since they don't even clean until 1pm. But location is good and room was big. They only leave 1 towel too.

The hotel is on a good location, very close to many restaurants, shops and the public transportation. It is very clean, you get new towels on a daily level. Downside is the bed, it is uncomfortable, and really squickie. Also I found it odd that the bathroom didn't have the toilet brush. Beside that a good hotel, good value for money.

The room was very spacious with a queen-sized bed. It had an electric kettle, coffee, tea, a mini-fridge, and a hairdryer. We were very happy to stay in this hotel. Although it was a 3 star hotel, but it felt like a solid 4 star. The rooms were always clean and fresh. The breakfasts were great. Everyone were nice and friendly. Great location, you can get anywhere with the bus. We had a very early check out and they were very nice to prepare us breakfast to take out with us.

Staff very nice and helpful, rooms very clean. However we were in the Mesquita room which is very very small. Also, breakfast is very very poor just eggs and some toast and waited far too long to be served. There was only just us and another couple.

I like this hotel, bc the rooms are clean with sea view balconies. The breakfast is delicious and you can choose from a huge Ranger of foods. The accomodation located in a good place. There is a bus and a ferry station nearby. Also they have a gym, pool and sauna which are also good oppurtunities in case of bad weather. Valletta is very close approx. 30 minutes.

Everything was wonderful. The room was spacious, with a direct sea view, and fully equipped. The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel's location is fantastic, easily accessible from there to most areas of Mata by bus. Most importantly, the reception and restaurant staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Very disappointed regarding the check in procedure, no plug near to the bed , I had to take off the kettle to charge my phone, no smart tv no rag in the floor. But the cleaner was ver good and kind. The breakfast buffet wasn’t good less options.

A unique, wonderful view from the hotel window to the capital Valletta. The service at the hotel is good. The operators are friendly and helpful. The food is delicious, the selection is quite wide. The biggest problem is that the pool is quite far from the hotel. There are also problems with parking at the hotel. But in general, everything is good.

The only good perk is the location which is located right by the ferry port and other companies ferry and the view from my room is amazing. Otherwise, the room is nothing like the pictures, very outdated and old. The lift is scary, it’s noisy and does not work properly. The room is dirty, floor is still dirty when I checked in. Bad experience, there was no water in the room, we spent the day on a walk and we couldn't even take a shower, the staff didn't give us any option, we had planned to go out for dinner but I couldn't go, with salt water without a shower, the air conditioning lasts the night for ventilation, without bath and without air, chaos, I don't recommend it. Booked a one bedroom apartment with sea view expecting like some of the photos, to have a sea view from the bedroom. This wasn't the case. The bedroom was dark & dated. Stayed in self catering apartment. Clean, spacious, great view (7th floor sea view). Reception helpful regarding local buses but instal and usel the tallinja app - we let a bus go that we should have been on because reception didn't mention it and had to wait 45 mins for the next. Parts of the complex looking tired, lifts in particular. Nice shady garden for guests only with tables and chairs.
