This hotel is a walking to all the historic places, busy market etc.. very centric.. nice
Excellent service from all the staff and very good condition of the hotel and its rooms.
The location was great, the night view from the rooftop on the 11th floor was great, and the breakfast was good. Overall, it was a great hotel. I would stay here again.
I think is a good hotel, because the location is excelent and confortable
The terraza bar was good, the staff is friendly, just bring your own shampoo
The room was dirty, with grease stains all over the headboard. The bathroom had stains, and there was hair on the bed. The reception service was very poor. Although we were told we could check in before 3:00 PM, we ended up checking in at that time because the boys went to lunch at 2:00 PM and returned much later. The service at the restaurant and bar was very good.

Always an exceptional stay. I have stayed here several times over the years and I can not praise this hotel enough for the service. The rooms are always exceptionally clean, the buffet breakfast is perfect, the restaurant has excellent dining, the location is convenient for walking around or getting to other places, and the staff is exceptional! I look forward to many more stays here in great Mexico...
First time in Mexico City. 8 night stay in hotel Catedral. Very convenient location close to several tourist attractions. Upgraded to a bigger room, excellent buffet breakfast until 11:30 with different varieties change every day, basically you can skip your lunch after. Room is clean with comfortable bed and offer different styles of pillows if requested. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Unlimited...
The hotel is located in the centro historico of Mexico City. A lot of sightseeing spots are in walking distance and an underground station is just 2 minutes walk away. The design inside is impressive and includes historical parts. The staff and the management are very friendly and helpful.
Our room was spacious, bright and had a sleeping area as well as a kinda living room. The bathroom had a shower...
This is place is so nice for what its worth. Hotel is nice, everything is clean, rooms are comfortable and it been in the center of centro historico is so convenient. Their employees were always kind.
You do get the feeling that they care about you feeling welcome and comfortable.
They have a beautiful bar on their 5th floor where you can peak the zocalo from there. Please, grab a drink there in the...
Great experience. Kind staff. Rooms clean and well kept. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was quite good. Location incredible - right in mix of everything. If you take uber a lot, it can be very congested to get elsewhere at rush hour, so consider walking a bit before ordering an uber. Rooftop bar is lovely for a drink.
Very nice hotel with archaeological site at breakfast area. Location is good but whenever there is events happening, you need to walk outside to get grab or Uber. Free coffee and water bottles at the lobby. Offer complimentary fruits. Stayed at two different rooms, the one junior suite with private balcony is the best. The smaller room ( double bed) is ok.

Very nice hotel localized near the Expo. The breakfast buffet is varied, with typical Mexican food in addition to American options. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. There is a restaurant, a coffee shop, and a bar inside the hotel, making it very practical to enjoy your stay. It is about 45 minutes from the airport.
Just cross the street and you can enjoy Expo Guadalajara. This hotel is nice for a single adventurer or a big family.
Reasonable place when you encounter a bargain. Well priced towards what you get. It is an EXPO visitor place. During EXPO prices fly sky high- here I would really doubt the price towards quality. Huge complex where you pass through and don’t get recognized: just another unit. In case of looking for something more personalized.
They claim they have room service but there’s no menu in the room. Great...
You can hear people talking on the corridor very it clearly.
Two of the lamps didn't work, the bathroom door wouldn't close, and I'd like to add the most unpleasant thing: there's a loud noise that starts at 6:00 a.m., coming from an elevator in particular. It was only two nights, but it wasn't pleasant enough to rest and sleep well. Honestly, I wouldn't go back.
Very nice king room, although it was not the check-in time, they let us check in early without any extra charge. The service and breakfast are very good, thank you 🙏

Nice central location. 1st floor room was just ok. Paid parking. Fairly quiet.
This hotel has a very good location, close to great restaurants and La Gran Plaza shopping mall. The staff is great, amazing people, all of them. Very friendly. The front desk attentions is prompt and nice. The rooms are clean and well serviced daily. Unfortunately, the rooms are outdated, old installations, showers that don't work and mattress that are too old and uneven. The restaurant is tasteless...
La comodidad y ubicación. Fue una estancia de placer, entonces la comodidad de la habilitación fue muy buena y la ubicación fue ideal para nuestros planes.
The hotel is relatively old, the front desk is quite welcoming, and the breakfast can only be said to be so-so.
Desayuno muy rico, habitación muy cómoda, personal muy amable
Would give 5 stars for facilities and service but there's an issue with parking space: It's not free and there's no elevator nor handycap access from parking basement to the lobby.

I like bacon and waffles and better pastries like pan con chocolate
Sheets were dirty when we arrived, we had to call to change all bed covers.
Besides that, the price is fare.
A very conveniently located property; great buffets for breakfast and dinner. Very helpful and friendly staff…
Room 124 had shower problems. The water pressure had it so half the water came out
The top and half came out the bottom. Also it did not drain well - so you’re showing in 2” of water.
Hazael at the front desk was very helpful and professional. He gets 10 stars.
Wish breakfast was included.
The hotel was very nice and extremely clean. The breakfast was delicious and huge variety. The staff was super friendly and willing to please.
Yes, but the shower didn’t have any water pressure at all and was dripping could not take a normal shower…..

Very close to the airport, and the environment is quite good too.
The hotel has great location if you have an early flight back specially. They have a very convenient free shuttle to the airport.
Everything was extremely clean and well maintained — the restaurant, rooms, pool, dining areas, and gym. The location is also very convenient since it’s close to the airport, which made transportation really easy.
I would highly recommend this place for business travelers or anyone who needs a comfortable and clean stay near the airport.
The hotel is very convenient for the airport terminals and car rentals. The communal areas such as the restaurant and rooftop bar were very nice.
The overall experience is not to the same standard as other Hilton hotels. The rooms were big, nicely decorated and clean but there was a distinct smell of cigarettes from previous guests which was not pleasant. We asked for a coffee and pastry for breakfast...
Small parking, no place for big cars, no slippers in the room.
The hotel itself is new and well equipped. Cool internal yard with cafe
Shower and toilet was good. Amenities also great.
Sound proof also fine.
Always a decent stay when coming in late or leaving early out of Cancun airport. We enjoy walking to and from airport terminal.

The server (Danny) was super nice to us at the Italian restaurant. He made sure we were content with everything and was very attentive with our orders. He came and sung happy birthday with another coworker and they sung beautifully. Thank you so much for this awesome experience. Food was delicious too!
Absolutely wonderful resort! We had great service at the Mexican restaurant Frida from Alonso Leon & Didier and the food was delicious, similarly El Pescador was tasty and fresh and Baudelio was a wonderful server, lastly Italian restaurant was delicious as well and Rafael was great! its not on a ralgreay area, still woks but not the best, view was nice, but to many stairs to go from front to Libby to third floor.

I enjoyed the stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
They don’t have hot water and when you ask for it, they say they’ve turned it on but they lied. Also the hot tub or small pool was green
Reception staff member was extremely kind and helpful

Room was clean, outdated. Toilet got flooded and water spilled to floor, reception took 3 hours to partially resolved it o don’t think they did enough to fix the problem. Also check in Wawa 3 PM and room was ready 90 minutes late.
My only complaint is about some of the front desk staff. They were not informative or helpful. The phone was not answered several times.
Excellent location to walk and move to Downtown and Reforma. The neighborhoood is also lovely. The facilités are great! We were in the third floor and the view to the city was great. Breakfast options and room service are great!
Definately will return next time I visit the city!
All great! Ana, the person that prepares eggs was amazing and she cooks delicious!
Loved it great spot and central to where i needed to be - the Osteria across the road was 10/10 for dinner!!

Excellent value and nice rooms, restaurant, valet parking, etc. This hotel has been around for so long and it is still pretty good.
Suggestions:
The bathroom door is a sliding closet door that doesn't work. These doors area lack of privacy and is not easy to move. I reported that it was not working, and staff did nothing to fix it.
My two cents:
- Replace doors with standard doors
- Change caulking...
Reception service could be improved.
Changed the room to be able to see the pool, but new room had a lot of issue
Shower water drain was clogged
Part of WC room door was broken
Safe not working
Well, the property was fantastic as a beautiful hotel except I didn’t know where I was beautiful hotel, but not close to nothing
No kettle provided in the room but can get free hot water at cafe
Hotel outside the city center, offering good value for money. Simple, clean rooms. Beautiful garden with a pool in the courtyard. Well-equipped gym.
Rooms facing the exterior corridors are thin and curtains usually have to be closed.

Breakfast was great, and the location was excellent.
Excellent option to stay in downtown, great location for visiting major points of interest and museums. The staff is very friendly.
The place is very well located, comfortable, good breakfast, but the lobby looks a bit unattended, the lobby lady's room was dirty (3 toilets and all dirty).
We had a few things like the security box was broken , some fluid running water during many hours and rare sounds like guns in the very early morning.
The location is great ,staff is very friendly and helpful, great parking.
Hotel rules and policies limits staff for guests needs .
Unfortunate batrooms had some mold, sinks with a yellow rim, bathroom black rims, water gets out of shower and make a big poodle in the outside, dirty furniture
Everything was perfect; the best part was the breakfast (buffet)

This place is fabulous, the food is exquisite and the people are very nice. I love it and I will gladly return.
The hotel service was friendly and attentive, with staff eager to help guests. For dinner, I recommend Krystal and Steak House; the steak and lobster were quite good. Amazing hotel near to the airport the breakfast super delicious all the service are perfect
The experience wasn't great. The hotel is quite old, and the facilities are outdated. The room had a musty smell; we stayed there for eight days and slept with that musty odor every night, which I don't think is good for our health. The air conditioning was also old, and the ventilation system was poor. I suggest the hotel make some improvements.
The hotel offers airport shuttle service, but it's difficult to find the shuttle bus from the airport. The location is a bit awkward, halfway between the airport and the city center. The room is spacious, but I wish the coffee cups were ceramic instead of paper cups.
The breakfast is fantastic. I always stay here when I'm in Mexico City. The service is excellent, and there's a shuttle to the airport. The restaurant has been renovated and is quite nice, and the prices are reasonable.

I stayed in a sea-view room, which was incredibly spacious. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The sea view was absolutely stunning. The hotel's dining options were also excellent.
This hotel offers great value for money, especially considering its location in Zone 7. I wouldn't recommend the all-inclusive package, as the food is quite mediocre and not all restaurants are included – some require a multi-night stay. The beach, however, is lovely and has relatively few seaweed issues.
This hotel is right in the middle of Cancun's Hotel Zone. It's not a huge resort, so there aren't tons of entertainment options. The buffet selection was decent, and the suite we booked was really spacious.

The room was very nice and good value for money. I stayed for 3 nights and it was very comfortable. The hotel's restaurant and swimming pool were also very nice. The breakfast was also plentiful, and I especially liked the yogurt cereal.

Overall, we had a good stay.
I would highlight the breakfast buffet, which was varied and plentiful, and the fact that they stored our luggage for a few hours when we checked out. On the downside, our room was in an area with constant machinery noise throughout the day, which could be bothersome if you're a light sleeper.

Very nice hotel. Impeccable cleaning which was very important to us aa we were looking for hotels. The team were extremely friendly and helpful. Area is safe and there are lots of cafes and restaurants around. We will go back for sure if we are in CDMX.

Service was ok the first day. A guy named Oliver brought my luggage to the room. First room was horrible. Walls were so thin and there was a gap under the door so I heard some young crazy people having a party and yelling and singing at the top of their lungs.
