This was probably one of the best hotels we have stayed at for adults in a while.

Highly recommended, a closed holiday home, it’s a bit troublesome to travel but it’s really a one-stop service! You can also eat anything, and there are several specialty restaurants to choose from.

At check in we were told we would be given an up grade, when in fact the room had only one bed. We specifically stated that we needed 2. No apology, needless to say we were downgraded.

Very respinsive staff. Maintenance is completed promptly Air Conditioning soaked the floor and damaged our clothes. Someone was aware of the situation as the put a towel outside our door, but didn't report the issue. Didn't appreciate that. We lost two pairs of shoes.

All the workers were friendly and very helpful, making the experience even better. One of the days we were there, there was no running hot water and made us wait later in the day in order to shower.

The environment and food were generally good, nothing particularly outstanding, but definitely passable. The hotel's own entertainment activities were a highlight; they organized group activities for guests at the bar, by the water, and on the beach.

A sexy hotel with an adult theme. All activities in the hotel are very sexy. You are not allowed to take photos of others. You can only take photos of the exterior and the beach. There are sexy pool parties. Use your imagination😄

I read some reviews saying the rooms were a bit old, but it was actually better than I expected. The view is absolutely stunning, and the all-inclusive dining offers a great variety of options. The rooms are comfortable. The dinner at Seders bordered on inedible. The ceasar salad dressing was flavorless on lettuce that was near frozen. The packaged croutons on top did not redeem the salad. Housekeeping rang the doorbell before 8:30 am two days in a row. The front desk should inform housekeeping when someone checks out. Our stay at the JW Marriott was very nice. But I wanted to give a special shout out to Marianna Pineda, Guest relations manager. We met her at the club lounge and she went out of her way to make us feel welcome and appreciated. Marriott is very fortunate to have such a charming, warm, kind and interesting person working for them. She truly made us feel that her home is our home.

I have been going to Mexico for 20 years. For some reason all hotels seem to have the bad habit of having some staff knocking on your door around 9am. I arrived late; had to put out the Do Not Disturb tag. Even though I removed the sign whenever I was out, the room didn't get done in three days.

While the Caribbean scenery is beautiful, the hotel's facilities are truly subpar. The lighting is incredibly dim, the bathroom fixtures are rusty, and the curtains are torn. The telephone on the nightstand is yellowed and looks like it's 20 years old...

The service was terrible, and the noise level in the room at night was completely disproportionate to the price. My complaints were ignored, and I felt discriminated against as a Chinese person.

Overall, the stay was quite pleasant. The lobby and rooms were comfortable, tidy, and clean. The front desk staff were also very friendly. They even have a smart robot that delivers food! The breakfast was extensive and delicious. I'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

I stayed at Sofitel for three days. It is a good hotel in the area. The facilities are relatively new, the bedding is soft, the breakfast is quite rich, and the location is very good in the city center.
