Location is great. It is very clean. But very small box. very noisy, specially the closing door bang!!!

Not bad, but it's not as good as many other Courtyard hotels. However, its convenient location and excellent breakfast make up for it. The breakfast was even better than some of the highly-rated Mexican restaurants I've tried!

The hotel's location is excellent, directly connected to Terminal 1, making it perfect for early morning or late-night flights. The rooms are clean, and the facilities are good. The breakfast environment and taste are also quite good. The staff are friendly and provide professional service.

For the comfort and convenience to get to Mexico International airport, this is a good hotel to select if you are flying early in the morning!

A colleague of mine was on a business trip to Mexico. His flight was arriving after 11 PM, and he had a connecting domestic flight to Monterrey the next day. With both his arrival and departure from Terminal 1, the Courtyard by Marriott was the perfect choice. I had stayed at this hotel last year and had a very positive experience, so I didn't hesitate to book it for him again.

Close to the airport, not cheap, average service, no one even takes the luggage!

Bad service. I arrived after 2:00 to check in and they didn't serve me until 4:00. The sheets hadn't been changed in the room since I found hair on the bed and pillows. Toilet paper was less than half used and they didn't change it. I wouldn't return.

The room was quite dirty, with hair in the shower and a dirty bathroom, very thin toilet paper and they have a technology to turn off the lights that is "smart", for some reason the room was not well synchronized, we called maintenance and still had to sleep with the lights on. In addition to this, they do not have a parking lot with an agreement, so you have to pay an additional $120.00 MX per day...

The hotel's airport pick-up service is very good. If the shuttle bus is not available, they will send a separate car to pick you up. It's a free service. The hotel is very clean. It feels very safe to stay here with children.

It is a basic hotel choice in Mexico City. It is very close to the airport and can be reached in about 15 minutes. The sanitary environment is excellent in all aspects and the staff is very friendly towards guests.

I hope hotel staff will be more polite with guests as many bookings are indirect and they should respect and honor the commitments as described in bookings.

Hotel was just ok, booked it thinking it being a palace it would be of higher standard,this was not the case. Food was good but no wow factor anywhere. Room was nice but bedding was lacking,I am an early riser and early to bed which doesn't work at this resort as entertainment starts late and goes on late...pool staff did do an excellent job with drink service, beach is small but sand is soft and clean...

We enjoyed our stay in this older, but impeccably clean resort. When we checked in, the “fabulous” Mitzy, noticed that one in our party was having a birthday, two days in to our stay (was very observant in looking at the passport to pick that up!). Just got back from a 4 day trip. Resort grounds were immaculate! The staff was so friendly and the pools and restaurants were never felt crowded. Daytime entertainment in the pool was great. Be aware that this is a resort highly driven to recruit club members. The Carolco presentation was disguised as a part of the check in process which I absolutely think is a terrible way of beginning a vacation. I understand its a numbers game and I'm sure the value is there for a particular demographic but it was extremely frustrating to basically give up 2.5 hours of my day plus the resort credits...

We had a great time at The Wyndham! The resort is clean and the rooms are great. We easily made dinner reservations on the app every morning. The pool servers were excellent as well. Love the sushi bar right by the pool. We finished off our pool days in the jacuzzi swim up bar with two of the best bartenders in the resort! This was my first trip to Mexico. I fell in Love. Paradisus gave true vacation vibes! From the events to the food to the gorgeous balcony view i had, everything was well worth it! Im seriously thinking about coming back next spring. It was hard to leave, esp for my 5 year old!

Really enjoyed the property. Great food, staff, and location. Only thing I will say is check your room and make sure nothing is broken when you first check in. Report it immediately if so. Four seasons has consistently superior service. The rooms are a bit outdated but very comfortable, clean and quiet. The hotel is under going renovations so I assume the rooms Will be exceptional once completed. The courtyard and dining options are excellent. Staff truly go above and beyond.

I had the worst allergies in the room because of the carpet and dust. Our lights and black dust around the lantern covers. The rooms are definitely run down and I don’t think it’s worth 1k a night. There’s better newer hotels in Mexico City you can stay at for half the cost. Service here was also mid which I wasn’t expecting for a four seasons

Superb hotel experience. An oasis in the otherwise bustling Mexico City.

Public space is nice, along the lines of what you would expect at Four Seasons. Similar experience at check in/out. The rooms I found to be 3/4 star. Bathroom felt almost cheap. Furniture needs upgrading - cabinet drawers didn’t work properly, desk had wobbly legs. Unremarkable overall.

Great stay. However, I found UBER "Black"much less expensive than hotel transportation option for trips during our stay.

Located in a beautiful place in Mexico City, easy to find, with very easy access, it looks good, and everything was super clean. The staff was nice. The room was clean and comfortable, all super clean. The Wi-Fi is useless; it's better to use your data. The gym is super complete; you'll find a lot of equipment for your workout. The pool is small but really pretty. There are a lot of amenities.

I stayed here for one night due to a canceled flight, and I’m really glad I chose this hotel. Since it was a Sunday, the roads in front were closed for bikers and runners, which meant no traffic at all such a great experience. Courteous staff and good breakfast, especially enjoyed the Mexican treats. Nearby restaurants were also delicious. The hotel itself needs improvement. Our AC did not work despite it being quite loud. We did not have a restful night during our stay due to hot room.

The value for money leaves much to be desired. The rooms are smaller than those in other hotels of the same category. The service was generally slow. The spa experience was extremely disappointing. They didn't provide the full service; for example, since the massage ended at 8 pm, they were in a hurry for us to leave; they had already turned off the steam rooms for both men and women.

First time staying here, very safe and comfortable

The hotel was impressive. Staff was very friendly and spoke English which is a plus. It smelled really good and was very clean.

Once again, I stayed at the Hyatt. The location, the rooms, the food—everything in general is a 10 out of 10. I’ve stayed at other hotels before and I’ve always regretted it. Whenever I go to Guadalajara, the Hyatt is the best option.

We had a good stay in general. Loved the Regency Club amenities. We were very disappointed to not room service until after 3:00 pm the first day. We were very tired and wanted to rest. They advertise a heated pool, each day it was cold outside in the afternoon. The hallways are very dark. The shower does not have an assist bar and the shower floor is very slippery.

The highlight was the delicious daily breakfast buffet. Karen provided exceptional service. We will definitely be back.

This location is very good. Right insde the mall and you have access to everything you need. It is also close to the hotel zone by taxi. I will come back.

There's no small table for phones in the restroom, making it inconvenient to use your phone while on the toilet. The breakfast was poor; there wasn't much food, and even the juice wasn't pure juice.

I stayed at Sofitel for three days. It is a good hotel in the area. The facilities are relatively new, the bedding is soft, the breakfast is quite rich, and the location is very good in the city center.

The room is very big and beautiful, facing the Angel of Independence Square. The breakfast is very rich, you can order, and the service is very good. There is a 711 convenience store next to it. There is a Chinese restaurant across the street, which is very convenient.

The hotel was very nice, they even offered us a bigger room upon checking in. The staff at the hotel were very polite and always tried to help out. Location wise it is okay, requires a bit of walking if you want to use public transport, but for Uber rides it is perfect, very close to a beautiful park with a lot of museums and zoo.

A great location with a very impressive lobby and facade. The room was nice although a bit small. Whilst the staff were mainly great, we were disappointed on a couple of occasions. Firstly, they took away our bath towels without replacing them. When we called down asking for towels they said they would send someone straight away however we never received them and had to dry ourselves with our robes...

Some young waitresses are not so friendly to customers and always seem a little impatient. I hope that the relatives, friends and parents of this waitress will encounter more warm, generous, patient and meticulous good services when traveling abroad.

It is very convenient for business trips. There is a shopping mall, Livepool, downstairs. It is very convenient for dining. I will stay here again when I attend exhibitions.

Vacation centered around our 6 year old son. Water park was amazing and kept us busy every day. There are slides / water park to keep kids busy from very young age to scary adult slides that would make any teenager happy. Staff were incredibly nice. If it's in your budget to shell out about $250 / day for a pergola at the water park that does make a workd of difference as seating is very limited...

Loved our family trip to Nickelodeon. It was incredible on many levels. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Daniela (the butler who assisted our family most regularl) was especially awesome. My only complaint was that they don’t heat any of pools. This seems to be the norm around Cancun area, but a little tough in the winter time as the pools are chilly. We will definitely return someday

Very clean and outstanding staff. Despite this being a kid friendly, when it’s raining there isn’t much to do with the kid. Great shows/ entertainment though. Food- for all inclusive overall good- à la carte restaurants were my favorite. Buffet not so much. Delicious crape and taco station. Would love if they had some hibachi or 24h options. Past 10pm there is no where to eat unless room service

The room was amazing! Staff was amazing since the moment we enter the hotel! One of the staff name Santiago was amazing! He was always messaging if everything was good if we needed anything. My kids loved everything about it. I will be returning back :).

You can tell the kitchen team takes immense pride in their work—not just in the complex flavors, but in the elegant presentation of every plate. We came in after check in time and our rooms were not ready for another two hours. This delayed made it really difficult as we were traveling with young kids. The staff tried to make it better by giving us four voucher drinks. However they failed to let us know they were not for mixed alcohol drinks. That’s all the staff did. I will not be returning to this hotel

This is already my fourth time staying at this all-inclusive hotel. It's a quiet, family-friendly hotel. If you're looking for a party, this isn't the place, but if you want to relax and enjoy an excellent, tranquil beach, it's the best option. And what can I say about the suite rooms? Overall, my stay at this property was positive. The food was very good, and the cocktails were excellent as well. The service was good. However, the rooms are not at all soundproofed, so any noise from outside was easily audible inside the room.

I was with my son there. It was all ok. The room is facing directly the sea. There is a swim up bar and another on the back side . But the buffet food is bit mundane. The whole hotel place is bit small too. But the beach and cabana is very nice.

The resort is in a great location for shopping, however, we didn’t like many things about the resort itself. Our room keeps kept deprogramming so we had to have the front desk reset them, our refrigerator in our room did not work, and the only way to book reservations at their restaurants was down. You had to use an app which “was not working” so you had to wait in line at 3:30pm to be able to make...

Fairly upscale hotel in a wonderful area of Guadalajara. Close to several malls and adjacent to good restaurants and a cinema. Internet speeds were shockingly pokey for this type of lodging. But, what really stands out is the service at the morning breakfast. We were so well taken care of by Sofia in the hotel restaurant that we felt right at home and pampered!
