We loved this place. We stayed 9 nights. Location is perfect, very nice staff, it has a kitchen with all necessary things to cook, the room and the beds super comfortable too! Thank you! We'll come back
From the moment we booked the reservation, we were met with utmost kindness and understanding about our late arrival. The hosting family were extremely friendly, accomodating and had a wonderful energy
We left the room super delighted with our stay and the whole experience and will definitely be visiting Sobe Nedovic again!
Great place to visit! 👌 Good location, very clean, nice owners who will help you for anything you need! 😃
Very kind hosts. Excellent accommodation near the bus station. Every recommendation. 😍
During the summer season here is everything perfect (rooms are clean and made every day) but during the may or October, I wouldn’t go here. I would recommend their hotel, Hotel Park
I didn’t mind walking the stairs to my room but there were people that were complaining about this. We had the room at the top
And on the last floor so for us it was perfect
During shopping hours, the hotel can be accessed via the shopping centre located beneath
Great location! Minutes from the Adriatic and Old Town. Our room was massive with a huge balcony, two bathrooms, heated floors in the ensuite.

Great stay, very nice stuff and service. In the middle of the city. Best value!!
We stayed at the penthouse with two bedrooms, kitchen and sitting room. There is balcony around all the room so you have full view of the city, the sea and the mountains
The worst for me was that the hot and cold water in the showers of the main bedroom. It becomes hot and cold on its own. The location is good because it is just a good walking distance to the Old Town Budva
There is also a jacuzzi for two people in the balcony. They provide bathroom robes and slippers. Unfortunately they provide generic toiletries so you may want to bring your own
We REALLY loved everything!
The rooms were very nice and clean, and the view was breathtaking!
I'd love to visit this beautiful country and these apartments again. Thank you for your hard work and dedication!
Very nice, the room is superb! Everyone was extremely polite and pleasant!
Thank you for the wonderful service!
My husband and I stayed here in 2018
Great view, very good host, good kitchen, difficult driveway.
Very clean, friendly, but many stairs to go up and down to the beach. Gorgeous view
Set in Budva, within 800 metres of Slovenska Beach and 1.4 km of Pizana Beach, Vila L Budva offers accommodation with a garden and free WiFi as well as free private parking for guests who drive.
We asked if we could move room for a better view and the staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating in facilitating this. All the staff are very friendly and helpful
It is well decorated and very clean everywhere. We could not fault this hotel and would definitely book to stay here again
Rooms cramped. Too tight around wardrobe area. No full length hanging for dresses. Poor breakfast. Breakfast buffet poor layout. Staff not very friendly except housekeeping staff who always greeted us.
We stayed at Hotel Budva from the 27th June to 4th July. The hotel location is excellent for access to the beach front and old town
Breakfast was very similar and not much variety. We complained to the manager and the same night there was an improvement, we were also told we could choose off of the main menu at no extra cost
Staff were very helpful and pleasant , the hotel was 5 star quality and a great location near to the old town. The biggest draw back was the food which was certainly not 5star quality
The furniture corresponds to the photo: bed, sofa wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, kitchenette. There are few dishes: a 3-liter saucepan with a lid, a frying pan, a cezve, 3 spoons, forks and plates, 5 cups
Refrigerator, stove, air conditioning, TV working. The hair dryer in the bathroom is not very powerful, but there is a working one. There is an iron and ironing board on each floor in the hallway
The rooms need a more recent renovation, the bed linen is also not very new, small towels, the TV did not work, but we came to the sea, so we did not pay attention to these shortcomings
The location is good, it takes about 10 minutes to go to the sea, the road is gentle, it does not exhaust (even a child). On the way to the beach cafes and shops, very convenient
From the means: dishwashing detergent and liquid soap in the bathroom. Minuses:
Poorly organized settlement;
The shower lacks a shelf for accessories;
Balcony light not working
Check-in: there were problems, the rooms were not ready, they waited about an hour. The room is normal, spacious, the bathroom is freshly renovated
It can be seen that the house is "young", everywhere everything is well-groomed and
chosen with taste. The entire staff is very friendly and attentive. In general, everything is just fine
For everyone who is going on vacation, I recommend paying attention to the Nika guest house. Who loves comfort, hospitable hosts and at the same time tranquility, you are here
We had a group of young people next door, but it did NOT cause any discomfort. Many thanks to all the staff, everything was great. !!! We will definitely come back to you!
We express our deep gratitude to Andrey, Svetlana and Roman, the owners of the Nika hotel, for their hospitality, homely atmosphere and insanely delicious food
Good day! Literally a week since we returned home from the fabulous place Budva. We stayed at the NIKA guest house. Luxurious apartments for families
We wish you many good clients, well-being and prosperity of your business
My family and I stayed here for my birthday and it was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. The staff was very helpful and accommodating and the view was absolutely stunning. I will definitely be back.
I highly recommend Hotel Vissi d’Arte—it far exceeds expectations, and the photos don’t capture its true beauty. The rooms are stunning, thoughtfully designed, and enhanced by elegant artwork
Staffs are very friendly, view is good! If you are light sleeper, will not recommended because the night club nearby starts 9:00PM until 1:30AM or even late and construction nearby starts 6:30AM including weekends!
I stayed here for one night and immediately regretted that we weren’t staying longer. From the moment we arrived the staff was beyond wonderful. I have never experienced such warm and gracious service as we received here
Thoughtful touches like a welcome bottle of wine, fresh fruit replenished daily, and Molton Brown amenities elevated the experience even further. Even the parking garage was impressive—the nicest we’ve ever seen
From our arrival to departure it was top notch service and well deserving of its five stars ! I wish I had the names of all staff we encountered , a big thank you to you all and to Denis who we encountered on several times who helped make it a PERFECT stay! Many thanks !
I had an amazing experience with my recent trip to Montenegro, mainly because of this hotel. The manager, Sashka and the rest of the hotel staff did their very best everyday to make me feel at home and well-looked after
We stayed at this hotel as a family with our 6-year-old daughter and had a really enjoyable experience overall. The hotel has been beautifully modernised — everything feels brand new, fresh, and very well maintained
The place is 10-15 min walk to the Marina/old town and is close to shops and main bus station. Plus my room was super comfy and fancy-looking. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back
The pool area is large and well kept. Since we visited in April, the water was quite cold, but our daughter still managed to enjoy it for around 20–30 minutes at a time (a wetsuit definitely helped!)
It included a large double bed and a single sofa bed, which worked perfectly for us as a family. There was also a TV, a small balcony, a walk-in shower, and convenient elevator access to the room
The hotel is in a quiet residential area, which was very peaceful (when my daughter wasn’t being noisy!) Our room was clean, spacious, and nicely presented
Great quite location! In the center of old town Very nice staff, from front desk gals to the owner This is my second time staying here and would come back again and again
Good hotel - very poor breakfast but then I was the only one in the hotel, they basically opened for me only and the receptionist came only for me..
New hotel close to city and beaches. Night smell not very pleasant
I bruised my arm a few times on the sharp edges of the shower tap, bending down to pick up the shower head! Also, there was still water dribbling out of the large square shower head, even after switching to the hand held and it was so big that you could not really move it out of the way
Lastly, they bring food onsite for breakfast, although there does seem to be a kitchen, so I’m not sure why this is. The bread and pastries were stale and everything else looked pretty sad, so I didn’t even bother
There was also nowhere to hang your items in the bathroom and the towels were ridiculously small. The fridge in the room was barely cool, and I would be concerned of storing perishables in there
Nice apartment. Cleaning every day. 10 minutes from the sea on foot. There is parking on the street. 5 minutes on foot supermarket and market. Recommended!
Awesome villa, with very kind owner! We loved that place.
Amazing place in the heart of Budva close to everything- location and property couldn’t have been better ! Metzo the host and the housekeeper were delightful and extremely helpful with everything ! Couldn’t recommend more :)
The location is excellent, you are a 15-minute walk from all important places and beaches, the people are cultured and hospitable, and the room is more than sufficient for its function of sleeping and showering
All praise for the apartment in Budva
We spent here for a week during summer. It was our first time in Montenegro and we are really suprised how crowded can it be. The accomodation was nice and affortable. The beach and the old town was close too
Nice place to stay, and close to everything.
The owner is very polite and helpful.
The place is a bit noisy because of the road near by and the doors fail to isolate noises.
The grocery store was nearby too. The owner was generous and let us to park our car front of the appartment
Everything was delicious!
The location was great, with lots of cafes, shops, and restaurants nearby. Car rentals were also available
The guesthouse is around 20' on foot from the city center. The room is spatious and kept fresh with a good functioning AC
Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff, good breakfast.
Located a short walk from the bus station and a further 15 minutes walk will take you to the beach. Dalia and her staff are lovely. Bedroom was well maintained and comfortable. Location was quiet and convenient
There is no lift so this may be a consideration for anyone with kids or accessibility issues
I personally didn't find it too clean, they only come in to change the towels and nothing else, no floor cleaning. The breakfast is good and varied, and even if it is not buffet you have a good selection of plates
The hotel's location is very convenient. It's cozy and clean inside, and the room feels like staying at grandma's house in the countryside—we really enjoyed it.
Pros: the hotel is perfectly located, in the very center of Budva, at least 8 minutes to the beach, nearby there are several large stores, a grocery market and many cafes
Room is really big and clean , I like it! And balcony is super! But reception works so so , you will never find a receptionist.
Ideal location for Budva. Everything was very good, we liked it. It is very good to have parking and it is free.
Perfect location to walk everywhere. Quiet,Clean,Exceptional Hospitality. I Always Stay Here. From Seattle
Spacious and clean room, good location. Convenient free parking. Kind and helpful staff. I recommend.

Great hotel, amazing location
Very nice hotel, kind staff en a amazing location!
We where only there for 2 days and unfortunatly 1 dat with only rain. So we have not seen a very lot besidea the city center
I can highly recommend this hotel. In the old town, but also on the harbour, only a four minute walk from parking, and they will come and help with the bags. We had a room with a view of the harbour on the second floor
We did wonder why none of the previous reviews seemed to mention that you have to walk through the Chinese Restaurant, and past a startlingly bad statue of a tiger, to reach the rooms! Our room was on the second floor, and had a lovely view of the marina and across the Old Town walls to Budva City
Probably one of the most expensive hotels in the area, but you know exactly what you’re paying for: super clean new cozy stylish rooms overlooking marina, well protected from the street noise and commotion, great professional staff, nice breakfast included
On day 2 the weather was better and we saw a lot more of the city. If you want to see more of the area around the city a car will be needed. We did not have one and we could not travel easly outside of the city
Wonderful hotel in the middle of old city, a couple minutes away from vibrant restaurants, bars and small boutiques. The staff was very helpful and helped us extend our stay for a few days.
Very clean, polite staff, not noisy at all - only heard some cars driving by because of an open window.
Nice location.. Close to Tourism Places.. Good for the price..
Decent accomodation if you're on a tighter budget. Floor was not clean and many surfaces had not been dusted in a long time. Very hard to find the place, no sign or anything to tell you where to go
They have very poor sound insulation and don't help with noisy guests.
Parking for 10€ a day, not too bad. Overall, not great, not terrible
Kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms were big and comfy. You can see that this is not the newest modern hotel, but it really has everything what you can need
Great hotel! Super clean, comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back!🤍
One unusual aspect, which wasn’t mentioned before booking, was a note in the room stating that it’s "forbidden to bring alcohol. " In over 20 years of traveling, I’ve never encountered a rule like this
M Palace is a boutique-style hotel, ideally located right next to Budva's Old Town. The room was spacious with a lovely terrace, but it felt a bit dated and lacked a mirror outside of the bathroom
The lighting could also be improved. A major advantage is the on-site parking, which is a big plus considering how hard it is to find parking in the area. Communication with the host was fine
Attention to detail, in every respect. Valentina, the manager was exceptionally helpful, very professional and went beyond call of duty to take care of us and make our stay perfect
Why would I give a 5 star review to a hotel that cost more, at €80 per night if a four night stay, more than I paid for an apartment with a sea view, separate bedroom with king sized bed and sea views from the kitchen and the bedroom, a 30 minute walk from here in the Crna Gora mountains? There was also a little issue with my room door which took all my strength to shut and no response from maintenance...
What does a sticky door matter in an apartment with full kitchen including oven, large living room, in a hotel with premier chef and the best service at any hotel in Budva, even better than Merit which is wonderful, however the personal care of the Crna Gorski staff at WoW will make you feel right at home
Also Jovanna, the elegantly beautiful blonde bar manager helped me sort out some issues several times with her excellent English and her personal attention. So, unreservedly, I give WoW 5 stars
Viktor by day and Ervin by night provided service that was beyond professional. And this is especially important to a person travelling on one's own while doing business
Excellent overnight stay in a good location. Room was spacious and had a kitchen area which was quite a nice touch. Views on higher floors are better. Service was good and great breakfast offering
we have hot water not very hot and cigarettes smell in non smoking room on first floor, I guess it comes from bar / restaurant at floor 0, it is really difficult
Our host, Nikola, was amazing—very welcoming, responsive, and always ready to help with recommendations and anything we needed. He truly made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable
The location is perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and all the main attractions in Budva, yet still quiet enough to relax
The apartment was very clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable visit
I highly recommend Apartments Krug to anyone visiting Budva, and I would definitely stay here again!
Very nice room! The owner was very communicative and friendly. I highly recommend it!
Clean, comfortable , finished to a high standard and only a few minutes away from Budva old town by foot. Booked last minute and owner immediately got in contact and was at he apartment to meet us five minutes later
