We enjoy one night stay in this hotel. What I don’t like from the room was that doesn’t have microwave, doesn’t have a small fridge or heat control I just see a cool thermostat . The bathroom was clean thwart have cool and hot water. I went with my family, they have a good staff service, good breakfast. I think the coffee could be better. The view from the room I liked.

The location is very accessible to the Mexico City Arena, the hotel is perfect within the shopping plaza because you find many places to eat without leaving or exposing yourself, I am dissatisfied with the cleanliness since I hadn't realized until the next morning that there was a false eyelash!! That clearly wasn't mine, that left me with a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness.

We had great service at The Avani. Abraham, Erik, Andres and Jose took great care of us at dinner and in the bar. The only thing that I would say needs improvement is the check-in process. The girl was very pleasant, but it took forever with the system.

Great hotel with excellent service. Convient for both airport and Puerto Morelos (well worth a visit for beach and food). Sadly didn't get a chance to use pool but it looked good. Avani is a beautiful modern hotel. We only stayed for one night. Close to the mall, which was a bonus. On check-in, the staff were gathering in groups, not really interested in checking in guests. There seemed to be a goodbye party for a staff member, so they were distracted. All in all, the room and beds were perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel is well located next to the huge shopping mall of Santa Fe. The room was clean and staff were polite. It is somewhat of an old hotel, or maybe they just haven't invested money in remodeling it. Rooms are OK, clean as they should be. Don't expect free parking, they'll charge by the night around $6 USD. The breakfast buffet is terrible and overpriced. The complete experience at the hotel is overpriced for what it is.

The breakfast at the hotel is great, delicious and has hot dishes. The breakfast on the first day coincided with Mother's Day in Mexico. The hotel also gave us a rose 🌹, and the chef gave us two freshly made tacos. The cheese tart is delicious. Although the hotel accommodation is average, the breakfast is really delicious. It is relatively not far from the hotel to go shopping and eat.

The staff were very helpful, but the hotel app wasn't working, which was inconvenient. I wanted to change a restaurant reservation, but when I canceled it, I couldn't make another reservation. It was an all-inclusive resort, but I didn't realize there was a limit to the number of restaurant reservations I could make until I got there. The room is a bit old and not suitable for the elderly. There are too many ups and downs.

Hotel is clean and ideally located right at at large shopping mall. The staff is friendly and for breakfast they have a live cooking station where you can get your egg dishes and pancakes and such. The gym is spacious but lacks some equipment like a lat station or at least a power rack. The room is nice and clean, only the water pressure is a bit feeble.

This is a beautiful hotel. We stayed with our little fur baby and had a wonderful experience. There are two parks nearby and a pharmacy as well. We absolutely love this hotel and stay here every time we visit Guadalajara.

It is a very noisy hotel, that beautiful inner hall in the middle of the building serves as a sound amplifier for everything that happens at the bar & restaurant, terrible any day of the week. If you are light sleeper this is not your hotel. For the rest, good food, friendly staff and clean. Great location if your visiting the EXPO.

This is a great hotel if your goal is to go to the Akron Stadium. You can cross the road, take the metro for one stop, get off, and walk to the stadium which is about 30 minutes (very doable). There is an oxxo near by and Subway and Mexican restaurant in the same plaza. To go the cathedral or other restaurants, you will need to uber.

Great Location Another good stay. The personnel are the best always there to help. The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. There are things that need attention though. The people working there are so pleasant and gracious, but there are not enough to give good service in the restaurant.

The experience wasn't great. The hotel is quite old, and the facilities are outdated. The room had a musty smell; we stayed there for eight days and slept with that musty odor every night, which I don't think is good for our health. The air conditioning was also old, and the ventilation system was poor. I suggest the hotel make some improvements.

The hotel offers airport shuttle service, but it's difficult to find the shuttle bus from the airport. The location is a bit awkward, halfway between the airport and the city center. The room is spacious, but I wish the coffee cups were ceramic instead of paper cups.

We booked this last minute, and it was a really nice place to stay with two young children. It is right by the beach. It also has two pools, and a zero entry water park. The surrounding facilities are excellent, with a shopping mall nearby. Daily service is excellent for Melbourne, with prompt feedback on issues. The air conditioning in the room doesn't have a heating function, so you have to rely on the air heater. Breakfast includes milk, yogurt, coffee, fruit, oatmeal, bread, and four or five main dishes.
