I stayed at this hotel for four nights, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing.

On our first night, our room had a strange, persistent noise. I called the front desk to report it, but no one came to check. I eventually had to walk down to reception myself to make the complaint. They sent a technician, but it was unclear what was done. I was told the issue was fixed, yet the noise returned shortly after.

I went back to reception again, but the staff member there seemed uninterested in helping and tried to ignore my concern. At that point, I gave up. For the rest of our stay, the noise continued every night, constantly waking my kids and making it very difficult for us to rest.

There was also an issue with one of the bathroom cabinets, which kept making a clicking sound from the first day. Since we had a second bathroom, we avoided using it. I did report this as well, but it was only fixed on the last day of our stay, which was far too late to be helpful.

Additionally, our experience at the hotel’s Italian restaurant, Il Bottaccio, was not pleasant. The server was unfriendly, and when we asked questions, he responded in a dismissive way. Because of our pronunciation, he seemed to make fun of us, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional.

The beach was also not usable at all, which was very disappointing. The area around the beach, including the seating areas, had no proper covers or shade, making it uncomfortable to spend time there.

Regarding the pool, we were traveling with two kids, but there was only one small option available for children, which was quite limiting and did not meet expectations for a family-friendly stay.

Finally, during checkout, we called bell service to help with our luggage, but no one showed up even after 30 minutes. We ended up carrying all our luggage ourselves, which was very inconvenient.

Overall, the lack of timely maintenance, poor customer service at reception, unprofessional behavior in the restaurant, unusable beach facilities, limited options for kids at the pool, and inadequate service during checkout made our stay frustrating. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

Overall, I was satisfied, but the room service was late and didn't clean up the contents other people ate before, so there were a lots of bugs.
