The experience was not pleasant we had to move from room to room and my friend the same and the service was great from the customer service

We booked a hotel on a last-minute basis back in Mexico City. The price was decent for the city center. The room was large, but the facilities were a bit dated. The air conditioning was incredibly noisy! We checked in too late, so we didn't take any photos of the hotel.

The staff are the shining stars of this hotel. Everyone from the front desk, restaurant, the cleaning ladies were welcoming, super helpful and friendly. The rooms are large. We were originally in a king sized room which was quite dated but then they moved us to a modern and lovely room. The restaurant served incredibly food

The hotel room is large and clean. There is a shopping mall right outside the door, which is very convenient for shopping and eating. There are various restaurants and supermarkets downstairs.

Clean room, clean shower, but flooring needs updating. It smells dusty and old. The breakfast buffet is good, but very overpriced. The location is not that close to centro historico. Don’t expect to walk there easily. The pool is warm, and the jacuzzis are nice, but very understaffed and people overstay the hot tubs and don’t allow people to enjoy them.

I would appreciate it if you could mention that you have a 3-for-2 promotion instead of just charging for all the spots. It feels like the full service wasn't offered to me.

Hallways need upgrade. Carpet, wall paint and since each hall have a security door it causes lack of ventilation and smells like humidity

Beautiful hotel! We stayed here for a competition in the area and the hotel was really nice! We utilized the pool, gym and the restaurant inside the hotel. They even had a nice park for the kids to play. I loved that we were on the 1st floor and had a pool view. We really enjoyed our stay! For the restaurant, you could choose either the buffet or order from the menu.

TL;DR : The facility is great. The food is not good at all. Mixed feelings about service being a non-Solaris member. As another reviewer said, it was more like 3.5 star stay for me. This hotel is very much for elderly white people (mostly with Solaris Club membership) so if you fit in that demographic, it’ll be a wonderful stay. It reminded me of the movie Snowpiercer. We are at our 4th day in this resort which is about halftime for our trip and at first we have been stunned by the beauty and the staff and thought this is the perfect place. It was an amazing experience here at GR Solaris Caribe as my first time being in Cancun. The resort was beautiful and the people were so nice. Stay on the adult only part of this Hotel and you will have fantastic vacation. I booked sea facing luxary twin room....they are great, but offer no balcony - but windows can be open (sea with its waves can be loud). We stayed at Caribe and at first thought we made a mistake not booking Cancun, but actually both hotels are connected and share activities. The property and service are excellent. The only drawback is the lack of consistency in quality of food and drinks from day to day.

During terrible Arctic Jet Stream 4 day nightmare, Garza Blanca staff and other guests made it fun. Great resort, food & company. I will be back.

Unfortunately very lengthy check in and check out service with mis sold tour of property that we assumed was to plan our holiday and was actually a sales pitch. Lots of mistakes on check out invoice. The property was beautiful. The pools were very nice and the beach was well maintained. I loved the water exercise class. Our room was GORGEOUS! It well exceeded what I was expecting. VERY spacious and luxurious. It was nice to have a washer and dryer as well. The only thing I disliked was the lack of evening activities. Not a lot to do for families with teen/college kids.

How sad that a hotel that was a benchmark in all aspects is now so neglected. The carpets smell bad. Everything looks old, worn out and neglected. The bathrooms are poorly cleaned. Very nice hotel with archaeological site at breakfast area. Location is good but whenever there is events happening, you need to walk outside to get grab or Uber. Room 124 had shower problems. The water pressure had it so half the water came out The top and half came out the bottom. Also it did not drain well - so you’re showing in 2” of water. Hazael at the front desk was very helpful and professional. He gets 10 stars. Wish breakfast was included.

Room was clean, outdated. Toilet got flooded and water spilled to floor, reception took 3 hours to partially resolved it o don’t think they did enough to fix the problem. Also check in Wawa 3 PM and room was ready 90 minutes late.

My only complaint is about some of the front desk staff. They were not informative or helpful. The phone was not answered several times.

Excellent location to walk and move to Downtown and Reforma. The neighborhoood is also lovely. The facilités are great! We were in the third floor and the view to the city was great. Breakfast options and room service are great! Definately will return next time I visit the city!

I stayed in a sea-view room, which was incredibly spacious. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The sea view was absolutely stunning. The hotel's dining options were also excellent.

This hotel offers great value for money, especially considering its location in Zone 7. I wouldn't recommend the all-inclusive package, as the food is quite mediocre and not all restaurants are included – some require a multi-night stay. The room was very nice and good value for money. I stayed for 3 nights and it was very comfortable. The hotel's restaurant and swimming pool were also very nice. The breakfast was also plentiful, and I especially liked the yogurt cereal.

It was a place to stay for a night's rest before going to Scarlett. The Mexican food I ate at this lounge was more delicious than I thought, so I remembered it even after coming back to Korea. I bought snacks at a nearby convenience store and had a nice rest. I recommend it.

It was very convenient that the airport shuttle was available 24 hours a day. Recommended for transit, just before a flight, or for an overnight stay right after a flight. There were plenty of amenities and it felt clean.

The hotel was in the middle of construction works and there were numerous problems. No hot water for 2 days (depending on the location of the room), no WIFI, poor attention to customer's needs (reported a TV remote control that wasnt working, nothing was done about it).
