Cancun, Blvd. Kukulcan km 11.5, Punta Cancun, Zona Hotelera 🧭 Map
This is already my fourth time staying at this all-inclusive hotel. It's a quiet, family-friendly hotel. If you're looking for a party, this isn't the place, but if you want to relax and enjoy an excellent, tranquil beach, it's the best option. And what can I say about the suite rooms? The best of the best! 👏🏻
Sooo... good hotel, great food. We stayed for 14 days so food is kinda repeating but it is still good quality.
Now... mini bar in room is never ever going to be refilled. I needed to call them multiple times and still not get things inthere. For some reason they really dont want to do it.
Stuff: some GREAT (huge shoutout for a few of the workers from the restaurant), while some are ignorant and dont...
The hotel staff is helpful. My only feedback concerns the limited dining hours; most options close by 11 PM, and there are only two restaurants available.
Overall, my stay at this property was positive. The food was very good, and the cocktails were excellent as well. The service was good. However, the rooms are not at all soundproofed, so any noise from outside was easily audible inside the room.
The hotel was decent, and the staff were very friendly. Our stay was fine every day, except for the last day when we were told that our meals weren't included, despite having paid for them. The receptionist insisted they weren't. They ask for a lot of tips, but that's optional – you can tip if you want, or not if you don't. It's true that at first the service is excellent, but as the days go by, if...
I was with my son there. It was all ok. The room is facing directly the sea. There is a swim up bar and another on the back side . But the buffet food is bit mundane. The whole hotel place is bit small too. But the beach and cabana is very nice.

We had the best time at Le Blanc. The service and food was amazing. We loved all the restaurants, especially Yama and Bella that served delicious dinners. The staff was great!
I’d like to give an extra Thank you to our Butlers. Saul on the 5th floor was outstanding! He was genuinely caring and always had a smile on his face. He always assisted us promptly willing to assist whenever possible with extra...
Had our first stay at Le Blanc Cancun. It was truly amazing. What makes this resort so special is it's well kept property, a tranquil beach and the top notch service provided by all the employees. It's a relaxing time for anyone who desires a beautiful view, great food and noteworthy service. It's as simple as that. Can't go without mentioning the exceptional service and kindness extended to us by...
Le Blanc delivered an incredibly relaxing, high-touch experience with standout service and some genuinely impressive dining—especially at dinner.
A huge thank you to Camila in Public Relations and Brando at the front desk, who went above and beyond helping me navigate an extra-night logistics puzzle. Their calm, proactive support made a stressful situation feel totally manageable and ultimately seamless...
Pros:
Standout spa and hydrotherapy area - highlight of the resort.
Service - everyone was attentive and welcoming.
Food was better than standard all inclusive.
Pool area was nice - we prefer the beach (you can be at a pool anywhere - why go to Mexico for a pool??)
Cons:
Really really turned off by their push to sell you a membership. We said no multiple times to the sales pitch meeting during check...
This is my second time visiting Le Blanc, and they continue to amaze me with how special they make the experience. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and went over the top to make this a memorable trip. Enrique made everything so special, having us be greeted with cocktails upon check in, surprising us with various appetizers at Yama (which was delicious by the way), and leaving us champagne in our hotel...
My sister and I had the best time here at Le Blanc! I first found this hotel on Xiaohongshu/The Little Red Book and there were some mixed reviews, some said the hotel it self was a little outdated but overall still a beautiful hotel. I'm so glad I took a chance with this hotel because our stay was magical and we are definitely coming back in the future!
Cons:
Hotel is a little old, and rooms are not...

The staff were very efficient with rooms and service at meals. There are three restaurants plus a buffet. The buffet was really good, there was alway a good food options and again service at the table was great! The hotel is smaller, the pool water was cold making it tough to utilize the swim up bar. We did see a couple cockroaches that appeared to be dead. The resort didn’t accommodate wheelchairs...
The resort is in a great location for shopping, however, we didn’t like many things about the resort itself.
Our room keeps kept deprogramming so we had to have the front desk reset them, our refrigerator in our room did not work, and the only way to book reservations at their restaurants was down. You had to use an app which “was not working” so you had to wait in line at 3:30pm to be able to make...
The staff was great along with the service. It would have been nice to have a balcony we had a family suite and their was plenty of room but the view wasn’t very spectacular
Beautiful beach. Adult pool & bar. Clean rooms. Great food - lots of international menus. Staff mostly Spanish-speaking
Staff upgraded us to a large room that was nice. The beach and pools were great. The food was notably bad but the staff were all super friendly.
Friindley staf good food vclean pools clean room really nice beach very nice shopping mall across the street

Absolutely fantastic. I can’t wait to go back. The people who work there treated us like solid gold and the property was kept very well. Great location, too.
I stay in 14-16 hotels per month all over the world. This is one of my top three favorites.
Love. Love. , love this hotel and location. Hotel staff are amazing and very responsive to guests requests inENGLISH and Spanish. Great Restaurants for days, all over the area. Safe area to walk around. Rooms re spacious and love the lighting in the rooms and auto curtains. Bathroom is luxurious.
Fairly upscale hotel in a wonderful area of Guadalajara. Close to several malls and adjacent to good restaurants and a cinema. Internet speeds were shockingly pokey for this type of lodging. But, what really stands out is the service at the morning breakfast. We were so well taken care of by Sofia in the hotel restaurant that we felt right at home and pampered!
The hospitality is top notch. For example, it was 2am and they walked me to the nearest taco stand so I could eat something. Everyone here is very respectful and helpful.
The hotel is aesthetically beautiful. The room was gorgeous and very modern in design. It is located in a nice area and there are many nice restaurants in the immediate area. However, there are a few things i found to be very lacking for a business trip. For one the ironing board included in the room is a joke. It was a tiny little table top version that was extremely difficult to use given the...
Quiet, comfortable, clean and very nice. Excellent free breakfast. Convenient location to multiple factories and facilities, because if you are in Guadalajara, you are probably here on business. The hotel is adjacent to numerous good restaurants as well. Highly recommended.

The seaside location is nice, and there are many restaurants to eat at.
I had a very difficult time with the lack of response to emails and incoherent responses regarding transportation reservations. In the end, I had to move on my own. The facilities were surprisingly good, but I wondered if they were worth the price. The cleanliness was a bit lacking. The restaurant list and the quality of the food were good. I complained about the noise from the construction in my room...

Staff was courteous. Breakfast had many options, although high-end fruits such as mango, passion fruits were not provided. There was no juice/smoothy station and no omelette station, although servers could bring items upon request. Toaster was old-styled with difficulty to retrieve bread.

We had an excellent stay. Staff is awesome, they remember your face, name , where you were touring etc. general manager was so delightful, helpful with information and suggestions , we enjoyed our conversations with him
Hotel had a champagne sabre event with appetizers in the lobby that was lovely
From the time we checked in to checkout we were taken care of our needs by butler service the room amenities are par excellence and maintained very clean the proximity to shops and tourist attractions is an added advantage. And restaurant and spa are must visit
Excellent hotel!! Love everything about it. Staff are great and restaurant is amazing.
Would definitely stay there again on my next visit to Mexico City.

Very nice, comfortable and good service - great for solo travels and with pets
Very good stay. A suitable place for layover travelers.
The location is very convenient. I arrived shortly after getting off the plane. The room was very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and hygienic. There was no odor. The sheets were also clean. It was a great hotel.
Best hotel in the area, situated in terminal 2 Mexico City airport. The breakfast is great! I definitely recommend it
The room was OK, but as usual there was no toothbrush, toothpaste or slippers. The breakfast was great and started at 05:00. The hotel is on the 6th floor of Terminal T2. There is a bar and an open-air smoking area upstairs, and of course there is also a smoking area downstairs.
Great choice for lodging at the Mexico City Airport, especially if your flights are on T2.

The hotel is very cozy and confortable, I got the junior suite room and it is far better than what I have seen in other hotels, I got very nice view to the city and a place for me, I wish I came before, since this is my first time in this hotel, so I will book here more often when being in Guadalajara, by the way, the brunch is the best buffet I have seen, they have cantaritos on your demand and...
Long weekend stay and it was perfect. Our room was beautiful, the service was exceptional and the location was perfect for us. The bartenders were particularly nice and welcoming but all the staff was great. Sunday morning there was a gentleman playing the piano at brunch. His music was so relaxing and beautiful. Highly recommend.
We stayed at the hotel for the entire weekend and appreciated the warm welcome upon arrival. The lobby was clean and stylish, and we were especially grateful to be allowed an early check-in since a room was available — a thoughtful gesture that started our stay on a positive note.

Very nice room but noisy on the Periférico road side. great room cleaning staff, great concierge and friendly reception staff.
The rooms a very clean. The staff was always friendly, helpful, efficient and anticipate my needs. I have a very positive experience that I decided to stay longer at the hotel.
There was just always a little something wrong. No hot water …no coffee, only one cup. No sugar or cream in the room, room never got just cold enough. That sort of thing.

The hotel was ok because it was close to my family but I think is kind of dated and next to a very congested area in terms of cars, but that’s Mexico City everywhere

It was a perfect stay and near UAG School of Medicine
I stayed here for two nights with my family of three. Excellent choice for the price. Safe and functional, if sparse on design. The room itself seemed relatively new, complete with USB-C ports. The only issue I encountered was the keycard for the tower won’t work for the elevator to get to the gym, so you need to ask staff for access to the gym. Overall highly recommended.
The service and everything else was above and beyond a 5 star.
It was clean, safe and great option close to the main area of Zapopan.
Lobby, restaurant, my room, and customer server were exceptional! Centric Location to UAG (you can walk to the University of Guadalajara). You are 15-17 minutes away from Andares (using Uber), hotel also has Taxi Service 24/7 and also Security. I paid for 7 days with breakfast included for two adults $700 (us dollars/Expedia). The room was amazing, the staff did an excellent job at making us feel welcomed and part of the family. There were personal touches that made the stay feel like paradise and an experience we'll never forget.

I will stay here again next time unless I can book it. It is antique and has a good atmosphere.
A historic hotel. The facilities are somewhat dated, but I had no problems staying there. There are many restaurants nearby, and the Cheonsang is within walking distance. I was very comfortable during my stay, but overall, the bathroom ventilation and drainage were a bit lacking. Other than that, it was a pretty decent stay.
The location was good and the rooms were spacious.
It's a long-established hotel so it's a bit old, but it wasn't inconvenient, and the lobby and displays throughout the hotel were like Disneyland, which is what you'd expect from such a historic hotel.
Not just here, but everywhere, amenities are minimal, so it's best to bring your own treatment, toothbrush, slippers, etc.
The hotel is wonderful but lacks maintenance and cleanliness in common areas because it takes away points from a place with so much history.

Room is good and clean. Breakfast buffet is really good and lots of varieties available. Overall very good
The location is quite good, surrounded by high-end hotels. The air conditioning has to be on continuously; if set to auto-mode, the unit makes a huge noise when it kicks in as the room temperature rises. The mattress is too soft; my back sinks in when I lie on it.
We stayed here for two nights. Overall, the property itself is nice, but unfortunately our experience with billing and included services was disappointing.

The hotel rooms, gym, and rooftop infinity pool are all new. The area is quiet, with plenty of good restaurants nearby, and Centro Historico is about 2km away. The rooms are spacious, easily accommodating a family of four! During Christmas, there's a live Christmas band in the restaurant on the first floor, creating a wonderful atmosphere.
It was the best hotel we stayed in this Mexico trip. Hotel room was clean with good air conditioning. Shower was great too. Breakfast buffet offered many choices of Mexican food and drinks.
The hotel is very new and is the best hotel for the entire trip. The breakfast is good, the front desk is very good, the room is better than expected, the soundproofing is very good, it is 2km away from the historical center, parking is free, there is a swimming pool on the roof, and the view is very good; the only drawback is that the toilet is designed a bit high, and a person with a height of 1...

Quite good hotel, food was great, room are clean. The hotel was connected with Sentura mall, so it easy to go to mall from my room without getting out from the hotel. I got little problem with wifi internet speed is not good enough for my mail. Some electrical socket need to be replace with new one. Overall is OK
Staff were friendly but difficult to be understood in English. Air conditioning not working, was "fixed" and then working too hard... Room otherwise very comfortable, good fitness center.
Overall, it was a great place to stay. The rooms were clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly. The food in the lobby restaurant was great. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area as well as a Walmart if you forgot to pack something.
The rooms are modern and clean, and the staff is friendly with a great attitude, making them very helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
However, I was disappointed with Moxaico, the restaurant inside the hotel. The food was bland and lacked flavor; the presentation could have been better. Given the restaurant's modern and upscale decor, I expected a more enjoyable dining experience.
First timer here. Only stayed a night. Lovely hotel. Bed was heavenly. Shower was therapeutic - loved it. Only reason I took a star off service was at the buffet service, waiter didn’t really do anything and was asking for a tip. American influence I guess. But tips should be discretionary and not mandatory and it should be based on service. Only thing he did was bring me water and he didn’t even bother...

Excellent staff!! They’re so accommodating and flexible. They made sure we would enjoy our stay here. And loved the food!! Food in the buffet was not the same everyday, which I really liked. Definitely recommended!!
Everything was perfect. We just had one bad dinner experience where almost all the food during dinner was over 1.5 hours before the restaurant closing time.
The room was always very clean and the staff were nice. The food was ok nothing too crazy.
Resort is good. Food was ok. Staff was courteous. You have all the amenities mentioned. Beach is accessible and beautiful.
But, this is more of a hotel than resort. Definitely not 4 stars. Very deceiving about rooms as beach view rooms has balcony but only for standing, it is not a conventional balcony. It’s a half baked experience rather than a full scale resort experience. Food could be better....
room was good, food quality specially the fish (cheapest tilapia fish was served again and again had no choice but to eat) was bad.
Think twice before booking the second trip at this location.

Good hotel for a one time stay
Other than the shower being built in next to the toilet our stay was great just take the garbage and toilet paper out before you shower . If you are going during cold weather you may want to take another blanket. There is no ac or heater. But that is normal for Mexico.
The staff was great! I will give 5 stars to Lisbeth! She was accommodating in every sense of the way. The place needs an upgrade, overall. But if you want a place to go to sleep and that is it, then look no further. The facility is clean. You can shower with hot water. The bed is decent. There are no bugs.
Noisy, so it's better to stay on the 3rd floor, and towards the back.
Also, as a suggestion to the management, it would be awesome to have at least one channel in English. The coffee and drinkable water was very welcome. I certainly would go back.
Beware if you booking the room may not look like the one on the picture.I booked two rooms one was like the one on the picture and the second was terrible, I couldn't believe that was an option, but the staff found me an other one.
This is the minimum you will get in terms of hotel. Don’t expect wonders and you’ll be fine
