Furthermore, the broken bathroom window, without a curtain, clearly overlooked the street, and all the passersby could see us showering. So we were showering in the dark, with very little water coming out of the hose 😖

The male staff entered the women's room many times without knocking. I felt very unsafe. I will not stay here again!
1. There were other people’s hair that was not cleaned in the bathroom during the two stays.
2. There was no hot water for two nights when I checked in for the first time.
3. The second time I checked in, the water flow was too small and I almost had to shower against the wall.
4. There was a power outage on the last night of my second stay. There was no prior notification. There was no notification or improvement response when the situation occurred. There was still no power until the next morning.
5. When I checked in for the first time, one day when I was in the room during the day, the staff came directly in and asked to see the fire protection equipment without knocking or notifying me in advance.
