Overall a good stay for a short term stay. However, the bathroom needed extra cleaning. Most notably the bath tub look a bit old/dirty. Did not feel comfortable using.

It was in a very convenient location. The bottom floor has restaurants, donut and ice cream shops. The hotel was clean, the people were great! I will be coming back here again! ♥️

Very much enjoyed my stay at Be tulum. Staff was attentive and polite, rooms were as shown very spacious and secluded. Area around resort was safe and walkable to several other properties as well as eating shopping and convenience store.

Nice but dated hotel. Staff is friendly and professional but the rooms haven't been kept up 100%. Small things, like stains on the wallpaper, things that regular housekeeping just can't do. I'd stay again but I'm keeping my expectations muted.

My stay is good. Staying there for one night during transiting. The room is comfortable and clean. The staff speaks English. Within 15 min of driving from the airport there are no traffic jams.

there was a cricket in my washroom, my key card deactivated daily, my room was cleaned one time after 5pm, my door number was missing last number, dark hallways hard to see. I told front desk and they said they are improving.

It’s okay, the tv never worked and you have to activate your room key every time you comeback to the room. The “clean” towels had blood stains on them.

The property is immediately annexed to the Galenia Hospital where we went for our annual checkups and so it's extremely convenient to stay there, as a corridor leads straight from the lobby to the hospital. The beds are comfy, the amenities are fine. There are nice restaurants and shopping centers that are nearby. The towels are terrible and the bathroom stalls look like they need better cleaning...

The pool needs a complete retile and was a bit slimy. Bed was comfortable but pillows were old, flat or lumpy. Hotel is clean and quiet and staff were wonderful. Breakfast buffet was quite good and staff were very accommodating. Not a walkable area but Uber is cheap. All in all, a pleasant stay

The hotel is very well located, inside a mall. Downstairs there's an Oxxo convenience store, and there are pharmacies, restaurants, and shops nearby. The hotel is simple and inexpensive, fine for a short stay.

Wonderful staff... but the structure is truly decadent... The room had no window, so the electricity went out for over 16 hours, and the room was 28 degrees!!! Without a window, you couldn't breathe... no bidet, no shower, no telephone, no water pressure, and with all this, not even a last-minute checkout!!!

Located in the center of the old city, next to the church and the square, there are a lot of people, there are a lot of homeless people at night, at the subway entrance, the personnel are a bit complicated, the room is quite large, the breakfast restaurant is on the 7th floor, you can overlook the entire city of Guadalajara, and appreciate the church up close, the lobby reception people can speak English...

Good location next to the Basilica and train station. A little far from the restaurants and newer developed areas. Room service was not of a high standard, they did not replace the drinking glasses or provide new water bottles. Phone in the room was also not working to call for house keeping.

The location is very good, next to a historical and cultural square. The soundproofing is very poor, and the front desk customer service is not good. Other guests checked in around 12 o'clock, but they didn't let me check in, and kept delaying my check-in until 4 o'clock in the afternoon. It's amazing that they didn't give me cookies! I suggest you don't stay at this hotel, the One Hotel next to it...

Laila hotel is in a perfect location on the Reforma Avenue. You can walk to a lot of place, bus/metro stations are nearby, most importantly it’s in a safe neighborhood. Service was ok the first day. A guy named Oliver brought my luggage to the room. First room was horrible. Walls were so thin and there was a gap under the door so I heard some young crazy people having a party and yelling and singing at the top of their lungs. The location inside a jungle was very attractive and athmospheric. In the beginning, we were somewhat lost because the parking was located on a different location rather than near the entrance. Great location, super close to the beach, good facilities, pool, bar and Great Lake view. Slightly dated in the bedrooms, no curtains on the beds and the rooms could have been cleaner, I think there was som confusion as to which bunks were used and not. I had an issue but the staff were quick to respond and move me to another room quickly.

Selina Hotel offers a great quality-to-price ratio. The location is excellent — everything is close by, especially the supermarket, which is perfect for breakfast options. I stayed in this hotel back in 2019 it was getting renovated. I Return back in 2025 the hotel looks modern the lobby is large and spacious. The bedroom is large and also the bathroom. The staff at hotel where warm and welcoming.

Property had great location and view of the Angel. The only complaint is thin walls and floors, but it is tolerable. I would definitely stay there again.

It have a good location, its is in the interlomas area (and there are few hotels there) however it is close to Bosques de las Lomas and even Santa Fe, so great location. The hotel is in the top of a little and exlusive mall, so great options for food…

Extremely poor breakfast cold buffet. The only day I ordered a la carte the service was disastrous, although the food was good. Housekeeping is spotty, one of the days of my stay they did not leave clean towels, but took away the dirty ones. All in all not the best maintained of managed property I've been in lately.

Great stay at Fiesta Inn Express. The location is excellent, safe location , with easy access to activities, restaurants, and everything needed both day and night. It offers very good value for the price, with most facilities above average for a budget hotel. Basic amenities are convenient and practical. Bedding is acceptable. Overall, a comfortable and affordable choice that I would recommend.

The window cannot be opened. I guess Chinese people are not used to it. The towels are black. It is best to bring your own towels and toiletries. Checking in 3 o'clock in advance will be charged extra
