From the time we checked in to checkout we were taken care of our needs by butler service the room amenities are par excellence and maintained very clean the proximity to shops and tourist attractions is an added advantage. And restaurant and spa are must visit

Long weekend stay and it was perfect. Our room was beautiful, the service was exceptional and the location was perfect for us. The bartenders were particularly nice and welcoming but all the staff was great. Sunday morning there was a gentleman playing the piano at brunch. His music was so relaxing and beautiful. The charge for booking breakfast is unreasonable. Two breakfasts are included in the room. In addition, breakfast for a 7-year-old child is also charged. It costs 188 pesos and must be paid on the spot. I have never encountered a situation where breakfast in a hotel must be paid on the spot. It is too weird.

This is a really beautiful newer hotel in Oaxaca. It’s away from noise but easily walkable to the city center. The rooms were quiet and had an amazing shower. Beds were super comfortable. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Food was good, but there are better options. The only thing I wish they had was a male therapist at the spa But a really great hotel.

The room was amazing, the staff did an excellent job at making us feel welcomed and part of the family. There were personal touches that made the stay feel like paradise and an experience we'll never forget. Luis and Hector are amazingly good at making guest feel comfortable and help with getting acclimated with the resort. We had a wonderful stay and plan to revist when we can.

The location is quite good, surrounded by high-end hotels. The air conditioning has to be on continuously; if set to auto-mode, the unit makes a huge noise when it kicks in as the room temperature rises. The mattress is too soft; my back sinks in when I lie on it.

We stayed here for two nights. Overall, the property itself is nice, but unfortunately our experience with billing and included services was disappointing. At check-in, the amount I was charged at reception was 300 pesos higher than what was stated in my official booking confirmation. I was told it was due to a different exchange rate, but the booking document clearly listed the price in Mexican pesos...

The hotel rooms, gym, and rooftop infinity pool are all new. The area is quiet, with plenty of good restaurants nearby, and Centro Historico is about 2km away. The rooms are spacious, easily accommodating a family of four! During Christmas, there's a live Christmas band in the restaurant on the first floor, creating a wonderful atmosphere.

Quite good hotel, food was great, room are clean. The hotel was connected with Sentura mall, so it easy to go to mall from my room without getting out from the hotel. I got little problem with wifi internet speed is not good enough for my mail. Some electrical socket need to be replace with new one. Overall is OK

A super good experience stay in Santa Fe.

I really enjoy staying at this chain, it always meets expectations and makes the stay super comfortable and pleasant. There was no hot water for the bathtube but I didn't call to get help as it was already too late. However, the service at the reception, room service, wi-fi, restaurant, they are all amazing employees.

Good hotel for a one time stay

Other than the shower being built in next to the toilet our stay was great just take the garbage and toilet paper out before you shower . If you are going during cold weather you may want to take another blanket. There is no ac or heater. But that is normal for Mexico.

The staff was great! I will give 5 stars to Lisbeth! She was accommodating in every sense of the way. The place needs an upgrade, overall. But if you want a place to go to sleep and that is it, then look no further. The facility is clean. You can shower with hot water. The bed is decent. There are no bugs.

Noisy, so it's better to stay on the 3rd floor, and towards the back. Also, as a suggestion to the management, it would be awesome to have at least one channel in English. The coffee and drinkable water was very welcome. I certainly would go back.

Beware if you booking the room may not look like the one on the picture.I booked two rooms one was like the one on the picture and the second was terrible, I couldn't believe that was an option, but the staff found me an other one.

We booked a hotel on a last-minute basis back in Mexico City. The price was decent for the city center. The room was large, but the facilities were a bit dated. The air conditioning was incredibly noisy! We checked in too late, so we didn't take any photos of the hotel.

The hotel is not up to W standards. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is good but basic, the spa is very small, the rooms are old.

Normally I don't comment, but at this price, you must avoid the W in Melbourne. I paid almost 4️⃣oo🔪, and when I complained to the front desk that the price and room did not match, the front desk said they received 2️⃣2️⃣o🔪. The middleman's fee is too high. Even if the price at the front desk is much better, you can choose the Hyatt next door.

TL;DR : The facility is great. The food is not good at all. Mixed feelings about service being a non-Solaris member. As another reviewer said, it was more like 3.5 star stay for me.
