It was a perfect stay and near UAG School of Medicine

I stayed here for two nights with my family of three. Excellent choice for the price. Safe and functional, if sparse on design. The room itself seemed relatively new, complete with USB-C ports. The only issue I encountered was the keycard for the tower won’t work for the elevator to get to the gym, so you need to ask staff for access to the gym. Overall highly recommended.

The service and everything else was above and beyond a 5 star.

It was clean, safe and great option close to the main area of Zapopan.

The breakfast was good and fresh every day. It was also included in my package that was an option it help me. The service staff great. I recommend these hotel. The only thing I don't like was the shower because the water run out because the door do not close completely I have to put a towel every day on the floor to avoid accident. But overall is good.

Good for a Short Stay The hotel is fine if you’re in town for a quick trip. It provides the basics you need—clean rooms and a decent place to rest. The breakfast is a bit limited and could be improved, and the service is just OK, nothing remarkable. That said, everything else is fine, and I would still recommend it mainly because it’s clean and functional. A solid option for a short stay.

The hotel has a great location with many excellent restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the front desk service was excellent. However, the rooms facing the street were a bit noisy, with constant noise from cars.

The windows were completely sealed shut and couldn't be opened. The room smelled terrible when I first entered, making me dizzy. Overall it's average, about the level of the most common budget hotels in China. It's convenient for transportation and close to supporting facilities (Walmart, bars, Chinese restaurants are all nearby).

The hotel environment and rooms are great. It's very close to the embassy and very safe. Surrounded by villas in wealthy areas, you can ask the hotel to help you take a taxi when traveling, which is very convenient!

Great hidden oasis in the heart of Guadelajara. Also Pele once stayed here. Rooms are super comfortable and spacious. Pool was nice and warm. They are currently upgrading some rooms around the pool, but we never heard any construction. Great stay.

This hotel has very good facilities, delicious breakfast, and thoughtful service. There is a large supermarket in front of it with a variety of Mexican products. I like it very much. The hotel service is warm, clean and tidy, the suite is spacious, the hotel location is excellent, the room cleaning staff is also very friendly, the front desk service is ok, they will help you park the car without having to park it yourself. Maintenance overall. The pool area doesn't look like the picture; the pool was dirty, and the bathroom in the bedroom was not clean. I was expecting much more for the price I paid.

The staff was incredibly kind when I came in early from a redeye at 8 AM. They allowed me to hang out in the sky lounge until a room was ready at 10:30.

It needs some maintenance. You can hear everything from one room to another and also the music from a bar outside the property.

The pool was had a grate view of the city. The staff at the pool were all very friendly and professional.

I liked that the hotel appears to be soundproofed—the rooms are spacious and clean. However, the small windows in each room can make it feel a bit closed in. That said, the restaurant, pool, and surrounding amenities contribute to a comfortable and cozy stay.

We stayed at Royal reforma last time and it was an awesome experience. Everything was perfect, from the facilities to the service. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.

Room was not given a good cleaning floor was untouched, bathroom amenities were lessened. No had towels or wash cloth or floor towel,even when asked for them.

Not a safe location. No one is out on the street at night. Rooms were clean but bathroom and shower had a funky smell to it.

They refused to refund as well, so I just paid for an half day stay cause I was supposed to have a flight at night and they charged almost full, receptionist was never kind to tell me that difference is just little for an overnight stay. Location and Hotel in general is great! Room city views are beautiful. Shared amenities with Double Tree, swimming pool has extra cost. Some personnel attitude a little dissapointing. Overall a nice experience.

Good hotel, easy access but not a lot of things around in walking distance. Very clean rooms, amenities as expected. Recommended to ask for upper floors to Avoid noise from restaurants nearby.

The hotel d environment is comfortable facing the beach, and the restaurant breakfast established rich like to wake up to see the sea in the beach can roam freely. But the hotel facilities are more dusty.

It was nice to spend a vacation. We stayed in the ocean front view room, so we just stayed in our room the whole day. Some of our room's amenities were not working at all... the scale and stand right.

We stayed here for two days, and it was average compared to our hotel stays. Personally, I did not like the location because it lacked lighting across the street. The rooms are great, except for the view we had. I also had to run down to the lobby to reactivate my room keys, which was annoying.

Very good vibe, good location, lovely rooms. Excellent stay.

This hotel has a really great vibe. The staff are very nice. They offer free yoga classes and bowl therapy. There's a seaside restaurant. Sitting by the sea with a cold drink and enjoying the breeze is so relaxing 😌. The only downside is that taxis are quite expensive in Tulum (you can't use Uber; it's monopolized by one company).

Refrigerator in room 1010 was barely cold.. 30% of front desk staff was friendly the other 70% are ‘efficient, too serious and barely accommodating to request made by a colleague. The evening staff (older woman) was kind, efficient and friendly.

The hotel was well-located and the staff were kind. Unfortunately, the shower drain was not properly installed and sewage gases would fill the whole hotel room. The hotel cleaners tried to mask the odour by liberally spraying a room deodorizer. The pool, although shallow, was perfect for cooling off.

A fun concept and the design was great. Terrific service!! Needs refreshing i.e. towels are stained and a little bit shredded. Our room had a large stain right above the bed and the plunge pool-which was the big draw in the first place-wasn’t very clean. I would definitely recommend-but I’d also recommend the owners bring a little rigor to the upkeep.

Great staff. Enormous amount of mosquitoes, wish there was something done about that or atleast offer or sell repellant. Breakfast included is also a plus & location also. I would come back but with a lot of mosquito repellent 😅

We had a fantastic room with a private little yard and pool that we loved - the breakfast was great and the staff was so nice . We also got massages which were perfect . The hotel pool and grounds were also really nice !

The hotel was in the middle of construction works and there were numerous problems. No hot water for 2 days (depending on the location of the room), no WIFI, poor attention to customer's needs (reported a TV remote control that wasnt working, nothing was done about it). I would not stay here again.

The room was worn. Not as nice as to lower cost hotels that I was forced to stay at due to my original reservation at the Wyndham being cancelled prior to my arrival. The staff was rather unapologetic for the cancellation and offered no assistance. Location is being remodeled. The hotel is too old and the equipment is old. The facilities in the room made me feel uncomfortable. Maybe I prefer trendy, simple, clean and hygienic hotels.
