The room was dirty, with grease stains all over the headboard. The bathroom had stains, and there was hair on the bed. The reception service was very poor. Although we were told we could check in before 3:00 PM, we ended up checking in at that time because the boys went to lunch at 2:00 PM and returned much later. The service at the restaurant and bar was very good.

Always an exceptional stay. I have stayed here several times over the years and I can not praise this hotel enough for the service. The rooms are always exceptionally clean, the buffet breakfast is perfect, the restaurant has excellent dining, the location is convenient for walking around or getting to other places, and the staff is exceptional! If you take uber a lot, it can be very congested to get elsewhere at rush hour, so consider walking a bit before ordering an uber. Rooftop bar is lovely for a drink.

Very nice hotel with archaeological site at breakfast area. Location is good but whenever there is events happening, you need to walk outside to get grab or Uber. Very nice hotel localized near the Expo. The breakfast buffet is varied, with typical Mexican food in addition to American options. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. There is a restaurant, a coffee shop, and a bar inside the hotel, making it very practical to enjoy your stay. It is about 45 minutes from the airport.

Two of the lamps didn't work, the bathroom door wouldn't close, and I'd like to add the most unpleasant thing: there's a loud noise that starts at 6:00 a.m., coming from an elevator in particular. It was only two nights, but it wasn't pleasant enough to rest and sleep well. Honestly, I wouldn't go back.

Room 124 had shower problems. The water pressure had it so half the water came out The top and half came out the bottom. Also it did not drain well - so you’re showing in 2” of water. Hazael at the front desk was very helpful and professional. He gets 10 stars. Wish breakfast was included.

Small parking, no place for big cars, no slippers in the room. The hotel itself is new and well equipped. Cool internal yard with cafe Shower and toilet was good. Amenities also great. Sound proof also fine.

The server (Danny) was super nice to us at the Italian restaurant. He made sure we were content with everything and was very attentive with our orders. We had great service at the Mexican restaurant Frida from Alonso Leon & Didier and the food was delicious, similarly El Pescador was tasty and fresh and Baudelio was a wonderful server, lastly Italian restaurant was delicious as well and Rafael was great! Room was clean, outdated. Toilet got flooded and water spilled to floor, reception took 3 hours to partially resolved it o don’t think they did enough to fix the problem. Also check in Wawa 3 PM and room was ready 90 minutes late.

My only complaint is about some of the front desk staff. They were not informative or helpful. The phone was not answered several times.

Excellent location to walk and move to Downtown and Reforma. The neighborhoood is also lovely. The facilités are great! We were in the third floor and the view to the city was great. Breakfast options and room service are great! Definately will return next time I visit the city!

We had a few things like the security box was broken , some fluid running water during many hours and rare sounds like guns in the very early morning.

The experience wasn't great. The hotel is quite old, and the facilities are outdated. The room had a musty smell; we stayed there for eight days and slept with that musty odor every night, which I don't think is good for our health. The air conditioning was also old, and the ventilation system was poor. I suggest the hotel make some improvements.

The hotel offers airport shuttle service, but it's difficult to find the shuttle bus from the airport. The location is a bit awkward, halfway between the airport and the city center. The room is spacious, but I wish the coffee cups were ceramic instead of paper cups.

I stayed in a sea-view room, which was incredibly spacious. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The sea view was absolutely stunning. The hotel's dining options were also excellent.

Laila hotel is in a perfect location on the Reforma Avenue. You can walk to a lot of place, bus/metro stations are nearby, most importantly it’s in a safe neighborhood. It was a place to stay for a night's rest before going to Scarlett. The Mexican food I ate at this lounge was more delicious than I thought, so I remembered it even after coming back to Korea. I bought snacks at a nearby convenience store and had a nice rest. I recommend it.
