Mexico City, Av. Juarez 76, Col. Centro 🧭 Map
Nice location, specious and cean rooms. Friendly and efficient staff.
Excellent location for a walking visit of the Centro Historico. Plenty of restaurants nearby
The room was spacious and very clean, the bed was comfortable but the pillows where horrible to our liking, very bulky and we both woke up with a stiff neck. Check out was at 12 noon and the cleaning lady came knocking at 9am. Since I am an ******* VIP member, we had 2 free drinks, which we’re not given to us at check in and had to ask for it. The drinks did not include coffee so we had to pay for...
Overall a good stay for a short term stay. However, the bathroom needed extra cleaning. Most notably the bath tub look a bit old/dirty. Did not feel comfortable using.
It was in a very convenient location. The bottom floor has restaurants, donut and ice cream shops. The hotel was clean, the people were great! I will be coming back here again! ♥️
The staffs are very helpful and the conditions of the hotel was very clean I would stay there again and also recommend it to any o myf family or friends

Great hotel! Good service but expensive restaurants, Chicago downtown prices!
Beautiful resort and the staff was amazing! Ivan, Bill, Ramon and the rest of the staff made our stay so relaxing. Gracias por todo!
Very much enjoyed my stay at Be tulum. Staff was attentive and polite, rooms were as shown very spacious and secluded. Area around resort was safe and walkable to several other properties as well as eating shopping and convenience store.
It’s a nice hotel with beautiful rooms, but I don’t think it should be rated as a 5-star property. They lacked some basic amenities that most hotels provide, such as slippers, and we had to ask for toothbrushes and toothpaste twice before receiving them. Except for Aylin, I didn’t find the other staff to be well-trained or particularly pleasant. They have two nice outdoor pools, but the water is so...
This hotel was outstanding. The service was five stars all the way around really enjoyed my time there very relaxing and private. It was everything I wanted will definitely be returning.
stayed at this hotel in Tulum and had an unforgettable experience. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by nature and right on a beautiful stretch of beach, perfect for a quiet morning walk or watching the sunset. The food was amazing as well, breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all impressive, generous, and full of fresh local flavors. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always...

The room was nice, staff was nice, facility was nice. The stench of menure wasn't good.
Staff was not so helpful or serviceable. Outer smell fron fush market is strong, and outside area (parking) is not a clean space.
The hotel doesn't smell good, they didn't change the pillowcases, and the bathroom smells like sewage.
Staffs are unfriendly and their English level are poor. I faced the following problem: 1. I could not get information about the hotel shuttle in the airport when I was calling the hotel. Staffs only speak Spanish. 2. I was given a key that could not open the room and had to return to reception to update the key. 3. I told the AC in the room is not working, and the staffs told me to wait inside...

Nice but dated hotel. Staff is friendly and professional but the rooms haven't been kept up 100%. Small things, like stains on the wallpaper, things that regular housekeeping just can't do. I'd stay again but I'm keeping my expectations muted.
We are beyond pleased with our experience at Hotel Raizor. The staff were superb, friendly and authentic, multilingual, experienced and personable. We go every year to CDMX and we’ve been to countless of hotels of different stars: this was by far the best staff. The pool is great! Like really, really great: it’s covered, temperature-controlled, has jacuzzi, towels and you can order food. The attendant...
We stayed in a Junior suite and I think the only complaints I would have would be with the air conditiong and the pool. During the day our room would be cool but at night it seemed like it would stop working. Our first night I said something to the front desk and they sent maintenance right away. The problem seems to have been fixed until we came back from centro when the room was warm again. Our first...
Hotel was in the perfect location for my family event. It is close to the airport and the hotel offers a free shuttle. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were divine! I slept extremely well. The restaurant offers a buffet breakfast for a few. They will cook your eggs to order. I was very impressed with the staff's ability to speak English as my Spanish is limited. It was very easy to...
Excellent hotel. Comfortable beds, great staff, shuttles available and security always on duty. Great breakfast buffet. Very friendly to English speaking tourists. Highly recommend this spot if in Mexico City. Pool and small gym make it an easy spot to rest and relax as you explore Mexico City. They have kind of thought of everything you would need. Rooms were nice and quiet as well despite the city...

The room was spacious, the bed was huge, and the layout was excellent. However, the surrounding area was a bit run-down, and the breakfast selection was very limited.
For its price point, the room was remarkably spacious, and the lack of carpeting made it feel exceptionally clean and tidy. The amenities were comprehensive and surpassed my expectations. My only minor drawback was the average quality of the food. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again.
Great location with parking available. The breakfast was quite substantial. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The only minor drawback was the absence of large windows, as it only had a window overlooking an inner courtyard, possibly due to safety concerns. The room itself was very spacious, which was a plus. It's recommended for both business and leisure travelers, offering excellent value...
The room was very spacious. The food was delicious and the dishes were incredibly fresh. I'll definitely be back! The surrounding amenities are also great, making everything very convenient. Highly recommended! What's more, it was spotless.
Perfect hotel. Good location, close to the international airport. Nice breakfast, many options. Check out before 13:00, very friendly! Strong recommendation!
My stay is good. Staying there for one night during transiting. The room is comfortable and clean. The staff speaks English. Within 15 min of driving from the airport there are no traffic jams.

there was a cricket in my washroom, my key card deactivated daily, my room was cleaned one time after 5pm, my door number was missing last number, dark hallways hard to see. I told front desk and they said they are improving.
It’s okay, the tv never worked and you have to activate your room key every time you comeback to the room. The “clean” towels had blood stains on them.
Location was good staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were really hard and cleaning wasn’t on a daily basis but facilities were still clean.
It was a nice stay. Everyone was nice. The only thing i did notice is the sink was a little dirty but other than that everything was fine.
in general, the room was not the worst I’ve seen, in the hallway there is a large built-in double-door wardrobe, the chairs in the room have a cape that seemed dirty to me and seems to have not been washed for a long time, the bathroom has a floor bidet and this is convenient for maintaining personal hygiene, but There were also some problems in the room: cockroaches (there were six of them throughout...

The staff at check in was very friendly. The room was very clean.
The breakfast buffet is great with a lot of options, fresh and tasty. The staff speaks English very well and are thoughtful. Being connected to the hospital next door is a plus. The roof terrace with exercise room is very nice.
Nice staff, good breakfast and dinner. Need to have car to move around
The property is immediately annexed to the Galenia Hospital where we went for our annual checkups and so it's extremely convenient to stay there, as a corridor leads straight from the lobby to the hospital. The beds are comfy, the amenities are fine. There are nice restaurants and shopping centers that are nearby. The towels are terrible and the bathroom stalls look like they need better cleaning...
The pool needs a complete retile and was a bit slimy. Bed was comfortable but pillows were old, flat or lumpy. Hotel is clean and quiet and staff were wonderful. Breakfast buffet was quite good and staff were very accommodating. Not a walkable area but Uber is cheap. All in all, a pleasant stay

Overall it was a good stay. Rooms are clean and staff was nice. A bit further away from Roma North but still convenient location.
The smallest Novotel room I've stayed in. Apart from the good location, it's really average. The breakfast is OK and the waiter is very enthusiastic, which is very comforting
Small modern rooms but great location for business travelers directly across WTC.

Good location next to the Basilica and train station. A little far from the restaurants and newer developed areas. Room service was not of a high standard, they did not replace the drinking glasses or provide new water bottles. Phone in the room was also not working to call for house keeping.
The room is very nice, comfortable and quiet, with a wide variety of breakfast options
Hotel entrance was a bit hard to find but generally great hotel.
The location is very good, next to a historical and cultural square. The soundproofing is very poor, and the front desk customer service is not good. Other guests checked in around 12 o'clock, but they didn't let me check in, and kept delaying my check-in until 4 o'clock in the afternoon. It's amazing that they didn't give me cookies! Very nice hotel. Impeccable cleaning which was very important to us aa we were looking for hotels. The team were extremely friendly and helpful. Area is safe and there are lots of cafes and restaurants around. We will go back for sure if we are in CDMX.
Laila hotel is in a perfect location on the Reforma Avenue. You can walk to a lot of place, bus/metro stations are nearby, most importantly it’s in a safe neighborhood. The room is clean, staffs are very friendly. Their breakfast buffet is the highlight, with good verity of foods and very tasty fruits. I totally enjoyed my stay there!
Service was ok the first day. A guy named Oliver brought my luggage to the room. First room was horrible. Walls were so thin and there was a gap under the door so I heard some young crazy people having a party and yelling and singing at the top of their lungs. Once the party finished, around 1am, some went into the hallway and started talking and laughing, not caring that it was the middle of the night...
The hotel has a great location, with many restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are rather small, the facilities are a bit old, and the cleanliness is just average—barely cleaned. The breakfast is decent.
This is my first time in Mexico. When I first arrived at the hotel, the reception welcome us very kind and warm, and I especially want to thank Mauricio and Alejandro. A very pleasant stay in an outstanding hotel. Very well-located just one block from Reforma Ave. Sound-proofed windows block traffic noise, especially on the upper floors. Good A/C and strong hot water in the shower. Comfortable large beds with plenty of pillows, both soft and firm. Breakfast buffet is good and plentiful, although the juices are disappointing bad.

The location inside a jungle was very attractive and athmospheric. In the beginning, we were somewhat lost because the parking was located on a different location rather than near the entrance. However, the rooms were very clean and thought about. All was good. The experience was fantastic And we took pictures of the garden. Hilarious!
The hostel was reasonably located in the hotel zone however a bit far from downtown. The amenities were ok - kitchen was ok, it also had a lounge and cinema room and cafe was in the reception. Staff were pleasant and helpful.
Made great friends. Have to put in effort to socialise there as it’s quite big. Beautiful location and property. Female only dorms. Really cool wildlife. However, Beds are creeky and don’t have guards on the top bunks to stop u falling on marble floor. Lockers sound like you’re scraping metal across the floor and wake everyone up. Not amazingly clean. Make sure you don’t sleep on the bunk with aircon...
Great location, super close to the beach, good facilities, pool, bar and Great Lake view. Slightly dated in the bedrooms, no curtains on the beds and the rooms could have been cleaner, I think there was som confusion as to which bunks were used and not. I had an issue but the staff were quick to respond and move me to another room quickly.
Selina Hotel offers a great quality-to-price ratio. The location is excellent — everything is close by, especially the supermarket, which is perfect for breakfast options. The hotel is also about a 10-minute walk from the beach, which is very convenient. Considering the price, it’s definitely worth recommending. Friendly staff, good Wi-Fi, and a comfortable stay overall. Highly recommended! 👍
Amazing experience all around. I don’t exactly remember the price of booking but I remember booking it because it was the cheapest. I expected nothing special but I was wrong all around. Great stay at Fiesta Inn Express. The location is excellent, safe location , with easy access to activities, restaurants, and everything needed both day and night. It offers very good value for the price, with most facilities above average for a budget hotel. Basic amenities are convenient and practical. Bedding is acceptable. Overall, a comfortable and affordable choice that I would recommend.
Had a nice stay and loved the view from the room over the city..
The window cannot be opened. I guess Chinese people are not used to it. The towels are black. It is best to bring your own towels and toiletries. Checking in 3 o'clock in advance will be charged extra
The hotel is very well located; you can take public transportation right across the street to get to the historic center or the Bellas Artes. The staff is very attentive, and the hotel is very clean. The hotel has parking, but it costs an additional 120 MXN per night. This is not mentioned on the website or when booking.
Great location right next to a bus stop, metro station, and mall. Slightly farther from the city center/big attractions, but very easy to get around. Very safe as well - the rooms are all located 3-6 floors above street level, and you need a key card to use the elevator. Breakfast was good (eggs, fruit, pancakes, rice, beans, salsas, veggies, pancakes, bread) although of course you could probably find...
More or less, the location is good but it needs more cleaning and the mattress should be changed.

This hotel has very good facilities, delicious breakfast, and thoughtful service. There is a large supermarket in front of it with a variety of Mexican products. I like it very much. There is a commercial center nearby with a lot of snacks. There is also a courier company nearby, which is very convenient for sending things... Not bad, I will stay here next time...
The hotel is relatively old, but the service is very good, making people feel warm and comfortable. The air conditioner in the room is quite noisy, and the location is a little off, but it is quiet and safe, and the cost performance is there
The room has a bit of smell, the breakfast is good, short trip can be refunded
