Facilities: The facilities are top-notch, very satisfied. The gym has a wide variety of equipment. Hygiene: The hygiene is excellent, very clean and tidy, with no unpleasant odors. We were in town to visit friends, and the hotel room price was reasonable for the quality of the property. The food was excellent - especially the daily breakfast buffet. The variety and quality of food items were amazing at a reasonable price. The entire staff were very attentive - the reception desk at check in and check out, the restaurant servers, and housekeeping all were excellent.

Night clerk was excellent in customer service and helpful. My only issue is the card key that would get locked and had to constantly go down stair to get it clear.

Bussines trip The hotel is very far from downtown ( it will take 45-1 hour to get there so if looking to go around we aware that you have very few options nearby. The bathrooms although clean have deteriorated fixtures, toilet paper holder was not attached to the wall and was falling all the time, the iron had a retracting cable than won’t stay our and even after we asked for a new one it was not replaced...

Property under construction, no visible signs for the entrance, the room was ok, the shower head was pouring water all over, the drain was clogged. I advised the front desk, nothing was done. No vip upgrade for room nor service, we were interrupted several times during breakfast trying to charge me for a service that it was included!! A hot mess, one said one thing, another person another thing...

Not bad, not bad. Now there are some buildings being built outside and there are shops making noise. It is near the industrial area.

The staff was very courteous and accommodating to me. The location was perfect with a nice variety restaurants near by. The views from the room and hallways was amazing. The room was also kept cery clean.

A historic hotel. The facilities are somewhat dated, but I had no problems staying there. There are many restaurants nearby, and the Cheonsang is within walking distance. I was very comfortable during my stay, but overall, the bathroom ventilation and drainage were a bit lacking. Other than that, it was a pretty decent stay.

The location was good and the rooms were spacious. It's a long-established hotel so it's a bit old, but it wasn't inconvenient, and the lobby and displays throughout the hotel were like Disneyland, which is what you'd expect from such a historic hotel. Not just here, but everywhere, amenities are minimal, so it's best to bring your own treatment, toothbrush, slippers, etc.

The hotel is wonderful but lacks maintenance and cleanliness in common areas because it takes away points from a place with so much history.

The hotel was beautiful, very clean, and a comfortable bed. I even had dinner at the bar and everything tasted amazing. Breakfast was a full buffet that had many delicious items. They even decorated for Dios Los Muertas and it was beautiful. Unfortunately, I can not give 5 stars as I left my charger lugged in. When I called that evening they said they couldn’t find it. I love the Hotel. All the renovations makes it look incredible new. The Staff were super friendly and we recommend it to everyone.

The room was spacious. Early check-in incurred an extra half-day charge. Parking was charged separately. The breakfast was highly recommended; it was very plentiful and tasted great!

Rooms were ok, but details matter. Power plugs are too narrow to fit two standard phone chargers. Whoever design the location of the mounted hairs dryer in the bathroom (with such a minimal short chord) has never used one. No fridge to store food/drinks. On a positive side, breakfast (ours was included in price) was really good.

We have friends out Santa Fe way and default to this hotel when visiting. It is perfectly fine. Beds are comfortable. Hot water. Close to a very enjoyable restaurant called Canarios (great breakfast option judt a walk away). One thing we do for safety. I stayed at the Holiday Inn "Full", not the Express. The Hotel is neither good nor bad. It is simply mediocre. The rooms show wear and tear on the headboards, bathrooms and other details. The towels look and feel like sandpaper. They are pretty stingy with amenities including toilet paper. Front desk and restaurant staff service is not bad. The cleanliness of the rooms is poor, there’s dust everywhere...

Amazing resort for families. The water park is cute. Amazing little beach. The photographer on the beach was phenomenal. The difference in sides is weird. If you’re on the main building; the rooms are stunning and comfy. The side across the road where we were; I will say the rooms are not awesome. The beds felt like a rock. Super sore from those. I stayed here for 10 nights. There are clearly different standards of rooms as the one I stayed in was incredibly clean albeit very dated. I spoke to someone else who had a much more modern room with usb charging points and touch on/off lights/mirrors etc. My room had none of that. The first room I was in 1204 had 2 double beds but on day 3 there was raw sewage coming up into the shower, unimpressed...

Because I did not book with Hilton directly, I could not access the free wifi. I went to use the phone to call the front desk but it did not work. It was not even connected! The layout of the bathroom is very cramped

Location was right next to international departure hall at T1. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was nice and only made one mistake by arranged us a room who was occupied already.

Great hotel to stay at if you arrive late in Mexico City. Service was welcoming and friendly. Very nice room with great insulation, so I didn't really hear all the construction going on at the airport. Very pricey, but worth it if your other hotel in the city doesn't have a shuttle service to pick you up late at night at the airport.

I arrived around 1:00 pm and was told I had to pay extra to check in early or wait until 3:00 pm. I asked if they could let me know if a room became available sooner, but no one followed up. Overall, the check-in service was disappointing.

We enjoy one night stay in this hotel. What I don’t like from the room was that doesn’t have microwave, doesn’t have a small fridge or heat control I just see a cool thermostat . The bathroom was clean thwart have cool and hot water. I went with my family, they have a good staff service, good breakfast. I think the coffee could be better. The view from the room I liked.

The location is very accessible to the Mexico City Arena, the hotel is perfect within the shopping plaza because you find many places to eat without leaving or exposing yourself, I am dissatisfied with the cleanliness since I hadn't realized until the next morning that there was a false eyelash!! That clearly wasn't mine, that left me with a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness.

We had great service at The Avani. Abraham, Erik, Andres and Jose took great care of us at dinner and in the bar. The only thing that I would say needs improvement is the check-in process. The girl was very pleasant, but it took forever with the system.

Great hotel with excellent service. Convient for both airport and Puerto Morelos (well worth a visit for beach and food). Sadly didn't get a chance to use pool but it looked good. Special thanks to the restaurant and bar staff who really made our visit special. Abraham, Jose and Juan. Will definitely reuse this chain of hotels again from our experience.

This hotel is about a 7-8 minute drive from Cancun Airport. It was a very nice hotel. There were several hotels nearby, and it was a quiet area. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that the hair dryer, which was supposed to be provided, had been forgotten. I was in a bit of a pinch when I realized it was missing after taking a shower... Also, it took a while for the hot water to come out...

This is a clean, comfortable hotel 15 mins from the airport and reasonably priced for a stop over. The room is spacious and has everything you need. My only criticism is that I messaged the hotel several times before my trip to organise the free shuttle service from the airport and got no response. This hotel is well located next to the huge shopping mall of Santa Fe. The room was clean and staff were polite. However based on how worn out the rooms are (grouting missing in shower tiling, rattling fixtures, scratched furniture throughout) I would not recommend. Staff also need a bit more training. Breakfast hot food was stone cold. Plates not heated and breakfast room not heated either meant breakfast...

It is somewhat of an old hotel, or maybe they just haven't invested money in remodeling it. Rooms are OK, clean as they should be. Don't expect free parking, they'll charge by the night around $6 USD. The breakfast buffet is terrible and overpriced. The complete experience at the hotel is overpriced for what it is.

The breakfast at the hotel is great, delicious and has hot dishes. The breakfast on the first day coincided with Mother's Day in Mexico. The hotel also gave us a rose 🌹, and the chef gave us two freshly made tacos. The cheese tart is delicious. Although the hotel accommodation is average, the breakfast is really delicious. It is relatively not far from the hotel to go shopping and eat.

Excellent location and a comfortable and clean room.

The hotel's location is great, making it easy to get around. It's right on Reforma Avenue, and we even saw a parade on Saturday. The road was closed on Sunday for what looked like a city-wide fitness event. The area felt very safe, so we could explore without worries. Public transport, including buses and the metro, was super convenient. Plus, the breakfast spread was fantastic.

I have to start by saying that the location is excellent. Then, the staff are all very friendly and make you feel right at home. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with everything you need. The food is good value and delicious. I definitely recommend it and would return.

Room was small which is OK since I just slept there. Bathroom is not clean - found long dark hair in bathtub after I took shower (I am blond). Customer service is not attentive. And top notch is refrigerator with a lock. And yes I asked for a key and was ready to leave a deposit requested but been ignored. Definitely not 5 star hotel as advertised on their site.

The staff were very helpful, but the hotel app wasn't working, which was inconvenient. I wanted to change a restaurant reservation, but when I canceled it, I couldn't make another reservation. It was an all-inclusive resort, but I didn't realize there was a limit to the number of restaurant reservations I could make until I got there. I ended up eating most of my meals at the buffet, which was boring...

Not worth the money for an All Inclusive, not much foods options at the buffet.

We have been to the GR Solaris Cancun All Inclusive 3 times in the past all excellent this visit the same excellent.

The room is a bit old and not suitable for the elderly. There are too many ups and downs.
