The room facilities are old, but still convenient to use. It is a suite with a sofa bed in the living room. It is convenient to travel around.

Room service came very late (5pm). The room was large, but poorly maintained. The carpet was stained and in poor condition. All the furniture was very old and scratched.

Good for a Short Stay The hotel is fine if you’re in town for a quick trip. It provides the basics you need—clean rooms and a decent place to rest. The breakfast is a bit limited and could be improved, and the service is just OK, nothing remarkable. That said, everything else is fine, and I would still recommend it mainly because it’s clean and functional. A solid option for a short stay.

The hotel has a great location with many excellent restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the front desk service was excellent. However, the rooms facing the street were a bit noisy, with constant noise from cars.

The windows were completely sealed shut and couldn't be opened. The room smelled terrible when I first entered, making me dizzy. It took a while to feel a little better after the air conditioner had been running for a long time and the door was left open. The elevator was also very old and slow. Overall it's average, about the level of the most common budget hotels in China. It's convenient for transportation and close to supporting facilities (Walmart, bars, Chinese restaurants are all nearby).

Every time I come to Mexico, I will choose this place first. The breakfast is rich and the service staff is enthusiastic.

The hotel environment and rooms are great. It's very close to the embassy and very safe. Surrounded by villas in wealthy areas, you can ask the hotel to help you take a taxi when traveling, which is very convenient!

Maintenance overall. The pool area doesn't look like the picture; the pool was dirty, and the bathroom in the bedroom was not clean. I was expecting much more for the price I paid.

The staff was incredibly kind when I came in early from a redeye at 8 AM. They allowed me to hang out in the sky lounge until a room was ready at 10:30.

It needs some maintenance. You can hear everything from one room to another and also the music from a bar outside the property.

The pool was had a grate view of the city. The staff at the pool were all very friendly and professional.

This is a really beautiful newer hotel in Oaxaca. It’s away from noise but easily walkable to the city center. The rooms were quiet and had an amazing shower. Beds were super comfortable. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Food was good, but there are better options. The only thing I wish they had was a male therapist at the spa But a really great hotel.

We received an upgrade for our room, it included free breakfast and free beverages and food in the afternoon. The room was very comfortable. The beds amazing.

******* offered dog friendly room, which was more expensive than normal room. When registering, hotel staff indicated that dog friendly room does not include pet fee, so they charged an added cash fee.

Everything was good I just wanted to say the shower faucet didn’t work properly.

I liked that the hotel appears to be soundproofed—the rooms are spacious and clean. However, the small windows in each room can make it feel a bit closed in. That said, the restaurant, pool, and surrounding amenities contribute to a comfortable and cozy stay.

We stayed at Royal reforma last time and it was an awesome experience. Everything was perfect, from the facilities to the service. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.

Overall it's good. The soundproofing is not very good and the waiter came a little early in the morning.

The location is very central. The hotel is not bad. It's in a safe area and very close to public transportation.

The Hotel Stay was very good, unfortunately the outside location at night is not very pleasant

Room was not given a good cleaning floor was untouched, bathroom amenities were lessened. No had towels or wash cloth or floor towel,even when asked for them.

Not a safe location. No one is out on the street at night. Rooms were clean but bathroom and shower had a funky smell to it.

Very close to the airport, and the environment is quite good too.

The hotel has great location if you have an early flight back specially. They have a very convenient free shuttle to the airport.

Everything was extremely clean and well maintained — the restaurant, rooms, pool, dining areas, and gym. The location is also very convenient since it’s close to the airport, which made transportation really easy. I would highly recommend this place for business travelers or anyone who needs a comfortable and clean stay near the airport.

The hotel is very convenient for the airport terminals and car rentals. The communal areas such as the restaurant and rooftop bar were very nice. The overall experience is not to the same standard as other Hilton hotels.  The rooms were big, nicely decorated and clean but there was a distinct smell of cigarettes from previous guests which was not pleasant. Small parking, no place for big cars, no slippers in the room. The hotel itself is new and well equipped. Cool internal yard with cafe Shower and toilet was good. Amenities also great. Sound proof also fine.

I checked in 2-3 days late due to emergency and they said all 4 nights bookings were cancelled, even I still have two more nights to stay. They refused to refund as well, so I just paid for an half day stay cause I was supposed to have a flight at night and they charged almost full, receptionist was never kind to tell me that difference is just little for an overnight stay. So decided to stay overnight...

Location and Hotel in general is great! Room city views are beautiful. Shared amenities with Double Tree, swimming pool has extra cost. Some personnel attitude a little dissapointing. Overall a nice experience.

Good hotel, easy access but not a lot of things around in walking distance. Very clean rooms, amenities as expected. Recommended to ask for upper floors to Avoid noise from restaurants nearby.

The hotel d environment is comfortable facing the beach, and the restaurant breakfast established rich like to wake up to see the sea in the beach can roam freely. But the hotel facilities are more dusty.

It was nice to spend a vacation. We stayed in the ocean front view room, so we just stayed in our room the whole day. Some of our room's amenities were not working at all... the scale and stand right.

Wifi works this time 😝 (Stay in 2024) I book the hotel through the marriott app and chatted with the reception to tell her of my requests before arrival. We stayed here for two days, and it was average compared to our hotel stays. Personally, I did not like the location because it lacked lighting across the street. The rooms are great, except for the view we had. I also had to run down to the lobby to reactivate my room keys, which was annoying.

Refrigerator in room 1010 was barely cold.. 30% of front desk staff was friendly the other 70% are ‘efficient, too serious and barely accommodating to request made by a colleague. The evening staff (older woman) was kind, efficient and friendly.

We were in town to visit friends, and the hotel room price was reasonable for the quality of the property. The food was excellent - especially the daily breakfast buffet. The variety and quality of food items were amazing at a reasonable price. The entire staff were very attentive - the reception desk at check in and check out, the restaurant servers, and housekeeping all were excellent.

Night clerk was excellent in customer service and helpful. My only issue is the card key that would get locked and had to constantly go down stair to get it clear.

Bussines trip The hotel is very far from downtown ( it will take 45-1 hour to get there so if looking to go around we aware that you have very few options nearby. The bathrooms although clean have deteriorated fixtures, toilet paper holder was not attached to the wall and was falling all the time, the iron had a retracting cable than won’t stay our and even after we asked for a new one it was not replaced...

Property under construction, no visible signs for the entrance, the room was ok, the shower head was pouring water all over, the drain was clogged. I advised the front desk, nothing was done. No vip upgrade for room nor service, we were interrupted several times during breakfast trying to charge me for a service that it was included!! A hot mess, one said one thing, another person another thing...

Not bad, not bad. Now there are some buildings being built outside and there are shops making noise. It is near the industrial area.
