Hotel is clean and ideally located right at at large shopping mall. The staff is friendly and for breakfast they have a live cooking station where you can get your egg dishes and pancakes and such. The gym is spacious but lacks some equipment like a lat station or at least a power rack. The room is nice and clean, only the water pressure is a bit feeble.

We always love staying at the Fiesta Inn—especially the Fiesta Inn Express Puebla Explanada! The location is perfect, with so many fun things to do at the mall for the whole family. Clean room, clean shower, but flooring needs updating. It smells dusty and old. The breakfast buffet is good, but very overpriced. The location is not that close to centro historico. Don’t expect to walk there easily. The pool is warm, and the jacuzzis are nice, but very understaffed and people overstay the hot tubs and don’t allow people to enjoy them.

Beautiful hotel! We stayed here for a competition in the area and the hotel was really nice! We utilized the pool, gym and the restaurant inside the hotel. They even had a nice park for the kids to play. I loved that we were on the 1st floor and had a pool view. We really enjoyed our stay! For the restaurant, you could choose either the buffet or order from the menu.

Located close to the airport, it's suitable for business travelers with layovers. Breakfast is simple, and room service would be nice. However, although the room has a window, it can't be opened, and the air quality is poor.

I stayed for 4 days in a row, and asked to change to a single room halfway through. The room type 02 was close to the main road, and there was a bar nearby. The DJ was roaring until early in the morning, and I couldn't sleep at all. I asked to change to another room type in the early morning before I finally fell asleep! This is a great hotel if your goal is to go to the Akron Stadium. You can cross the road, take the metro for one stop, get off, and walk to the stadium which is about 30 minutes (very doable). There is an oxxo near by and Subway and Mexican restaurant in the same plaza. To go the cathedral or other restaurants, you will need to uber.

Great Location Another good stay. The personnel are the best always there to help. The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. There are things that need attention though. The people working there are so pleasant and gracious, but there are not enough to give good service in the restaurant.

WiFi connection needs to improve and they do not have a work center or a place in the room for you to work. The staff was very friendly and they offered me a table at the restaurant but it did not have a place to plug in and the WiFi was terrible.

there is a trance club nearby, you can hear music from there on Friday and Saturday until 5 am. there are a lot of dogs, they bark constantly because their owners leave them alone

The only issue was the bed.  We ended up on a full size bed.  In Mexico “matrimonial” is not a Queen size bed it’s a full size bed.  Make sure you request a King size, especially if that’s what you have at home.

Highly recommend this hotel after a two-night stay! The breakfast restaurant upstairs overlooks Constitution Square, and the dinner service is always busy. The hotel staff are professionally trained and provide excellent service. The surrounding facilities are excellent, with a shopping mall nearby. Daily service is excellent for Melbourne, with prompt feedback on issues. The air conditioning in the room doesn't have a heating function, so you have to rely on the air heater. Breakfast includes milk, yogurt, coffee, fruit, oatmeal, bread, and four or five main dishes. Overall a good stay for a short term stay. However, the bathroom needed extra cleaning. Most notably the bath tub look a bit old/dirty. Did not feel comfortable using.

The room was clean, but there is no additional room service once you check in. The hotel feels safe as far as being limited to only your assigned floor. It’s inconvenient to have to use your room card for light especially when you both have to step out.

On my first day living in the sink, the water couldn't flow down, so I had to exert a lot of effort to open the sink! I live on the seventh floor and it happened to be raining and there were two leaks! I don't want to trouble them! I use trash cans and towels to keep out the water. I was very pleased with the staff. Aside from being very polite one of them went above and beyond. My son had a fever and the employee offered to drive to the nearest pharmacy to get medication. That speaks very loud of the staff in this hotel. My experience was very delightful.
