It was a perfect stay and near UAG School of Medicine
I stayed here for two nights with my family of three. Excellent choice for the price. Safe and functional, if sparse on design. The room itself seemed relatively new, complete with USB-C ports. The only issue I encountered was the keycard for the tower won’t work for the elevator to get to the gym, so you need to ask staff for access to the gym. Overall highly recommended.
The service and everything else was above and beyond a 5 star.
It was clean, safe and great option close to the main area of Zapopan.
Lobby, restaurant, my room, and customer server were exceptional! Centric Location to UAG (you can walk to the University of Guadalajara). You are 15-17 minutes away from Andares (using Uber), hotel also has Taxi Service 24/7 and also Security. I paid for 7 days with breakfast included for two adults $700 (us dollars/Expedia). Pool was under repair but you can use the other Holiday Inn’s pool. Front...
The breakfast was good and fresh every day. It was also included in my package that was an option it help me. The service staff great. I recommend these hotel. The only thing I don't like was the shower because the water run out because the door do not close completely I have to put a towel every day on the floor to avoid accident. But overall is good.

Good for a Short Stay
The hotel is fine if you’re in town for a quick trip. It provides the basics you need—clean rooms and a decent place to rest. The breakfast is a bit limited and could be improved, and the service is just OK, nothing remarkable.
That said, everything else is fine, and I would still recommend it mainly because it’s clean and functional. A solid option for a short stay.
The hotel has a great location with many excellent restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the front desk service was excellent. However, the rooms facing the street were a bit noisy, with constant noise from cars.
The windows were completely sealed shut and couldn't be opened. The room smelled terrible when I first entered, making me dizzy. It took a while to feel a little better after the air conditioner had been running for a long time and the door was left open.
The elevator was also very old and slow.
The bathroom didn't have a shower curtain, so after showering, the entire floor was soaked and wouldn...
Overall it's average, about the level of the most common budget hotels in China. It's convenient for transportation and close to supporting facilities (Walmart, bars, Chinese restaurants are all nearby).
Hotel all the staffs are very nice and friendly. Hotel is at good location, and near lots of places.
Don’t worry, the room is big and the breakfast is OK

The lobby features art displays, and the B1 restaurant offers good food and excellent service. There's a rooftop swimming pool with views of distant mountains and residential areas on the hillside.
The surrounding area is relatively safe, and there's a supermarket nearby.
We happened to be there when a football team was staying, and security guards were maintaining order among the fans.

Very hyena-like option pays to stay
Every time I come to Mexico, I will choose this place first. The breakfast is rich and the service staff is enthusiastic.
Nice , very nice! Great hotel.
Awesome food and services. Highly recommended!
The hotel environment and rooms are great. It's very close to the embassy and very safe. Surrounded by villas in wealthy areas, you can ask the hotel to help you take a taxi when traveling, which is very convenient!
Great hidden oasis in the heart of Guadelajara. Also Pele once stayed here. Rooms are super comfortable and spacious. Pool was nice and warm. They are currently upgrading some rooms around the pool, but we never heard any construction. Great stay.
Ordinary, OK. A little better than the Express Hotel. But this hotel is not new.
This hotel has very good facilities, delicious breakfast, and thoughtful service. There is a large supermarket in front of it with a variety of Mexican products. I like it very much. There is a commercial center nearby with a lot of snacks. There is also a courier company nearby, which is very convenient for sending things... Not bad, I will stay here next time...
The hotel is relatively old, but the service is very good, making people feel warm and comfortable. The air conditioner in the room is quite noisy, and the location is a little off, but it is quiet and safe, and the cost performance is there
The room has a bit of smell, the breakfast is good, short trip can be refunded
The hotel service is warm, clean and tidy, the suite is spacious, the hotel location is excellent, the room cleaning staff is also very friendly, the front desk service is ok, they will help you park the car without having to park it yourself. The room price is also very affordable, cost-effective!
Maintenance overall. The pool area doesn't look like the picture; the pool was dirty, and the bathroom in the bedroom was not clean. I was expecting much more for the price I paid.
The staff was incredibly kind when I came in early from a redeye at 8 AM. They allowed me to hang out in the sky lounge until a room was ready at 10:30.
It needs some maintenance. You can hear everything from one room to another and also the music from a bar outside the property.
The pool was had a grate view of the city. The staff at the pool were all very friendly and professional.
Beautiful hotel and view. Location felt safe. The bar by the pool was pricey and the drinks weren’t that good.
Excellent location close to many dining options. The house keeping services could be better, I ran out of soap and shampoo and had to request hangers.
******* offered dog friendly room, which was more expensive than normal room. When registering, hotel staff indicated that dog friendly room does not include pet fee, so they charged an added cash fee.
Room was clean and the staff very nice and helpful
Very old. Needs renovation and maintenance urgently.
Loved everything. Great staff and great location
Everything was good I just wanted to say the shower faucet didn’t work properly.
I liked that the hotel appears to be soundproofed—the rooms are spacious and clean. However, the small windows in each room can make it feel a bit closed in. That said, the restaurant, pool, and surrounding amenities contribute to a comfortable and cozy stay.
We stayed at Royal reforma last time and it was an awesome experience.
Everything was perfect, from the facilities to the service.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.
Great hotel good service excellent location loved the upper deck
Overall it's good. The soundproofing is not very good and the waiter came a little early in the morning.
The location is very central. The hotel is not bad. It's in a safe area and very close to public transportation.
Highly recommended if you decide to find a hotel near this area. Service and environment is very comfortable, room size is big too

The Hotel Stay was very good, unfortunately the outside location at night is not very pleasant
Room was not given a good cleaning floor was untouched, bathroom amenities were lessened. No had towels or wash cloth or floor towel, even when asked for them.
Not a safe location. No one is out on the street at night. Rooms were clean but bathroom and shower had a funky smell to it.
Just okay. Defiantly get what you pay for here. Great location if you want to be close to markets and the central Part of Guadalajara.
THE SECOND DAY THEY DIDN'T LEAVE US WATER OR COFFEE. I HAD TO SPEAK TO RECEPTION, BUT EVERYTHING ELSE WAS FINE.

It’s ok. It’s good. Not as “Hilton” should be though 🤷♂️
I checked in 2-3 days late due to emergency and they said all 4 nights bookings were cancelled, even I still have two more nights to stay. They refused to refund as well, so I just paid for an half day stay cause I was supposed to have a flight at night and they charged almost full, receptionist was never kind to tell me that difference is just little for an overnight stay. So decided to stay overnight...
Location and Hotel in general is great! Room city views are beautiful.
Shared amenities with Double Tree, swimming pool has extra cost.
Some personnel attitude a little dissapointing.
Overall a nice experience.
Good hotel, easy access but not a lot of things around in walking distance. Very clean rooms, amenities as expected. Recommended to ask for upper floors to
Avoid noise from restaurants nearby.

Some amenities a bit outdated, but would come back for the lovely stuff, and nice food and drinks.
The hotel d environment is comfortable facing the beach, and the restaurant breakfast established rich like to wake up to see the sea in the beach can roam freely. But the hotel facilities are more dusty.
I highly recommend Oleo Cancun. We had a fantastic time from start to finish. The hotel is not big but rather medium but is the ideal size if you prefer to stay away from those massive resorts that feel more like malls than hotels. However our room was quite spacious with lot of storages and a beautifull view, The staff was extremely friendly and not pushy at all, which was greatly appreciated.

It was nice to spend a vacation. We stayed in the ocean front view room, so we just stayed in our room the whole day. Some of our room's amenities were not working at all... the scale and stand right.
Provide more night activities.
Great resort! Enjoyed our stay at oleo Cancun playa. Will be back again
Room was clean and quiet. Easy walk to restaurants and sites.
The hotel provides a fridge and kettle. The hotel is just yards away from several bus routes that will take you to the Renfe train station, sightseeing and shopping. It is about 500 meters to the Palacio del Infantado and a bit further the Cathedral, parks and historic area. The museum of Guadajara is not to be missed. AC hotel is a good base for visiting Siguenza and Alcala de Henares via train...
Updated Review**
I stayed here again and everything was good. Wifi works this time 😝
(Stay in 2024)
I book the hotel through the marriott app and chatted with the reception to tell her of my requests before arrival.
So upon arrival, checking in was smooth and quick. The receptions are well verse in english, so that makes communication really easy.
I totally love the curvy layout of the building...
Everything perfect
Nice and clean
Just feel little bit lack of lights
Functional hotel that provided a clean place to sleep with a comfortable bed and decent shower. Morning breakfast was included in the rate and that was a nice touch. The location is a bit dated but I like the architecture of the building. Not a bad place to sleep in GDL.
I'm not happy to give an AC Marriott three stars. The biggest offender is that it is not to par with AC Marriotts around the world. I've always had flawless experiences. This one has non working wi fi and no urgency to fix it (I was never contacted about my message on how to fix it).
If the hotel can not respond to Bonvoy app messages, then turn it off or set auto reply to contact front desk.

Great location. Exceeded our expectations as our room was upgraded and we were offered free breakfast. Excellent breakfast. Stayed 5 nights. Highly recommended. We will come back to stay again.
Great hotel at a great location! Walking distance to many must-see Mexico City places such as Templo Mayor Museum, Constitution Plaza, Palacio Postal, Palacio de Bellas Artes, etc. Roomy room with toilet and shower in separate rooms. Nice breakfast with many food choices.
I had a great stay at the Hilton Reforma in Mexico City while celebrating the birthday of my girlfriend. The staff made the experience feel special with very good and attentive service throughout my stay.
The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a great view and high-quality amenities. Everything was well maintained and met the high standards I expect from Hilton.

We stayed here for two days, and it was average compared to our hotel stays. Personally, I did not like the location because it lacked lighting across the street.
The rooms are great, except for the view we had. I also had to run down to the lobby to reactivate my room keys, which was annoying.
The location is very good, walkding distances to many attractions.
Staff is nice and helpful. Will choose the hotel at next time
Wow. This Holiday inn is getting an unusual five-star review a full 2 days before I check out. I was here for four nights on a long weekend getaway from San Francisco California. Everything about this stay was top quality. Check in was a breeze. The staff could not have been more professional and helpful. The room, room 511, far exceeded expectations. It's a large room. It’s not worth 1k per night. Decor is nice but nothing is happening. The morning activities are always booked so you can never join a pilates class. There was no events except once on a thursday DJ. A lot of families with young kids. Breakfast is included but water is not you always need to pay for water, there is no tap water which doesn’t make sense. A Truly Restorative Stay — Our Home Away From Home
This was our second time staying here, and we would absolutely return again. From the moment we arrived, it felt like coming home. It’s the perfect place to recharge.
We were welcomed with a delicious, health-conscious drink that set the tone for the rest of our stay. The front-desk staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely kind.
The rooms are beautiful...
Inadequate lighting in bedroom
No coffee facilities in bedroom
Erratic hot water
Very limited choice of menus for the included breakfast. A pimple granola and fruit was a chargeable extra
Very high drinks prices. $25 for a glass of house wine
Very hard to find one’s way around the property with very little signage
$300 charge for taxi to Cancun

Very good vibe, good location, lovely rooms. Excellent stay.
This hotel has a really great vibe. The staff are very nice. They offer free yoga classes and bowl therapy. There's a seaside restaurant. Sitting by the sea with a cold drink and enjoying the breeze is so relaxing 😌. The only downside is that taxis are quite expensive in Tulum (you can't use Uber; it's monopolized by one company).

centrally located, newly renovated, very clean. had a good stay
It's good to go out with friends, but it's a bit expensive
Overall, it's good. Unfortunately, the hotel restaurant is under renovation this time and we can't enjoy the buffet breakfast.
The breakfast is terrible, but the service attitude is good
The hotel is quite old and should have used air freshener, which felt a bit pungent.
Facilities: Good
Sanitation: Good
Environment: Quiet and convenient. There is a shopping mall and supermarket next to it. There are many restaurants.
Service: Good

Great location if you are doing business in the area, with a park and mall within walking distance.
the hotel and rooms are very cold in the winter. The heating in the room did not work properly. Too cold (16 degrees C) to be comfortable in the hotel and room.
In general very good and customer services. Good early check in
The environment, facilities and food are worth the price.
For business travel, the hotel is generally average, but the location is good, the exhibition hall is across the road, very convenient
Incredible everything!!
The only thing missing is staff...

This is an older hotel but kept clean. I have tried the food in the restaurant twice and I was not impressed, so I eat elsewhere.
Clean, cute rooms. Bathroom a bit outdated, but good beds and it was quiet for us. Great view on tenth floor. My kids loved the shallow area of the pool (even in January). Great location to walk or short taxi rides to destinations. If you want something with a mix of western amenities with Mexican charm, it's a good place to stay. Restaurant was a bit expensive for us personally, but room price was...
Great staff, and room was clean along with great house keeping and location is really nice
The breakfast menu was very fresh food and it had an amazing variety of dishes to choose from.
Refrigerator in room 1010 was barely cold..
30% of front desk staff was friendly the other 70% are ‘efficient, too serious and barely accommodating to request made by a colleague. The evening staff (older woman) was kind, efficient and friendly.
Room was very clean. Comfortable bed. Staff are great. The restaurant is great for breakfast. The location is excellent.

The hotel was well-located and the staff were kind. Unfortunately, the shower drain was not properly installed and sewage gases would fill the whole hotel room. The hotel cleaners tried to mask the odour by liberally spraying a room deodorizer. The pool, although shallow, was perfect for cooling off.
overall a lovely stay with some feedback below
pros
• we loved the pool, was usually empty so had it to ourselves. surrounded by greenery and relatively clean (some leaves floating but it is to be expected)
• nice room, with a separate living area with a sofa and coffee table. huge bed as well
• daily housekeeping, the room was well maintained
• such a peaceful location just outside the centre, felt...
A fun concept and the design was great. Terrific service!! Needs refreshing i.e. towels are stained and a little bit shredded. Our room had a large stain right above the bed and the plunge pool-which was the big draw in the first place-wasn’t very clean. I would definitely recommend-but I’d also recommend the owners bring a little rigor to the upkeep.
Great staff. Enormous amount of mosquitoes, wish there was something done about that or atleast offer or sell repellant.
Breakfast included is also a plus & location also.
I would come back but with a lot of mosquito repellent 😅
The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. I highly recommended this please if you’re visiting Merida however is not very close to centro but a nice walk!!!
We had a fantastic room with a private little yard and pool that we loved - the breakfast was great and the staff was so nice . We also got massages which were perfect . The hotel pool and grounds were also really nice !

The hotel was in the middle of construction works and there were numerous problems. No hot water for 2 days (depending on the location of the room), no WIFI, poor attention to customer's needs (reported a TV remote control that wasnt working, nothing was done about it). I would not stay here again.
The room was worn. Not as nice as to lower cost hotels that I was forced to stay at due to my original reservation at the Wyndham being cancelled prior to my arrival. The staff was rather unapologetic for the cancellation and offered no assistance. Location is being remodeled. It is a noisy location due to the foot traffic at street level and a ground level "pre-lobby" that is open to the exterior...
I wish I knew the property was under renovation. The truth is unavoidably an inconvenient property at this time.
Property is going through renovation. Loud and limited elevator service. Hot and cold water in shower was unpredictable
Water would change to hot and cold while taking a shower!
Power would go out!!
Overall 5/10 rating!
Very good location, next to the Andares mall. Facilities could be better.
Hi staff was great except the cleaning lady’s were super loud every morning that was very not ok I did not appreciate that at all … other then that everything was good ..
It's very clean and spacious. Walkable distance to the main street.
My trip was excellent. The hotel's location was a 10/10, the service was excellent, and the staff was very attentive and courteous.
The rooms were comfortable, clean, and a good size—everything was excellent.
The hotel is too old and the equipment is old. The facilities in the room made me feel uncomfortable. Maybe I prefer trendy, simple, clean and hygienic hotels.
Except for the old location, it is very good
The room is rather old style, you hear some ambient noise all the time.
