I hope hotel staff will be more polite with guests as many bookings are indirect and they should respect and honor the commitments as described in bookings.
Hotel was just ok, booked it thinking it being a palace it would be of higher standard, this was not the case. Food was good but no wow factor anywhere. Room was nice but bedding was lacking,I am an early riser and early to bed which doesn't work at this resort as entertainment starts late and goes on late...pool staff did do an excellent job with drink service, beach is small but sand is soft and clean...
Stayed at this resort with family members. outstanding stay. the thing that rises above all is the service and food. the most helpful people from front desk, to waiters and waitresses and bar staff. Everyone offering to help. The food was outstanding and everything tasted great. Huge selection but I did eat in the black and white steak house 5 of the 7 days. Surf and turf outstanding. I am a 69 year...
Everything at the resort was really good (well, Abba show not so much), Staff is wonderful and very attentive. Gave the location 4 stars as it is a ways from most things, beach is compact but very nice and well maintained. Workout room is very good. Wish there was a change machine as I only had $US 20's, awkard asking bartenders to make change, wanted to tip the great staff more. Overall I'd definitely...
Great hotel in a lovely location. Good check in experience and given room very close together after emailing the hotel although they weren’t adjacent as requested. The rooms are lovely nice and clean and ample room if a little dated but in keeping with the rest of the hotel. The food was of good quality and the dining room like the rest of the hotel very clean. One of the speciality restaurants did...
We enjoyed our stay in this older, but impeccably clean resort. When we checked in, the “fabulous” Mitzy, noticed that one in our party was having a birthday, two days in to our stay (was very observant in looking at the passport to pick that up!). Not only did she notice at check in, two days later, after checking in/out hundreds of other guests since our arrival, Mitzy singled out our Birthday Boy...

Good location and very convenient right next to the Airport; plus, they've 24 hours shuttle bus service... Overall good 👍🏼
The staff they don’t know about my reservation and want to over charge me, after check with someone “back there “ they accept me and let me go but no very fiendly Place is fine front desk needs training
The hotel location was not as convenient as it appeared. You need to ride a bus to get there from the airport or you can walk through the streets. Looks like it’s near but is not that near. The gym in the hotel is basic.
Nice and convenient hotel close to the airport. Utilitarian and clean. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms and comfortable bed.
hotel close to airport. clean roon, wonderful hotel staff. free shuttle. recommend to everyone

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent stay at Hyatt Regency Mérida. Clean, modern, and very comfortable rooms, with an ideal location near Paseo de Montejo. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.
Excelent hotel. Close to many amenities, always clean, staff very courteous. restaurants really good. The experience there is fabulous.
I wouldn't rate this hotel 4 stars. 3 stars at best. Hotel is old and outdated, towels smell like chlorine, would expect a lot more from a Hyatt Regency. Room service food is horrible, so is the buffet at the restaurant. Very low quality in all aspects. Do not recommend.
Use the valet for your luggage unless you want to carry your bags up and down at least four normal flights of stairs on the way to the elevators. The food in the restaurant was rather bland. The breakfast is pricey at 500 pesos per person. Otherwise, the hotel is great, well-located, and staff is helpful. The standard room is a bit cramped.
We really liked the hotel, in a very good area, close to main streets. Very clean and staff very helpful and friendly. I am considering it for future visits.
The staff were very nice but I think the property needs to be updated. Over all great experience!

The hotel was impressive. Staff was very friendly and spoke English which is a plus. It smelled really good and was very clean.
Appreciated the lovely stay. Clean room, delicious good, and great personalized attention. The children loved the pool and loved the proximity to the shopping area which was very family friendly. The surrounding restaurants were also spectacular. Excellent stay and looking forward to returning:)
Once again, I stayed at the Hyatt. The location, the rooms, the food—everything in general is a 10 out of 10. I’ve stayed at other hotels before and I’ve always regretted it. Whenever I go to Guadalajara, the Hyatt is the best option.
We had a good stay in general. Loved the Regency Club amenities. We were very disappointed to not room service until after 3:00 pm the first day. We were very tired and wanted to rest. They advertise a heated pool, each day it was cold outside in the afternoon. The hallways are very dark. The shower does not have an assist bar and the shower floor is very slippery.
The highlight was the delicious daily breakfast buffet. Karen provided exceptional service. We will definitely be back.
Always great. Kids love the pool area. Location for dining amd shopping can’t be beat. Only place I like to stay

Good location in the heart of the Zona Rosa, spacious rooms, good breakfast buffet, overall recommendable.
This is the first time I've ever been to a hotel in this price range without a closet door and stains all over the sheets and pillows. The room is supposed to allow you to request items via a QR code, but I requested slippers and a new sheet, but they didn't. The noise was as loud as I'd heard all night, making it difficult to sleep. The hallway in front of the room was so cold that a draft blew into...
The room was spacious, but I felt it lacked the basics of a hotel. First, when I checked in, the circuit breaker in my room had tripped, so none of the outlets had power. They came to fix it, and it finally worked. Also, the cleaning staff came in around 8:30 in the morning while I was still sleeping, and when they noticed I was asleep, they left. After that, even though I left the room vacant from...
We loved staying here although we did have a few hiccups. We arrived before check-in but we could leave our luggage at the hotel which was a relief. She did not reassure us even after we expressed confusion and...
Hotel in need of renovations. Rooms with warped parquet floors, leaky bathrooms, toilet seats that come unscrewed... definitely not up to NH Collection standards!!!

Location is great. It is very clean. But very small box. very noisy, specially the closing door bang!!!
Not bad, but it's not as good as many other Courtyard hotels. However, its convenient location and excellent breakfast make up for it. The breakfast was even better than some of the highly-rated Mexican restaurants I've tried!
The hotel's location is excellent, directly connected to Terminal 1, making it perfect for early morning or late-night flights. The rooms are clean, and the facilities are good. The breakfast environment and taste are also quite good. The staff are friendly and provide professional service.
For the comfort and convenience to get to Mexico International airport, this is a good hotel to select if you are flying early in the morning!
Perfect for travelling from intentional airport. Friendly service.
A colleague of mine was on a business trip to Mexico. His flight was arriving after 11 PM, and he had a connecting domestic flight to Monterrey the next day. With both his arrival and departure from Terminal 1, the Courtyard by Marriott was the perfect choice. I had stayed at this hotel last year and had a very positive experience, so I didn't hesitate to book it for him again.

Close to the airport, not cheap, average service, no one even takes the luggage!
Bad service. I arrived after 2:00 to check in and they didn't serve me until 4:00. The sheets hadn't been changed in the room since I found hair on the bed and pillows. Toilet paper was less than half used and they didn't change it. I wouldn't return.
Good , just room service never arrive , rest perfect excellent service
The room was quite dirty, with hair in the shower and a dirty bathroom, very thin toilet paper and they have a technology to turn off the lights that is "smart", for some reason the room was not well synchronized, we called maintenance and still had to sleep with the lights on. In addition to this, they do not have a parking lot with an agreement, so you have to pay an additional $120.00 MX per day...
The hotel's airport pick-up service is very good. If the shuttle bus is not available, they will send a separate car to pick you up. It's a free service. The hotel is very clean. It feels very safe to stay here with children.
It is a basic hotel choice in Mexico City. It is very close to the airport and can be reached in about 15 minutes. The sanitary environment is excellent in all aspects and the staff is very friendly towards guests.

My husband and I stayed at El Dorado Seaside Suites for one week for our honeymoon, and the experience was absolutely marvelous. We booked the Honeymoon Oceanfront Suite, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. Israel from Lomas Hospitality Transportation picked us up at the airport and was amazing—professional, friendly, and made us feel welcomed...
In all honesty, the resort in entirety made up a wonderful vacation. From the point of pick up from Lomas at the airport, to each staff interaction, to the unfortunate proceeding of the end of our trip. Each and everything about our stay was wonderfully executed. We are very big about food and this resort did not disappoint. There are so many options for everyone’s taste; from little snacks of tacos...
The staff was amazing! Loved Riccardo Renteria, he was amazing!! We couldnt be happier with the choice of staying at the El Dorado, the entire staff was beyond amazing!!
The staff was amazing they accommodate our stay so to a medical emergency . They did whatever they could to help and once we checked out they asked for my family member and made sure we are ok, that meant a lot . I would definitely come back !
I had an amazing time. The room was clean every single day, mopped and smelled so good! The bed was always very nice and after a long day it is so nice to come back to a spotless room!
Everything was great until the day we were leaving. The company “Lomas Travel” attempted to scam their way into some money by not letting us know when departure was supposed to happen. Then tried to pull the old “You’ll have to pay more if you want a private ride to the airport”. For that- 4 stars -but everything else? Amazing!

Just got back from a 4 day trip. Resort grounds were immaculate! The staff was so friendly and the pools and restaurants were never felt crowded. Daytime entertainment in the pool was great. There are 2 different swim up bars a beautiful beach views. I didn’t go into the ocean due to the under current but a few people swam in the ocean. The only thing that wasn’t 5 stars to me was the food. A little...
Be aware that this is a resort highly driven to recruit club members. The Carolco presentation was disguised as a part of the check in process which I absolutely think is a terrible way of beginning a vacation. I understand its a numbers game and I'm sure the value is there for a particular demographic but it was extremely frustrating to basically give up 2.5 hours of my day plus the resort credits...
The hotel is extremely comfortable and very conveniently located. The rooms are spacious and cozy, and the staff is exceptionally kind: they made us feel genuinely well cared for at all times. Really enjoyed the property. Great food, staff, and location. Only thing I will say is check your room and make sure nothing is broken when you first check in. Report it immediately if so. Excellent attention at the fromt desk and at the Il Becco restaurant.
Four seasons has consistently superior service. The rooms are a bit outdated but very comfortable, clean and quiet. The hotel is under going renovations so I assume the rooms Will be exceptional once completed. The courtyard and dining options are excellent. Staff truly go above and beyond.
I had the worst allergies in the room because of the carpet and dust. Our lights and black dust around the lantern covers. The rooms are definitely run down and I don’t think it’s worth 1k a night. There’s better newer hotels in Mexico City you can stay at for half the cost. Service here was also mid which I wasn’t expecting for a four seasons
Superb hotel experience. An oasis in the otherwise bustling Mexico City.
Public space is nice, along the lines of what you would expect at Four Seasons. Similar experience at check in/out. The rooms I found to be 3/4 star. Bathroom felt almost cheap. Furniture needs upgrading - cabinet drawers didn’t work properly, desk had wobbly legs. Unremarkable overall.
Great stay. However, I found UBER "Black"much less expensive than hotel transportation option for trips during our stay.

I stayed here for one night due to a canceled flight, and I’m really glad I chose this hotel. Since it was a Sunday, the roads in front were closed for bikers and runners, which meant no traffic at all such a great experience. The hotel is not up to W standards. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is good but basic, the spa is very small, the rooms are old.
Normally I don't comment, but at this price, you must avoid the W in Melbourne. I paid almost 4️⃣oo🔪, and when I complained to the front desk that the price and room did not match, the front desk said they received 2️⃣2️⃣o🔪. The middleman's fee is too high. Even if the price at the front desk is much better, you can choose the Hyatt next door.
Convenient location, suitable for business travel
It is two levels lower than the W Hotel in China. The safety of the wealthy area is beyond doubt. It can only be said that Mexico has its own national conditions.

Courteous staff and good breakfast, especially enjoyed the Mexican treats. Nearby restaurants were also delicious. The hotel itself needs improvement. Our AC did not work despite it being quite loud. We did not have a restful night during our stay due to hot room.
Room was excelent, had an excelent stay.
We had a nice stay, the spa team needs a reminder on service and attention to detail
Staff extremely attentive and courteous 5*
The value for money leaves much to be desired. The rooms are smaller than those in other hotels of the same category. The service was generally slow. The spa experience was extremely disappointing. They didn't provide the full service; for example, since the massage ended at 8 pm, they were in a hurry for us to leave; they had already turned off the steam rooms for both men and women.

Location wise it is okay, requires a bit of walking if you want to use public transport, but for Uber rides it is perfect, very close to a beautiful park with a lot of museums and zoo.
Very well located hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Well appointed, spacious room. Surprised to have a refundable security deposit charged to the credit card which attracts both exchange and processing charges (non refundable).
A great location with a very impressive lobby and facade. The room was nice although a bit small. Whilst the staff were mainly great, we were disappointed on a couple of occasions. It’s a nice place with a good hotel, great restaurants, and friendly people. However, there was something that happened in the room ,,, I won’t mention it now, but I’ll consider it when rating my next stay there.

Loved our family trip to Nickelodeon. It was incredible on many levels. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Daniela (the butler who assisted our family most regularl) was especially awesome. My only complaint was that they don’t heat any of pools. This seems to be the norm around Cancun area, but a little tough in the winter time as the pools are chilly. We will definitely return someday
Very clean and outstanding staff. Despite this being a kid friendly, when it’s raining there isn’t much to do with the kid. Great shows/ entertainment though.
