Nice hotel, very convenient location in a mall. Needs to upgrade their amenities.
The hotel ia very nice, clean, practical. Rooms are comfortable. Staff is very nice.
The staff was very courteous and accommodating to me. The location was perfect with a nice variety restaurants near by. The views from the room and hallways was amazing. The room was also kept cery clean.
Sink was a little bit uncomfortable. Other than that all was good.
Great property stay a secound time i chose it for been in a great area and parking
Outstanding location very cool hotel for the price excellent!
It was very nice stay in CDMX, A great location, parking is good, room services was very friendly
very convenient location , great staff , great food
Very clean, friendly, down-to-earth neighborhood. Stay close to Coyoacan without paying Coyoacan prices, and you'll probably be even more comfortable.
The hotel was beautiful, very clean, and a comfortable bed. I even had dinner at the bar and everything tasted amazing. Breakfast was a full buffet that had many delicious items. They even decorated for Dios Los Muertas and it was beautiful. Unfortunately, I can not give 5 stars as I left my charger lugged in. When I called that evening they said they couldn’t find it. I know exactly where it was plugged...
I love the Hotel. All the renovations makes it look incredible new. The Staff were super friendly and we recommend it to everyone.
The room was spacious. Early check-in incurred an extra half-day charge. Parking was charged separately. The breakfast was highly recommended; it was very plentiful and tasted great!
This hotel is a walking to all the historic places, busy market etc.. very centric.. nice
Excellent service from all the staff and very good condition of the hotel and its rooms.
The location was great, the night view from the rooftop on the 11th floor was great, and the breakfast was good. Overall, it was a great hotel. I would stay here again.
I think is a good hotel, because the location is excelent and confortable
The terraza bar was good, the staff is friendly, just bring your own shampoo
The room was dirty, with grease stains all over the headboard. The bathroom had stains, and there was hair on the bed. The reception service was very poor. Although we were told we could check in before 3:00 PM, we ended up checking in at that time because the boys went to lunch at 2:00 PM and returned much later. The service at the restaurant and bar was very good.
Pretty decent hotel, and best of all I’d say is probably the location. I did like that it’s very close to the ADO Cancun bus station. And a 7-11 right next door.
There are many restaurants around the hotel. Although it looks a bit dark at night, it's still quite safe. The front desk staff speaks English.
Hygiene needs to be improved. I was bitten by a blister the day before. I don't know if it was lice or fleas. There were three of us in the room. They said that only one bottle of water was provided. We bought a bucket of water ourselves. Some service staff were very nice and sent extra water. Some service staff were very dull. Overall, it was pretty good. The balcony guardrail needs to be repaired...
The hotel front desk service attitude is very bad! Unbearably bad! But the room service is still OK
It was short trip, staff was friendly
Nice breakfast
Close by downtown
But too far by hotelzone
The room was large and spacious, and the food in the restaurant on the first floor was delicious. The quilt was too old and too thin.
Best hotel in area, parking lot, internet, comfortable, near Plaza del Sol
I really like everything about it!!
I will definitely book this property anytime.
The staff always treats me like a family
I love this hotel, I stay here every time I need to come to Zapopan, friendly staff, clean hotel, within walking distance to Plaza del Sol and plenty of restaurants around the area
Love Fiesta inn Expo, every time I need to stay in Guadalajara is my first choice
I loved the service, the food was delicious and the bed were amazing
Rooms were ok, but details matter. Power plugs are too narrow to fit two standard phone chargers. Whoever design the location of the mounted hairs dryer in the bathroom (with such a minimal short chord) has never used one. No fridge to store food/drinks. On a positive side, breakfast (ours was included in price) was really good.
We have friends out Santa Fe way and default to this hotel when visiting. It is perfectly fine. Beds are comfortable. Hot water. Close to a very enjoyable restaurant called Canarios (great breakfast option judt a walk away). One thing we do for safety. They dont provide a non slip bath mat for the dangerously slick shower so we put a towel down.
ALSO: check your soap dispensers in the shower before...
I stayed at the Holiday Inn "Full", not the Express. The Hotel is neither good nor bad. It is simply mediocre. The rooms show wear and tear on the headboards, bathrooms and other details. The towels look and feel like sandpaper. They are pretty stingy with amenities including toilet paper. Front desk and restaurant staff service is not bad. The cleanliness of the rooms is poor, there’s dust everywhere...
La ubicación si buscas estar en Santa Fe es excelente. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y el desayuno muy completo.
Great location a lot of restaurants in walking distance. Very quiet hotel. Very clean and everyone was very great. The complimentary breakfast was delicious! Wifi worked wonderfully. I would stay here again.
Great! Except from one day with very poor costumer service...
Amazing resort for families.
The water park is cute.
Amazing little beach.
The photographer on the beach was phenomenal.
The difference in sides is weird. If you’re on the main building; the rooms are stunning and comfy.
The side across the road where we were; I will say the rooms are not awesome. The beds felt like a rock. Super sore from those.
We did expect more traditional Mexican food...
Clean room with air conditioning. We get vacation for 4 kids and all of them was happy. Nice place.
The staff were amazing! Mario, Armando, Julio... Those are my shout outs! You are welcomed, anything you need they are willing to assist and always professional and friendly.
I visited friends at high end resorts and you can not beat the kindness of the staff at this resort!
Good place, quality/price ratio
The service is nice, the food is delicious, the facilities are good although they need more maintenance.
The only good thing is that it is right on the beach, but the rest leaves a lot to be desired.

Clean rooms and friendly and knowledgeable staff
Great decent safe location to stay in Colonia San Jose Insurgentes, CDMX
EXCELENTE HOTEL, EL PERSONAL, LO RECOMIENDO
EL PERSONAL DE RECEPCION, BOTONES, RESTAURANT Y LIMPIEZA TODOS EXCELENTES, AMABLES Y SIEMPRE DISPUESTOS A AYUDAR EN TODO.
LOS LUGARES COMO BANCOS, TIENDAS, ETC TODO MUY CERCANO. MI ESTANCIA FUE MUY GRATA Y PLACENTERA, SIN DUDA REGRESO
Fantastic Location in Mexico City – Heart of San Ángel & Insurgentes
One of the best locations to stay in Mexico City—especially if you’re visiting the vibrant areas of San Ángel and Insurgentes. You’re surrounded by tons of great restaurants and bars, and right next door is the Metropolitan Theater, which hosts events almost daily.
Transportation is super convenient, with the Metrobus station just...
Basic accomodations, find it too expensive for what if offers.
This hotel brand is one we often choose when we travel to Mexico on business. The familiar environment, familiar food, and familiar room furnishings make us feel like home.
Very nice hotel localized near the Expo. The breakfast buffet is varied, with typical Mexican food in addition to American options. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. There is a restaurant, a coffee shop, and a bar inside the hotel, making it very practical to enjoy your stay. It is about 45 minutes from the airport.
Just cross the street and you can enjoy Expo Guadalajara. This hotel is nice for a single adventurer or a big family.
Reasonable place when you encounter a bargain. Well priced towards what you get. It is an EXPO visitor place. During EXPO prices fly sky high- here I would really doubt the price towards quality. Huge complex where you pass through and don’t get recognized: just another unit. In case of looking for something more personalized.
They claim they have room service but there’s no menu in the room. Great...
You can hear people talking on the corridor very it clearly.
Two of the lamps didn't work, the bathroom door wouldn't close, and I'd like to add the most unpleasant thing: there's a loud noise that starts at 6:00 a.m., coming from an elevator in particular. It was only two nights, but it wasn't pleasant enough to rest and sleep well. Honestly, I wouldn't go back.
Very nice king room, although it was not the check-in time, they let us check in early without any extra charge. The service and breakfast are very good, thank you 🙏

Benidorm is a perfect place if you are looking for a spot close to everything! It has a privileged location, the price is good and the hotel is clean, it’s always a great choice.
It's quite old and a bit noisy on the roadside.
Almost there, Shadow, I'm awesome
The rooms along the main street were very hot, and the central air conditioner had poor cooling effect and was extremely noisy. After staying there for a day, I had to move to a room on the other side to get a good night's sleep. Others are OK
Decent hotel. Big room. Nice view. Friendly staff. Small gym.
TODO MUY BIEN, el servicio es maravilloso, nos trataron de lo mejor, muy recomendable
Good hotel overall, cleanliness, service.
Very good, very comfortable stay
Excellent location, excellent service
Very good treatment with the staff
The experience was great. The price was affordable and I stayed in a suite with a kitchen.
If I come next time, I will order this package again.
I hope the price will not increase. I didn't believe it was so cheap at first
The hotel is average, the environment is average, there is a large MALL 1 km away, so life is quite convenient.
Great service at breakfast time. Señor Alfonso was always ready to help. Gracias Señor Alfonso and the rest of the staff.
Breakfast Buffet EXCELLENT. Lots of night live activities around. Commercial center just behind. Check-in delayed 30 minutes; room was not ready. Shower drain clogged, very uncomfortable.
Excellent stay
Very kind and nice service. Next to everything you need, from restaurants, bars and a Walmart.
Lack of beer options,no limes for a nice gin and tonic, however server was very attentive.
Good hotel close to supermarkets, shops, a casino and more.
Room was spacious and comfortable with a nice view but the window could not be opened.
The breakfast was very good with a good choice of different kind of food.
Unfortunately the pool area was under maintenance.
Excellent hotel, good service, the staff cares about their customers, presents a very good atmosphere
My girlfriend and I just returned from our stay at Dos Playas Faranda Cancun. We could not have had a better experience. The resort is beautiful, with palm trees and numerous Iguanas, Peacocks and other birds covering the grounds. There are 5 lovely pools and direct access to the white sand beach with crystal clear blue water. The food is excellent. The Cielito Lindo offers a delicious breakfast including...
Solid 4/5 stars. Rooms are a bit dated, food selection was somewhat limited - however was delicious, and amenities were great.
We booked an all inclusive package with Air Canada, however the pictures were not what they were on the Air Canada Vacations website to what we were originally given upon arrival. The front desk agents were quick to resolve and got us another room the next morning. Buffet...
A very lovely hotel that provides a huge range of entertaining activities for the guests every day such as water aerobic, zumba and volleyball in swimming pool, music shows or cooking classes.
There is a lot of choices for a very tasty food in the Iguana Restaurant (breakfast, lunch & dinner) that differ every day.
The hotel surroundings are beautiful! There are two swimming pools, beach, gym, hammocks...
I stayed here for 10 nights. There are clearly different standards of rooms as the one I stayed in was incredibly clean albeit very dated. I spoke to someone else who had a much more modern room with usb charging points and touch on/off lights/mirrors etc. My room had none of that. The first room I was in 1204 had 2 double beds but on day 3 there was raw sewage coming up into the shower, unimpressed...
We had a group of 5 with three rooms. The rooms are dated and required maintenance. I liked the yard, peacocks and hammocks, The buffet was pretty small and limited but the food was good quality /average. Service in the main restaurant was good. The location was very close to the ferry and busses. Good view from the hill along the beach. I did not like the $550 peso environmental fee at check-in. The...
Very bare room. No elevators. Pool not cleaned. Only buffet. Same food every day. Very dated hotel. Needs upgrade.
The hotel is very nice and easy to travel to another place. The housekeeping staff are very friendly and very nice people.
Bedroom was amazing, breakfast was very good and a lot of options.
The most dissatisfying holidayinn I have ever stayed at. It's a bit older, and the hygiene is a bit poor. At around 9 o'clock in the morning, there was a waiter knocking on the door and opening the door, and there was no Do Not Disturb sign. The location is relatively convenient, with McDonald's and KFC just outside the door.
- Great location, just steps from Plaza del Sol. Plenty food selections around
- Breakfast with not much choices but good enough to start the day
This hotel is exceptionally clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is amazing. I recommend this Holiday Inn and will definitely return someday.
Excellent facilities and service. I really enjoyed the gym and the pool area. The breakfast is included and it is good enough to start the day. There’s a mall in front of the hotel with a lot of things to see. The access to the hotel is quite good and so is its location.

Minimalistic room great for a quick trip to the city, clean and convenient
Front desk help was very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. However I didn't like the towels, they were very old and needed to be replaced. Also, my pillow wasn't comfortable and I had to request another one which the hotel provided to me. Breakfast is good and buffet type but if you want pancakes or other special breakfast items you have to pay about 3 dollars more. This hotel is far away from...
The room was clean and hygienic.
I used for 1 night and it was perfect
I used just for 1 night. And it was just perfect fot what i needed it for
Good for short business trips
The only I really do no like was the bath towel. it is like a piece of cloth instead of felling thick thick cotton sensation
A possible improvement could be Offering tissues and at least one drawer for cloth
Mexico City, International Mexico City Airport 🧭 Map
Very modern Hotel, enjoyed to stay here for my short stop over. The breakfast is great
Facilities: Generally speaking, it's pretty standard, similar to a 300 RMB hotel in China. But considering its airport location, it's acceptable. Special shout-out to the comfortable sofa – big plus! Hygiene: Excellent. Environment: The hotel interior is great. However, the airport exterior is under renovation, and it was a bit hard to find. Service: Excellent and very professional.
Because I did not book with Hilton directly, I could not access the free wifi. I went to use the phone to call the front desk but it did not work. It was not even connected! The layout of the bathroom is very cramped
Location is good, excellent. Room is clean and big. Breakfast is nice. The only thing is, they don’t have toothpaste and slippers provide.. I would expect they have these with this price.
Location was right next to international departure hall at T1. Room was spacious and clean.
Staff was nice and only made one mistake by arranged us a room who was occupied already.
Great hotel to stay at if you arrive late in Mexico City. Service was welcoming and friendly. Very nice room with great insulation, so I didn't really hear all the construction going on at the airport. Very pricey, but worth it if your other hotel in the city doesn't have a shuttle service to pick you up late at night at the airport.
Mexico City, Mercaderes #20 Col San Jose Insurgentes 🧭 Map
Courteous and attentive staff.
Unbeatable location for tourism or social or business appointments in the south. Budget (so no conditioner, blow dryer of low-wattage, pragmatic but charmless decor), but upper end of budget (so real cups and glasses in the room, not throwaway; ample size). 1 star off for offering bottled water (plastic bottles pollute) instead of, like Hyatt House, providing potable water on tap. 1 star off for fouled...
I arrived around 1:00 pm and was told I had to pay extra to check in early or wait until 3:00 pm. I asked if they could let me know if a room became available sooner, but no one followed up. Overall, the check-in service was disappointing.
Excellent, the only unexpected thing was that the room wasn't ready until 5 PM
Good value but needed better wi-fi connection.
Good value, needed better wi-fi. I would stay there again.
Great central location stay
Nice staff, very clean, excellent food (particularly the breakfast), conveniently located.
The room was generally clean, though I did find a hair tie under the sheet. Some of the facilities feel a bit dated, and the toilet didn’t function perfectly. The in-room coffee was a nice touch, and the staff were consistently polite and helpful. The pool is on the smaller side, and the location felt fairly average. Overall, a mixed experience with good service but room for improvement in the facilities
This room is one of the best I can recommend, great location, near plaza de sol.
Because I needed to attend the exhibition, I was very satisfied with the overall facilities and sanitation of the hotel I booked. It was also close to the exhibition center, only a dozen minutes by car, and there was a shopping mall opposite, and it was convenient to eat Chinese food.
The credit card was stolen when I left it in the room. The hotel staff is of poor quality.
Not bad, the restaurants nearby are delicious, it's convenient to go anywhere, there is a Chinese restaurant opposite, very safe, we will come again next time, we are very satisfied, very satisfied
The room type was different from the photo, so I told the hotel and they were happy to help.
The front desk was very helpful.
I'd like to stay here again.
Mexico City, Blvd. Manuel Avila Camacho No. 2300 🧭 Map
Excellent value and nice rooms, restaurant, valet parking, etc. This hotel has been around for so long and it is still pretty good.
Suggestions:
The bathroom door is a sliding closet door that doesn't work. These doors area lack of privacy and is not easy to move. I reported that it was not working, and staff did nothing to fix it.
My two cents:
- Replace doors with standard doors
- Change caulking...
Reception service could be improved.
Changed the room to be able to see the pool, but new room had a lot of issue
Shower water drain was clogged
Part of WC room door was broken
Safe not working
Well, the property was fantastic as a beautiful hotel except I didn’t know where I was beautiful hotel, but not close to nothing
No kettle provided in the room but can get free hot water at cafe
Hotel outside the city center, offering good value for money. Simple, clean rooms. Beautiful garden with a pool in the courtyard. Well-equipped gym.
Rooms facing the exterior corridors are thin and curtains usually have to be closed.
