For the following reasons: 1- After a long flight and a long journey from the airport we were welcomed with a cold towel only! No welcome drink or even a water! 2- No one took us on a tour around the resort! And when we asked for a map or something to refer to, the response was “don’t worry the resort is not that big” instead of offering a quick tour especially that we’e arrived way earlier than check...

We had an unforgettable stay at the St Regis. Everything was designed to make our stay easier, in a luxurious, calm, and magnificent setting. We were welcomed and pampered literally every day

The team throughout the property, from dining to beach service, were consistently warm and generous with their time. We left feeling restored, grateful, and already speaking about when we might return

Mornings unfold gently, afternoons are defined by the light over the lagoon, and evenings carry that soft Mauritian calm that makes you slow down whether you intended to or not

Due to the greenery around the property, there are quite a few insects and lizards in the area. A couple of times, I even noticed tiny lizards inside my room

While this may be expected in a tropical setting, it can still be slightly uncomfortable. Additionally, the Indian food options at breakfast and dinner sometimes felt mismatched

There are several facilities and activities available within the resort, especially if you’re willing to wake up early and make the most of them

With that, I was able to comfortably explore North, South, and South-West Mauritius at my own pace. There are, however, a few areas where improvement is possible

Housekeeping maintains the property very well. The service is top-notch and the staff is courteous, warm, and professional throughout the stay

The private beach is a big highlight — it is never crowded and is a beautiful, peaceful place to sit late at night with your partner

It is far from the main attractions, but if you have a car, then it is fine. The beach is also not bad, a bit shallow in the morning, but you can swim, the water is not very clear

This stay was very good. The free water boat facilities were complete and convenient. The room was clean and tidy.

My friends and I went for an All-Inclusive Day Package at Sunrise Attitude Hotel, and we truly had a wonderful time. The hotel is very cozy and peaceful, with magnificent pools that create the perfect relaxing atmosphere

The spa is equally as fabulous. Not over priced compared to other holidays we’ve been on or even the uk. Rooms serviced every day which isn’t as common as you’d think nowadays

I booked the private villa that came with a swimming pool. Ive loved the re-invented version of the Mauritian cuisine. My partner and I were in a food coma. I am so grateful for the wonderful birthday cake you arranged

Grilled fish on demand, salads made to order, curries, European, local - something for everyone. The hotel layout and 3 pools means there is enough space for everyone to spread out, sun loungers are easily available

There was a huge selection of desserts and ice creams for after. The staff are pleasant and efficient. The setting is idyllic and there are 3 swimming pools to enjoy besides the best swims in the ocean

Spent 2 nights with my family in January. excellent food with lots of varieties. we enjoyed the pools and spa also. We were on Half Board basis so couldn't enjoy the drinks

My son enjoyed the beach toys and all 3 pools, the largest being a favourite. I really enjoyed the boutique feel, the warm welcome and friendly service

Lunch was a buffet and full of every sort of option from vegetarian, curries, pizzas, paella, fresh fish! It was all there. Our favorite was the salad bar where the lady concocted the most delicious salads

I spent the day here with my son and had the pleasure of enjoying lunch at their buffet. At a glance the offerings look small but once you go round, you quickly notice that there is something for everyone

After dinner, we enjoyed cocktails at the pool bar, which were also excellent and a perfect way to end the evening. Breakfast the next morning was another highlight of our stay

There was truly everything you could wish for, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Overall, what started as an unexpected overnight stay turned into a wonderful experience, and we would gladly come back

The bed was extremely comfortable and made for a great night’s sleep. Dinner at the buffet restaurant was fantastic. The selection was incredibly diverse and the quality of the food was excellent

Convenient location as close to the airport and hotel offers a shuttle bus service. However, the immediate area is a little bit Remote. For example there were no shops within walking distance

The hotel also has a small swimming pool for guests who wish to relax. A thoughtful touch was that the staff set up the room specially, as they were aware it was part of our honeymoon trip, which we appreciated

Very service able staff, although some times, the bar and restaurant orders are slow to be elaborated/delivered. Very nice and clean swimming pool , large and with a lot of resting chairs

The hotel is right across from the beach, and you can see the sea from the balcony. I fell asleep to the sound of the waves every night. The hotel staff were very friendly and provided excellent service.

There was a room with cleaning supplies near us and it was a bit noisy half of the day. We decided to go to swim, but the beach towels were finished and we have to wait for 10 minutes

Wonderful hotel in Flic en Flac. The hotel has a large area with lots of greenery and two swimming pools. The rooms are clean, nice, and have everything you need. There's a good buffet with a variety of food and fruits.

The service is excellent - the girl at the reception fulfilled an unusual request, solved everything, found everyone in a couple of hours and called them to the hotel right away (we had a photo shoot and we urgently looked for someone who could braid Afro-braids)

The hotel has beautiful and well-maintained green grounds. The rooms are clean, and housekeeping is done daily. Every day, they restock shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, drinking water, tea, coffee, and sugar in the room

The hotel's own beach is not suitable for swimming, but this is not a problem - it's a 7-10 minute walk) the food is delicious, quite decent, without much gourmetism. Lots of Indian influences in the cuisine

The food is repetitive every day, which quickly gets boring. For a 4-star hotel, I think the variety of dishes could be improved. The front desk staff are not very friendly

The swimming pool is heated and free water and ice packs are really considerate. The service staff are very nice. It is a hotel worth staying in

We stayed for the second time now at the Constance Prince Maurice and had again a truly wonderful experience. The service throughout the hotel is outstanding. attentive, warm and genuinely caring, yet never intrusive

I would recommend the hotel to anyone travelling to Mauritius, we enjoyed small catamaran sailing, snorkeling with Nemo fish and huge turtles! The pools are very clean, the rooms are very luxurious and are decorated with beautiful authentic furniture

The beach service is top-tier: as soon as you arrive, sun loungers are prepared with fresh towels, cold water is served, and they even clean your sunglasses for you

Unforgettable anniversary stay at a true paradise We were gifted this wonderful stay at Constance Prince Maurice by our children to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it truly felt like the most thoughtful, heartfelt present imaginable

We went on the glass bottom boat which was a good little trip out, booked on the sunset cruise but unfortunately cancelled, not sure why as the weather was good that day, maybe due to lack of numbers (this was an extra cost) where the glass bottom boat is included

Hotel room - we stayed in a villa with a private pool, excellent with great views, however the jacuzzi was not working and they didn't really address the issue or compensate when it was brought to the employees at the start and end of the stay
